The staff were lovely and dedicated to us having an enjoyable and seamless stay. Antonio in particular was very attentive and kind. The breakfast was incredible, so many high quality and tasty options. Early bird breakfast on our early check out was especially appreciated. The king size bed was comfortable and the shower was high pressure. Great location for both central station and Gamla Stan. We would recommend going next door to the rooftop bar TAK for a drink and Aifur for a realistic Viking meal and drink.

The room was too hot for us and it didn’t seem possible to change the thermostat.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and cozy, with convenient access to various locations and a nearby shopping center, Galleria. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, featuring the most comfortable beds and pillows, and are impeccably clean. I truly enjoyed my stay that I extended my return for another night.

The only area for improvement is the lighting in the room. While the dim lighting creates a cozy ambiance, there should be an option for brighter lighting when needed. That said, I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it as my preferred accommodation for future trips to Stockholm.

(Almost) Everything went well - facilities are great, gym has a lot to offer, room is very comfy, breakfast with a lot of choices and rather high quality - location is perfect to move around the city and staff was very friendly.

We encountered an issue during the morning with a locker which couldn't open - we agreed to leave it as is, and hoped that by the end of the day, the staff could fix the issue and deliver our goods to our room. Sadly, when we were back at the end of the afternoon, nothing happened and we had to explain the issue all again. Just seemed that there had been a miscommunication somewhere which could probably have been avoided.

Everything was excellent, particularly the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff with whom we came into contact. I do not think that I have ever before stayed at a hotel where every single member of the reception staff went out of their way in order to ensure that we were helped. The same applies to the breakfast staff.

The following part of the review is for the management only and not for publication. I would not have mentioned them but everything else was so perfect. 1) There were more than enough lights in the room but LED lamps do deteriorate long before they fail. 2) Unusually for a hotel we did not find any tissues. Otherwise, Thanks for a perfect stay.

I´m in love with this hotel, I went twice in 3 months and I will go again, the best pillows ever, you drown in them, it´s so amazing when you put your head on the pillows (I looked at the tag, down, made in Norway) and duvet the same, I love the space in the bathroom around and under the sink to put the toiletries, so well thought. Last but not least, the position! To wake up next door to the mall, is priceless. But is positioned so good, you arrive in every place easy because you can walk through the mall to go in different directions.

Fairly speaking, our stay at AtSix Hotel was the best experience I've ever had in my life when traveling with my family. Staff team were friendly, supportive and catering to our need right at the beginning of check-in, room was spacious, clean, comfy and luxurious. My family said it was the best room they've ever stayed. View from balcony was marvelous with half of Stockholm in our eyesights. Bed, couch and added bed were all super comfortable to the extent that we often forgot how much time we had spent sitting or lying on them. Breakfast buffet options were various and diverse, and it was truly tasty. The chef and service team were also kind. Last, the location was just perfect, so close to Central Station and to all the great restaurants, shopping district and old town.

The staff and location were truly commendable, contributing to a pleasant experience. While the room service met basic expectations, there is room for enhancement. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning presented a challenge for us, although we appreciated the hotel's provision of a fan upon request. The gym facilities were satisfactory and met our needs.

- do not disturb sign not available to put up- thus multiple interruptions during the day by room keeping , maintenance and turn down service wanting to carry out routine up-keep. - room cleaning sometimes didn’t happen till around 330 pm which coincided with the time most travellers return to the room to rest before an evening out. - breakfast was exactly the same every single day - gets boring after day 3.

Very good location. Breakfast was great as well, having even several vegetarian options and good choice of juices. Not much to fault about the service or room either. I would specifically like to point out the speed of correspondence both before and after our stay- I got answers in minutes and things sorted out instantly. Would definitely stay there again.

No issues really, but one could always find some minor things if really wanted to. :) For example there was for some odd reason only one coffee cup in a double room- probably the cleaning staff had forgotten to bring a replacement after previous visitor. It did not really bother me as we did not use the cup anyway and probably somebody would have brought one immediately if I had asked- the service was really fast and friendly. ;)
