The staff were lovely and dedicated to us having an enjoyable and seamless stay. Antonio in particular was very attentive and kind. The breakfast was incredible, so many high quality and tasty options. Early bird breakfast on our early check out was especially appreciated. The king size bed was comfortable and the shower was high pressure. Great location for both central station and Gamla Stan. We would recommend going next door to the rooftop bar TAK for a drink and Aifur for a realistic Viking meal and drink.

The room was too hot for us and it didn’t seem possible to change the thermostat.

First of all, the staff (especially housekeeping) are excellent. There is a wide selection of breakfast options, and the variety of products is wonderful. The hotel is very central, and the walking and transportation options are excellent. Just be aware that the taxis waiting in front of the hotel charge higher fares than Uber or taxis called from the hotel. The bar and cocktails are also nice, and you should definitely try the proposal.

Everything was close to perfect, no special suggestions. We felt that Swedish hospitality was of a very high quality and professional standard.

The hotel combines beautiful design with a central location, yet feels tucked away in a quiet corner just off the busy shopping streets. From here, you can easily explore Stockholm on foot. The rooms are stylish and thoughtfully decorated, with wonderful views over the city.

For a five-star hotel, I would expect more professional and attentive service, particularly at the bar. At times, it felt as if guests were interrupting private conversations among staff, and it was noticeable that colleagues stopping by for after-work drinks received more attention — even complimentary snacks — than paying guests. In a hotel of this standard, service should consistently put guests first, with personal exchanges kept for after hours. It was also disappointing to be turned away from the bar before midnight on a Friday and sent to another hotel instead. A true five-star experience would have offered a solution, such as a late-night drink in the lobby or the option to enjoy it in our suite, rather than simply closing the bar without alternatives.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day – plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, and if something is further away, the port or metro station is not far. The staff were friendly and helpful, both at the reception and during breakfast service. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job every day.

The only downside was the bathroom. One of its walls is fully made of glass and faces outside. Although part of it is frosted, it still feels uncomfortable, as people from the terrace or buildings across might be able to see in while you’re showering. There are no curtains or blinds to add privacy. Additionally, the shower is level with the floor, so water tends to splash and spread across the bathroom quite a bit. Overall, despite these small drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location for visiting the main sights of Stockholm. Expansive breakfast buffet.

When you walk into the room and see a large, floor mounted fan, you know there are problems with the A/C. Stockholm can get pretty warm in the summer and the A/C in the room really does not work. Also the fridge in our initial room did not work, we were moved to another room. Poor show for a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast was great! Ticked all the boxes. Vegetarians, meat eaters, fish lovers, those with a sweet tooth- the choice and quality of food is phenomenal. The beds were quite comfy too.vthe toiletries were great.

The hotel lacks charm and some basic things one expects in a five star hotel. The hotel is dark.There was no shower in our room, just a bath. No water on the room. The curtains don’t block the light sufficiently. The bathrobes will fit only a child. The room looked a bit dusty. There is literally a cenitemeter between the beds in the tween room.

Remy, the hotel employee who greeted me upon check in, was phenomenal. Because At Six doesn't have a parking lot or even a driveway to get close to the door, Remy came straight out to the car with a luggage cart, helped us unload, and took everything back inside, while providing us guidance on where to park. He was great! The facilities were very nice as well - our room was lovely and very comfortable. We were also able to make use of the small sauna in the fitness center.

The lack of a driveway/parking structure for the hotel made getting in and out inconvenient

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and cozy, with convenient access to various locations and a nearby shopping center, Galleria. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, featuring the most comfortable beds and pillows, and are impeccably clean. I truly enjoyed my stay that I extended my return for another night.

The only area for improvement is the lighting in the room. While the dim lighting creates a cozy ambiance, there should be an option for brighter lighting when needed. That said, I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it as my preferred accommodation for future trips to Stockholm.

Great location and breakfast and happy-to-help staff.

Room layout was odd with only one tight area to store one carry-on suitcase.. Weird extra space in the bathroom, yet little space for toiletries. Disappointed that there were no closets and only one drawer for belongings. Belongings could not be tucked away out of sight, giving room a cluttered appearance. No air conditioning.

(Almost) Everything went well - facilities are great, gym has a lot to offer, room is very comfy, breakfast with a lot of choices and rather high quality - location is perfect to move around the city and staff was very friendly.

We encountered an issue during the morning with a locker which couldn't open - we agreed to leave it as is, and hoped that by the end of the day, the staff could fix the issue and deliver our goods to our room. Sadly, when we were back at the end of the afternoon, nothing happened and we had to explain the issue all again. Just seemed that there had been a miscommunication somewhere which could probably have been avoided.
