Stayed here 3-4 times now, so I obviously like the hotel and it's splendid location. Breakfast is enjoyable and plentiful (don't come too late though) and the rooms are nice. The layout of the hotel is strange however, with many inner courts in the building.

Prices vary according to demand or the wishes of the hotel. The same room can be 93 € or 176 € - in the first case I would say it's good (even great) value for money, in the second I would say it is greatly overrated - but with a concert in town and summer, there was little choice. The spacious bathroom has a very ill thought half cubicle around the shower. It does not really succeed in keeping the water from spreading or splashing all over the bathroom (,floor), or even toilet. Two doors instead of one would solve the inconvenience. The room has space for a small fridge, which would greatly improve the stay in summer. In a twin room it is nice if there is space to separate the beds, even half a meter or so.

The staff was super nice, especially the lady at the reception. The location is central, 3 min walk from Stockholm main station, perfect for a bus/train to the airport. The location is close to the main shopping streets. From the hotel it took us 7 min walk to Gamla Stan (old city district). The bed was comfortable. The room was quite spacious and had windows (a rare sight for Stockholm). Large variety in the breakfast buffet.

The room was cold!!! The heating was on, but with -8 degrees outside, the heating was not enough, and we were really cold in the room. But! The lady at the reception gave us a portable radiator which solved it. But it should not be like this. The shower was also freezing cold, not the nicest, to be wet and cold in your one hotel room. While the breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from. One can tell it was not the highest quality. The eggs were blend, the coffee was not good. So that could have been slightly better in my opinion. We got two separate beds for a couple, not the best, but it worked fine at the end. The shower doors had holes at the bottom, so most of the water spread around the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is very central, we did everything by foot, which was very easily doable. The entrance/exit of the Arlanda Express train to and from the airport is directly opposite of the hotel. The room was very clean and everything is thought of. My room was equipped with earplugs, everything you need in the bathroom, and even sanitizing wipes to wipe off the surfaces. The staff at reception was helpful and the breakfast buffet offered numerous options (there were even vegan sausages and tofu scramble as well as a well stocked gluten-free section).

The only thing I would urge the hotel management to add are felt furniture pads to the chairs so one doesn't hear neighbors moving their chairs in the middle of the night. Which barely happened and was really the only thing that was not 10/10.

Location excellent as close to the train station as well as general public transport and shopping areas in city. Breakfast wonderful - offered everything you could wish for and a bit more, set in a very cosy restaurant. The room offered everything you needed, such as tea and coffee facilities, mineral water etc all complimentary - and was quiet and nice.

The beds were a bit too soft. Room a bit crammed as well as the bathroom. The shower did not drain well whereby water on the entire floor after usage.

The location is phenomenal, all sights are within a 5 to 15 minute walk, except for the Vasa Museum which is 10 minutes away by tram number 7. The Arlanda Express train is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, and the airport can be reached in 18 minutes. We were placed in a suite on the 4th floor, and it was absolutely quiet and peaceful. The apartment has 2 TVs and 2 safes (!). The bedding is of very high quality, as are the towels. The bathroom is strewn with lots of extras, apart from soap and shampoo. The breakfast is very high quality and very varied, there are several types of ham, cheese, goose pate, salmon... There is also a vegan offer.

The beds were extremely soft, and absolutely not suitable for people with the slightest back problem. The friendly staff tried to alleviate the problem by putting cardboard under the mattress pad, but that was also useless as the bed was extremely hard by then. It's a little unusual that a hotel doesn't have at least a few memory foam mattress toppers, which are the standard for anatomical mattresses today, that it could provide to guests who need them. Then your hotel would deserve a clean ten. This would be our main objection. A minor complaint concerns the heating of the hotel, and we think it would be good if the temperature in the rooms was higher by at least 1 to 2 degrees Celsius. The temperature in the bathroom was adequate, and there was underfloor heating.

Everything was wonderful! The buffet breakfasts were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is so lovely and colourful and I loved my room. The heavy drapes were helpful in blocking the sun to get a good sleep. The location was great. I also loved being able to reserve it with the option of cancelling the day before my reservation. It was also very quiet. I liked the floor halls being locked after 6:00 so only guests had access with our keys. The courtyard was also very pretty for quiet outdoor space.

It was a little pricey but everything was excellent.

The location was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing. And the staff were very helpful.

We stayed at the hotel two different times during this trip. On the second day, there was a problem with the room, being dusty. We discussed it with the desk a few times and allegedly the cleaning staff was taken care of it, but they did not. Finally, I took a damp towel and cleaned the dust myself. I am not sure why this happened, but we were very disappointed as on the first visit we did not find this problem.

Excellent location close to Central Station. Hop on hop off bus stop outside hotel. Rooms were very clean. Although room was small, it had everything you needed and given its location, it is normal to expect smaller space. Reception staff were very efficient and offered me use of luggage room as I arrived early at hotel. Excellent value hotel.

Breakfast pack was disappointing. So many great reviews of breakfast and the pack I received consisted of a roll that was made the day before and a poor quality orange juice concentrate. A piece of fruit, bottle of water and a pastry or yogurt would have left a better impression.

Good selection for breakfast. Room was adequately sized and was cleaned daily. Location is very near (walking distance) to the Central train and bus stations. Walkable distance to Gamla Stan (very helpful for a person with bad knees like me). Lots of choices for restaurants and shopping. Front desk employees were generally helpful and easy to speak with, although there was an initial mix up with our first booking & reported the light above our bed wasn't working but was not resolved. Still, overall good value for money.

Our room had windows to an inner courtyard which had a restaurant below. The ruckus and merrymaking was too loud and we had a difficult time sleeping till the wee hours of the morning when the party was finally over. Our window also was very close to the windows of the building across so we kept the drapes closed for most of our stay. A bit dimly lit. We reported that the lamp above the bed was not working & no one came to do something about it until we checked out. No room service available for the hotel resto. I had to bring our food orders, plates, bowl and all. Fortunately, 1 resto attendant asked the person in the front desk to help me as I had 2 heavy dinner plates, a huge soup bowl & 2 glass bottles of drinking water to bring up our room.

The breakfast was generous and of high quality - with lots of options for vegetarians and gluten-free. I especially appreciated bacon, turkish yoghurt, gravlax, pain au chocolate and wonderful breads with strong coffee. The heavy curtains helped to block out the midsommar constant light, TV worked fine, shower was fun and luxurious, amenities great. Loved having dumbells in the room! Windows opened. Staff super, especially at breakfast!! Beautiful setting in the bistro as well. Good lift, extra security. Decor was very bold and fun but tasteful.

These are IBIS-size rooms. An unused terrace looked lovely but would make a nice exercise area - there's no gym.
