Location of the hotel is exceptional. About 20m from the train that takes you to and from the airport. And very close to all public transport stops. Staff is super pleasant. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. Bed is somewhat narrow but comfy. Bathrooms are great and clean. They also have nice extra services like a snack bar, drink bar etc. If I return to Stockholm, this is where I would stay again.

I don't think it was for the hotel itself, the room gets very dusty very quickly. But the whole city was extremely dusty due to wind and all of the construction going on, so I feel that's why. Every time the room was cleaned it was very clean, but it would get very dusty in a day. We did open the windows in the morning.

Very poor communication prior the arrival. I was staying 2 days but for some reason I had separate reservation for each day. I tried to get information whether I can stay in the same room. I asked this question 3 or 4 times and every time I got useless answers regarding other issues e.g. how I can prolong my stay. The exact answer came when I was already on the plane. It was alright at the end I stayed in the same room, but such a good hotel like this one could do better.

We had a room on the floor 6 close to the lift but only heard one person going past the room. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge choice available. But the best thing about this Hotel apart from its central location is the staff. Very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. Upon my next visit to Stockholm Hotel C will be the one for me

The only thing that could have been better are the output outlets to charge electronic devices in room. There were only 2 outlets on the floor and we had two mobiles, two laptops and a power bank so we ended up having turns with electronics on the floor as there is no bedside table and using the hair dryer outlet

The room was bijou with no windows (but we paid less for that option). Bathroom was good. Breakfast was great with plenty of quality choices like smoothies, cut up melons and pineapples which I particularly enjoyed. This quality of breakfast seems to be the norm in Scandinavian countries. Location was excellent near to the Central Station, and the Arlanda airport train terminal was practically next door.

The hotel was very close to the train station, specifically to catch the Arlanda express. Breakfast was very good with different options. Staff was helpful.

Although the rooms didn't have windows, it helped against the noise. The halls and in general walls were dark. Being of less dark colors would have helped.

It is really very very close to the Arlanda Express entrance (train straight from the airport). Nice location, close to restaurants and main touristic points. Great breakfast, even though we had a hard time finding a table and good staff.

The gym could be a little bit bigger or with a window. The staff could helo organize the tables for the breakfast so we don’t have to keep searching for one

The bed is comfortable and the cleanliness is exceptional. Location is just perfect especially if you're travelling through Arlanda airport due to the hotel's proximity to the train station. The breakfast is just mindblowing.

The only downside is that there are no cooling air conditioners. It was a bit hot during the night but a fan was provided. Still managed to sleep well.

Perfect location right next to the central train station and the city center, a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops in the vicinity. Impeccable clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. The best hotel breakfast I have ever seen, with the largest choice of food, without exaggeration (it was my first time in Sweden though, so I cannot compare to other Swedish hotels).

/ The staff were so so lovely, chatty, helpful and kind. / The location is seriously AMAZING, so close to everything and the metro. /comfy beds ! /Breakfast has a lot of choice and was tasty /They went all out for the Eras tour which I thought was so sweet. I’m talking lobby music, shared colour hair spray, glitter, a mirror with a pink boa for pictures etc.

/ No fridge in the room to put our water etc in. / Aircon kept turning on randomly at 2am 😅. / Construction work at 7am would’ve been nice to know about!
