Location of the hotel is exceptional. About 20m from the train that takes you to and from the airport. And very close to all public transport stops. Staff is super pleasant. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. Bed is somewhat narrow but comfy. Bathrooms are great and clean. They also have nice extra services like a snack bar, drink bar etc. If I return to Stockholm, this is where I would stay again.

I don't think it was for the hotel itself, the room gets very dusty very quickly. But the whole city was extremely dusty due to wind and all of the construction going on, so I feel that's why. Every time the room was cleaned it was very clean, but it would get very dusty in a day. We did open the windows in the morning.

Very poor communication prior the arrival. I was staying 2 days but for some reason I had separate reservation for each day. I tried to get information whether I can stay in the same room. I asked this question 3 or 4 times and every time I got useless answers regarding other issues e.g. how I can prolong my stay. The exact answer came when I was already on the plane. It was alright at the end I stayed in the same room, but such a good hotel like this one could do better.

/ The staff were so so lovely, chatty, helpful and kind. / The location is seriously AMAZING, so close to everything and the metro. /comfy beds ! /Breakfast has a lot of choice and was tasty /They went all out for the Eras tour which I thought was so sweet. I’m talking lobby music, shared colour hair spray, glitter, a mirror with a pink boa for pictures etc.

/ No fridge in the room to put our water etc in. / Aircon kept turning on randomly at 2am 😅. / Construction work at 7am would’ve been nice to know about!

Perfect location right next to the central train station and the city center, a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops in the vicinity. Impeccable clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. The best hotel breakfast I have ever seen, with the largest choice of food, without exaggeration (it was my first time in Sweden though, so I cannot compare to other Swedish hotels).

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I am in love with all the staff. We had a small problem, but the staff found a solution that solved it immediately. The breakfast was great, and beds were super comfortable. The hotel is right at the entrance to the train going to Arlanda which is fantastic. The hotel also has a unique Ice Bar!

I would reccomend booking a larger room, as the rooms are quite small. The regular double room is too small for 2 persons.

Location is perfect. Just next to central station /airport train/airport bus.. 20min walk from old town. Excellent breakfast.. Lobby has fun games Staff very helpful, let me leave some of my luggage for 2 days which I didn't want to take on my cruise

Everything was great ... You can tell by some things that it is old. The floor of the rooms were very scratched.... But for the value of money you pay it's not a big deal ...

Breakfast was amazing. So much choice and all delicious. Great location - easy to walk to old town and museums. Staff were so friendly and very welcoming. Next door to Arlanada Express train station so easy to get to and from airport.

Double bed being pushed up against a wall made it difficult to get in and out off. This should be stated in the particulars of the room.

The hotel has a very nice and cozy atmosphere, the room was excellent and the location is superb - literally steps aways from Stockholm central station.

My only not very positive comment is about breakfast: as the week ended the number of guests increased significantly and the room could not accommodate so many people at the same time.

Staff was nice and there was a nice selection of food for the breakfast buffet. Lots of activities at the hotel such as table tennis. Welcoming atmosphere and right by the airport shuttle.

When arriving the cleaning could've been done better in the corners of the room. Especially by the curtains, there were dust bunnies hiding.

I was told there would be a cot, but it was actually a portable single bed. Luckly, there was a lot of space in the floor to put a single mattress on, and a lot of pillows to use around it, so the bed and cot were not necessary.
