An excellently situated hotel, in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and key places to visit in Stockholm. The room was small, as expected from the description, but well equipped. I was not disturbed by noise from outside overnight. The breakfast was plentiful and had great variety, although it could be busy some mornings, I never had an issue finding a seat. All the staff were friendly and helpful, including the reception, breakfast, and housekeeping staff.

Guests who are sensitive to light when sleeping may want to consider bringing an eye mask, particularly over the summer months. Although there were thick curtains at the window, these did not attach to the walls, leading to light bleeding in around the outside.

The room was spacious enough, spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a good-pressure shower, nice shampoo and conditioner, too bad there were no other toiletries like body lotion but it was good. Breakfast deserves a special mention: fresh produce, local stuff, a huge variety and —very important for me—a really good selection of gluten-free and dairy free products. I haven’t seen such good variety often.. It was nice to have the option to borrow bikes from the hotel, came in handy to save money on bike rentals! And the location is just perfect - smack bang in the middle of the action, next to central station, but still very quiet. Would definitely go again!

The coffee wasn’t great, it could definitely be improved. There was also no complimentary water bottle which I would expect of 4-star hotel these days. Staff seemed a bit confused sometimes by question we were asking or didnt know how to answer. Minor details though: all in all I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Ladies and Gentlemen, everything was great, but please check the plates because they are not completely clean. It seems to me that the dishwasher does not clean thoroughly.

The location is very convenient in the modern/commercial part of town, which makes most important parts easily accessible on foot (and by public transport). I also appreciated that at check-in I was asked how often I wished my room to be cleaned.

This is nitpicking, but in busiest days it was difficult to find a clean table in the (huge) breakfast room: most tables were unoccupied, but covered in used plates and cups. Setting up an area were people could leave their used tableware would be highly beneficial. Also very nitpicking: I would have appreciated a 'fruit salad' option at breakfast.

We liked that you can borrow a bicycle if you want. It is free of charge and we were lucky to use it for two days in a row! The hotel offers sauna and the breakfasts are amazing. They offer a variety of gluten-free food, which we appreciated. The location of the hotel is convenient, you can get to the city centre very quickly.

Our hotel room was extremely tiny, but we were facing the street, so we were able to open the window, which the rooms facing the courtyard cannot do.

Reception staff were wonderful, bar staff female & male were so courteous and kind. The breakfast was fabulous and the Philippine female staff were so lovely and helpful. Especially the lady who told me she’s lived in Sweden for over 30 years married to a Swedish man and has two sons over 22, sadly I cannot remember her name, but, she was exceptionally nice. Overall such a nice place to stay so central.

Only one issue, the curtains in room 532 kept me awake with light streaming through the gaps. But, that’s me, I like sleeping in a very darken room.

Breakfast was included in the price of the room which made this even better value for money. There was a large selections of items at breakfast which was also great. My favourite in particular were the overnight oats and the yogurt. The room was nice, perhaps a little small but that was only really a minor issue as everything else about the hotel was great.

As above, the room was a little small. Also I found it a little disconcerting that there was no one at reception during the night, and there was only the security guard. But this didn't turn out to be an issue at all for us so was only a minor thing.

Good amount of space in the room, spotlessly clean. I was able to check in earlier than planned which was much appreciated. Large selection of food available at breakfast with gluten free options too. Hotel was centrally located but off the main tourist street so it was quiet at night. Only a few minutes walk from the metro and central train station.

Television and safe didn't work. Breakfast was very busy. Window overlooked the central breakfast area of the hotel so needed to shut the net curtain for privacy.

Location of the hotel is really good, walking distance from the train station and main sites in the city, including the boat terminals. Breakfast is varied and fresh. Beds are confortable.

The room is tiny; with about 20 cm left between the foot of the bed and the wall. One can barely walk between the bed and the wall in order to reach the other side of the bed, without hitting the TV (which hangs on that wall also). In some of the rooms, windows cannot be opened.
