The room was quite small and no ac but staff provided small fan. Breakfast was exceptional.

Room was quiet and sunny on third floor street side. Bed is comfortable; Two twins side by side. The breakfast buffet was extensive. There are options for vegans. They offer non dairy milk substitutes. No decaf but the coffee is not strong. The bikes are free to borrow. We took two for six hours which saved us the hassle of renting. It is really fun to bike over to Djurgarden for a bit of nature.

The pastries were disappointingly stale except the cinnamon bread loaf on floor one offered only one day. Small rooms with doors that open outward to hall. Almost hit people walking in hallway. 2 inch step up to bathroom caused a few stumbles in the dark.

Very happy with the location which was a short walk to the central train station, and in the central shopping district, with easy access to Gamla Stan and tourist attractions. We arrived early but were given a room straight away, which was much appreciated. Our room was a good size with a desk, kettle, iron, air-conditioning, etc., all as promised. Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of foods (I particularly recommend their pancakes) and a good system that avoided over-crowding. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would happily return.

We were offered a choice of a first floor room with window opening on to the street, or a higher room with courtyard view but non-opening window. We chose the first floor room because we prefer fresh air, but the street noise was a bit much to leave the window open at night. However, the sound-proofing with the window shut was excellent, and the air-conditioning worked well, so it wasn't such a bad choice.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the breakfasts are varied and tasty. I simply felt good at the hotel. After reading other reviews, I was concerned about noise from the courtyard and small rooms, but my concerns were unfounded. The room size is just right for a single-person stay, there is plenty of space in the shower, and the view was of the street plus the windows were soundproof. Convenient location - all attractions within walking distance.

The water pressure in the shower is very weak; it could be stronger. The fan system is not intuitive—it was difficult for me to tell if I had set it correctly. It's a pity that the fan cannot be turned off at night. I have never had to book a breakfast time in any hotel before, and I have mixed feelings about it.

We liked the location of Scandic Klara because it was close to the train station. It’s also next-door to an amazing candy store. There are many restaurants and shops nearby along the pedestrian Street. The staff at the hotel was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was varied and abundant. There was something delicious for every breakfast taste. Anyone for Swedish pancakes with strawberries and cream? A major benefit to me was the ability to borrow a mobility device from the hotel. I had a recent painful back injury and was unable to walk or stand comfortably. The mobility device allowed me to travel everywhere in Stockholm that I wanted to go.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location is very convenient and we were surprised how quiet it was in the hotel. From my room I heard absolutely nothing, not from the outside and not from the rooms around me. The breakfast was amazing and the staff friendly. The on-site restaurant is also good with friendly staff. Everything was very clean.

You have to pre-book the breakfast, and we didn't realize that certain time slots could be fully booked. One morning we couldn't have breakfast between 7:30 and 10:00 according to the bookings. But in the end we went around 9 and it was no problem for the staff to find us space. I had one freezing night as the AC system seemed broken. But they fixed it the next day and the following nights everything was fine.

The room was fine, small but we knew this would be the case and were there for only 4 days so it was fine. Bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice and dietary requirements catered for. Remembering to book for breakfast was a mission so I booked all breakfasts at the same time! We ate dinner in the hotel a couple of times, the service was prompt and food good.

Couldn't open the windows, it was hot when we were there so this was not appreciated, air con was used but had to be put off overnight as it was too loud. Lack of hanging/storage space. There really wasn't much space to put anything and store your case. We managed but we had to work at it!

If it is your first time in Stockholm, this hotel has a great location very close to the central metro station, all the shopping stores and restaurants. However, next time I visit Stockholm, I will probably choose to stay at Södermalm, which was 10 minutes away from the hotel and much more lively and young. Norrmalm is much touristy and shopping centered.

I had only one issue where one day before leaving the room, I placed a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the knob. Later that day when I returned back, I realised room cleaning still got into the room and tidied up around. That made me uncomfortable. Also, I saw little clumps of dust on the floor multiple times.

An excellently situated hotel, in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and key places to visit in Stockholm. The room was small, as expected from the description, but well equipped. I was not disturbed by noise from outside overnight. The breakfast was plentiful and had great variety, although it could be busy some mornings, I never had an issue finding a seat. All the staff were friendly and helpful, including the reception, breakfast, and housekeeping staff.

Guests who are sensitive to light when sleeping may want to consider bringing an eye mask, particularly over the summer months. Although there were thick curtains at the window, these did not attach to the walls, leading to light bleeding in around the outside.

The room was spacious enough, spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a good-pressure shower, nice shampoo and conditioner, too bad there were no other toiletries like body lotion but it was good. Breakfast deserves a special mention: fresh produce, local stuff, a huge variety and —very important for me—a really good selection of gluten-free and dairy free products. I haven’t seen such good variety often.. It was nice to have the option to borrow bikes from the hotel, came in handy to save money on bike rentals! And the location is just perfect - smack bang in the middle of the action, next to central station, but still very quiet. Would definitely go again!

The coffee wasn’t great, it could definitely be improved. There was also no complimentary water bottle which I would expect of 4-star hotel these days. Staff seemed a bit confused sometimes by question we were asking or didnt know how to answer. Minor details though: all in all I’d definitely recommend this hotel
