The hotel is perfect. Breakfast is AMAZING, it goes till 11:00 and has every type of food and drink, all delicious. The position is excellent, in the center and close to everything with public transports available very easily. The staff has been very welcoming and kind. There is also a nice gym and sauna. Plus luggage deposit room and other useful services. The room is very small but you know that from the beginning since it is indicated in the description, despite that it is very comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need. I would come there happily many other times

It was situated at very convenient location. Very smooth check-in and check-out. And the best part was breakfast. There was ambient vibe with multiple options in breakfast. I booked without window room and it was very bad decision we realised soon after getting in room as it was very suffocating and there thermostat was not functioning i guess but thanks to the receptionist that night he moved us to a new room which had window and he even gave a window opener without any extra charge. Never book without window room if you are claustrophobic. The lounge was also very cozy and warm. We sat there after sauna. It was a perfect stay…really loved it…

Simply an amazing hotel, great friendly staff, and a premium breakfast that I didn’t really expect, but it was really good. The room was clean and had a great WiFi speed, probably one of the fastest I have ever seen in a hotel. The room had everything you need, a kettle with tea and nescafe, an iron and an ironing board, a big flat screen TV. The Hotel is very close to old town, about a 10 minute walk. The staff was really friendly and recommend a great restaurant for dinner, we checkout early before breakfast, so the gave us breakfast bags, but you have to ask them the day be for you leave before 9pm, they had free coffee and water in the cafe 24 hours, a free gym and sauna. The only downside is that they don’t have temperature controlled rooms, for me it was a little bit hot, but really not a big deal. I loved my stay there and I loved Stockholm, highly recommended. 👌

The hotel was nice and the rooms as well, the amenities and offerings were good. The majority of the staff met were nice, the breakfast team very hard working. The only person who actually made a positive, welcoming and only person who provided me with a sense of hospitality was the gentleman during check out at 6am. Not only he resolved all my issues, but did it with a smile on his face and ensured I'm good for the road. The rest of the people simply provided a basic service, which is under the expectations when booking in such a hotel.

The breakfast was always a mess, you need to implement a better system. When the queues are so long you're out of space to seat, you cannot have people just chilling on their laptop on a table of 4. There was no phone in the room, despite directions of when to use it. Breakfast didn't arrive as ordered, was never delivered to the room - kudos to the guy at the desk for sorting it out quickly. I've also never received my 10% discount for the bar area. The TV use was only having basic channels and ways of logging in, I would expect the possibility of being able to log in as a guest in the majority of the places.

We LOVED the Best Western & hotel - rooms are modern, unique, and comfortable. The best feature might be the breakfast buffet which offered a bountiful assortment of meats, fruits, cereals, Swedish pancakes (yum!), other local specialties, and fresh baked breads. Delicious. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a better breakfast buffet. We worked out briefly in the gym, just enough to rationalize our need for a sauna. The location offers walkable access or public transportation options to get you to all of your Stockholm sightseeing goals.

Truly, I can't think of any issues. I'll go out of my way to stay here again when I return to Stockholm!

Cleaning note in the room "if you wish your room to be cleaned during your stay, please inform us at the front desk before 8.00 pm the day before. if we have the information after 20:00 pm the day before can’t we guarantee that your room will be cleaned." Maybe the reception staff should tell people that in the room they can find details about cleaning, so that they read all the papers from the room, because if you don't read the details about cleaning, you may be surprised that your room will not be cleaned daily

Great breakfast with lots of options every morning. Excellent location – right next to Hötorget metro station and not far on foot from Stockholm Central Station, making it very easy to get to the hotel from Arlanda airport. The room and broader hotel facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is excellent: there are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Plus you can very easily get to the Old Town on foot or by public transport.

The hotel is located on a small hill – just be aware in case you’re coming on foot with large suitcases or have any mobility difficulties. The rooms are also very small so perhaps not ideal for more than one person. Windowless room was okay for me but might not be everyone’s cup of tea. Bathroom is more like a wet room so it can sometimes be hard to stop water from the shower seeping to other parts of the (tiny) bathroom. The floor does dry quite quickly though so it’s not too much of an issue.

The hotel is very well located in the (commercial) centre of Stockholm. Easy access from metro and public transport and walking distance (less than 10 min) from the central train station. The room is definitely not big, but very comfortable (I must say I was staying alone though) and tremendously silent. There is a nice and warm working area in the lobby (high speed internet connection) which helps in case of needing to work from hotel. Breakfast is very good, with a variety of options both salty and sweet. Friendly staff, willing to help. There is a bar in the lobby open till late with not so expensive prices (taking into account it's Sweden) for alcohol.

Size of the rooms might be small for 2 people if traveling with big luggage. No problem though for short staying and if you are well organized in terms of order

One of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in. Location is great for the rail station and bus station which are a nice 12-15 minutes walk away. Otherwise there is a Metro station within 5 minutes walk. The room was relatively small but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice selection although the dining room gets busy if you're a late riser. The hotel does have a guide showing when breakfast is busiest and the staff are really efficient at clearing and cleaning tables when people have finished. All the staff I met were really helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back to Stockholm and this is the first place I will try to book. Thoroughly recommended.

Great location, facilities and staff. Location was right in the centre with everything at your door step. The hotel has a small gym and sauna which was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely with so much variety to choose from. Checkin and check out was easy and smooth with friendly staff. (The lovely owner sat down with us to advise what attractions we should go to on our trip and this was useful). Luggage story option, allowed us to enjoy our final day and return just before we had to leave. Great hotel and no major complaints.

If we had to be picky, the only criticism would be fresh air and ability to open windows just slightly for a fresh flow of air through the room. We did have a family room for 3 of us but when we woke up it felt a little stuffy. Highly reccomend the hotel! Will be back when we return!
