Great location, nice breakfast buffet, clean rooms, comfy beds and good (if low) shower.

On a noisy street so closed window at night. Expensive but then again it is a central hotel in the capital city of an expensive country, so kind of expected!

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 15–20 minute walk from the old town. It’s quite central in relation to most key areas and neighborhoods. The breakfast was continental, fresh, with several types of bread to choose from. The room was small, a single room as booked—the only downside was that it faced the inner courtyard. The most disturbing part were the seagulls; when they screech, the sound echoes loudly, even in the evening. The room was cleaned daily, so I have no other complaints.

Maybe the breakfast selection could be a bit larger, but for the price it was okay! The room could also use a slight renovation, but again, it wasn’t a big issue.

The breakfast selection was excellent and the Asian restaurant food was delicious and the staff (especially ‘Amara’) were so friendly, professional and accommodating. I loved the space in the Junior Suite. The location was only a short walk to everything in the city and sights to see.

The bed a lovely king size, but the mattress was a little hard for my liking. Also the long seat was very hard to sit on. It’s a shame their bar is under renovations at the moment, but insure it will be fabulous once it’s finished. We were able to have drinks in the restaurant. It lacked ambience, but the wonderful staff made up for that.,

The hotel was a bit further away from the central station than I'd originally thought, and the shortest walk indicated by Google maps included a lot of steps to get from one road to another. I figured out an alternative route for my return walk to the station to avoid these steps. With hindsight, I might have stayed closer to the station since I was in the city for only one night. However, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel was certainly good value for money and offered single-bed rooms.

After reading the reviews I was worried that the hotel was too old, but it turned out to be a wonderful place to stay, rooms were spacious and the staff were excellent (even got us into our rooms super early). Breakfast included was really good, had to go around 8:00 am if you went at 9:00 am super busy. Location was also really good, we could walk to Kings Garden in about 15 minutes or call an Uber. Ubers came quickly and were very reasonable. They did not have a bar in the hotel, but they were adding one on!!!

It was an unseasonably hot and humid time in Sweden, there was a small fan in room and windows opened up, but it was a little bit warm at times, nothing too bad though.

The room is nice, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Bathroom is clean and amenities are enough. Location is just the spot, very close to the center, all the attractions and metro. You can walk to most of the touristic area and enjoy several bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. Staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They immediately responded to my requests and my room has been cleaned/refreshed every day. Breakfast is very rich, with plenty of options to eat and enjoy. Breakfast area is spacious, allowing several guests. Hotel is very authentic with its interior design and architecture. The nostalgic nature of the hotel and details are much fun and appealing. Area was very quiet for me that I slept very well. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much and I would recommend it highly.

Internet could be with private, should be accessed via password. I do not trust public-free access networks. I would prefer a wifi with password.

The interiors are so charming and elegant! Beautiful! I had the small room, but for one person it is quite enough. The bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is served till 10.30, which is great for holiday time tourists.

The hotel says it does cleaning every third day, but it didnt happen on third day, so i had to ask for new towels the third day. The breakfast buffet choice is very limited, and their seating capacity barely covers the amount of hotel guests, so it's crowded there. There's no air conditioning in the room, just a portable fan (on my nights it wasn't hot to use it, but I doubt it would be comfortable on a hotter summer night)

I had a fabulous stay at Crystal Plaza Hotel. All of the staff were very friendly, approachable, and willing to assist with anything. My room was compact but still luxurious, with a very comfortable bed, and excellent free wi-fi. The location is also great and I was able to walk from the hotel to most points of interest. If I was travelling a bit further, there was a metro station just a few minutes' walk away. Everything was great and I will definitely stay here again.

Good location almost in the city center, some 10-15 mins to walk to the Royal Palace / Gamla Stan, 5 mins to walk to the metro stations. The hotel is located at a quite huge street, but we didn't recognize any noise and also the place itself seemed to be very safe; no night racket as it could be expected looking at the position of the building. Cosy room with a small shower + toilette, kettle and tea/coffee bags provided. Good and rich breakfast, wide choise of dish. Nice staff.

We were given to a room at the tompost level in spite of the fact that we did the booking some three monts in before and paid the total in advance at the same time. I'd expect that the room could be better a little bit under such conditions met. Roof windows slightly not fitting and thus some draught around them. Room doors very noisy when closing and I'm not sure if some guests know how to use the door handle.

The room we got had no window (it was an inside room) but this didn’t detract from anything. The room was huge and there were vents so air was constantly being circulated. The beds were comfortable, pillows were okay. The location was close to everything, you could walk or catch the bus everywhere with ease. The breakfast was excellent and they were so accommodating to whatever you asked for.

The bathroom was a bit small but manageable. The noise level from people walking or running around in the room above us was a bit annoying but can’t be helped I guess. The other party in our group had a room with a window, their room was about half the size of ours, but the view was amazing.
