The location is great! Metro is just around the corner and the city center is within walking distance. The district seems to be rich, with lots of luxary shops around, so it was super safe at night. The room was on a smaller side, but the bed was fantastic, what you need after a busy touristic day. We got the room with a design right from photos that was quite unique. Breakfasts are diverse enough, providing both warm and cold dishes, and some Swedish specialities! The receptionists were helpful and pleasant. They gave us vouchers for drinks at the hotel bar, and we recommend to use them as cocktails there are yummy!

There could be more hangers in the room, both for clothes and in bathroom. The shower was not fully closed with a glass, so some flooding is possible during usage. The TV was going a bit crazy sometimes: it was turning on and off by itself. We didn't figure it out, just unplugged it.

Location was excellent - right next to Ostermalmstorg metro station, and a short walk from the city centre and the waterfront. We could get everywhere we wanted to, in all directions, quickly and easily. Breakfast was good, with a range of cooked, hot and cold options. The room was light and airy, and everything worked well in the bathroom. Everything was kept clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, including making up a breakfast for us to take on our last day as we had to leave early to catch a flight.

Being in a central location for the night time economy, the surrounding area was a bit noisy late on the weekend nights - and the waste lorry comes to collect the empty bottles from the local bars at around 06.00! We had difficulty working out how to use the electrics in the bedroom - the switches were a little complicated - we worked it out in the end, but some advice would have been welcome. The decor in the corridors was dark and a bit gloomy - or "quirky", if you like. There were only ten channels on the TV in the room, and some of them weren't working (the rest were mainly showing terrible British daytime TV progs or American car restoration shows). But you could connect your own streaming account or dongle, I think, if you're savvy enough to do that!

The room was hot for me (windows open) and there was not option to change air conditioner so nights were restless. Owners have designed this to be super funky but they’ve leaned in so heavily amenities have been lost. Almost zero storage and side tables are so small they as well be pointless. Very fancy part of town but easy to walk to other parts of city.

Hotel in a great position, near the front, very close to Tunnelbana, surrounded by great restaurants, shops and bars yet on the whole quite quiet. Had everything you would want, great staff who would help without prompting. Paula in particular was superb and helped us book restaurants, find unusual sights we requested seeing, gave us background information and was naturally very lovely with it. Also great breakfast and fun “yard”. A great place and would love to return.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location! We found it very easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Staff were superb and friendly. The hotel has awesome decor and a lovely bar/restaurant area. We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel but the meals looked very nice! Hotel room was lovely and decorated well. Equipped with a mini fridge, safe, kettle, hairdryer and fan. We felt we could have used a little bit more storage for our belongings, such as more shelving for clothes or additional hangers on the clothes rail. We didn’t ask for more hangers but I’m sure the hotel would have provided if we did. We slept very well in the comfy super king bed. The stay included breakfast which was the best continental we’ve had! We didn’t need to eat at all until dinner time! The only thing which would have made our stay better is air con in the rooms. We were very lucky with the weather in June and found the room got quite hot. There is a fan which helps and ability to fully open the windows so it didn’t cause any huge issues but would be a ‘nice to have’. Would 100% recommend and stay again! Thank you Story Hotel!

Loved my time at Story Riddargatan! The rooms were very bright and spacious, super airy, and had a cute and cozy decor. They had all I needed for my stay, maybe a bit more space to store cloth could be nice for a longer stay, for 2 days it was plentiful. Really nice products in the bathroom as well, the brand smelled amazing. The staff was probably my highlight, everyone was so friendly, helpful and just sweet. Breakfast has everything one could wish for and they serve it until 11am. Location couldn`t be better, you are right in the center, walking distance from all sights. I'll be back!

The breakfast was excellent. It has a bit of everything and fantastic coffee and wonderful tea selection. The breakfast staff were very kind and attentive. The room was very spacious with large windows, giving a lot of light.

I would suggest in the breakfast room to have a large thermos or canter of hot water for the tea. It was a bit annoying waiting for the water to boil in the kettle, especially when there were several people waiting. The bathroom was my least favorite, as it has the half shower door and water gets all over the bathroom floor. Also, the bathroom sink is beautiful, but there is no space for two people.

Absolutely lovely hotel with its unique atmosphere, all the facilities were excellent, especially the size of the room, the bathroom, and the bed. We enjoyed the breakfast which kept us energetic the entire day until dinner time, we loved the bread choices. The location where the hotel is located is a lively, central area for those who want to feel the city, its atmosphere with everything that comes with it: close to all attractions (we never took a metro), shops, restaurants and noisy night bars.

Location is perfect for exploring the best bits of Stockholm. Very comfy beds, staff are friendly and helpful.

One small gripe was that on Friday night we got no sleep until about 4am because of revving cars, loud music and very noisy revellers in the street below. We had to keep the windows open because of the heat so it was either overheat or listen to the noise. It was fine on Saturday and Sunday nights.
