The hotel was clean, cute (nicely decorated), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. I appreciated that the hotel staff was able to accomodate my request to check in early so I could drop off my bags and explore the city. The room was very small, but an efficient use of space and sufficient for one person. I know that there were people hanging out during the evening outside of the hotel but I could not hear then from my room and had no problem with noise from people or the city. Breakfast was pretty light (a few pastry choices), but there was a good variety of coffee choices, which I appreciated. The hotel is very conveniently located - I was able to walk all around the city near the waterfront areas, including to the Vasa (although that is a 20 minute trek, but if you don't have mobility issues it is not a difficult walk), and just down the hill is the Kungstradgarden Ice Rink, which had skating, lights, and music in the evening. The hotel is also very close to a shopping district with a variety of pricepoints and types of stores. Overall I was very happy with this stay and would choose it again if I visit Stockholm in the future.

I have stayed here many times, and they always impress me by remembering my specific room preference! The bed is incredibly comfortable too. Breakfast is always delicious and plentiful. And the location, right in the heart of Stockholm is hard to beat. But it's the staff who truly make this hotel memorable for me! On this latest occasion, we were in Stockholm for the Taylor Swift concert, and the hotel was a surprisingly good value too--to be fair, it always is, but due to the concert, rooms were in short supply, so rates on average were up around town.

Fortunately, I liked everything about my stay, once again! Everything here is just right to me.

Good central location with a great breakfast bar and helpful staff. The staff went out of their way to address our issues and were very kind. The rooms had some Swedish charm and the beds and bathroom were comfortable.

The small room was insanely small - literally the size of a bed. And the style of the restaurant/lobby area felt out dated and a bit tacky.

Wow, what should I start with? First, the friendly personnel so willing to help you with anything that you might need. Then, the ambiance, so cosy and somehow sophisticated, but nothing exaggerated, just in such a way to make you experience special and unforgettable moments. And not the last, the building itself, which is an historical one and I cannot think of the huge effort spent to bring to life such an old building and make it shine, keeping still the scent of the past centuries.

I couldn't be happier with my choice to stay here. The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very large. The location is very convenient for a first-time tourist and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was able to check in super early, while the breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and I didn't bored after several days. Great price for all this.

The rooms are on the small side but thoughtfully decorated and up to date, with a clever use of space to maximize square footage. Everything is tastefully appointed, and the bathrooms are brand new. The included brunch is extensive and served in a absolutely lovely location. The location allows you to walk to all the big attractions in downtown Stockholm; Old Town and all its shops and restaurants is only five minutes away.

Room was small but very nice. Breakfast was lovely, well done, and delicious. Sofia at the front desk was AMAZING! Graciously stored our luggage, and gave us many great suggestions.

The location, within walking distance of the old town and the commercial area for serious shopping. Stops for numerous ferries only a short walk away. We loved the character of the building, with exceptionally helpful staff. Great breakfast and helpful advice especially from Kiki.

Needed a little more storage space for clothes

The room was too small for two people. It was very difficult to move around the room. The breakfast was fabulous, very tasty with a lot of options. The hotel staff was very friendly especially Kiki. She helped us arrange our sightseeing trips and told us about some wonderful places to visit in Stockholm.

The room was so small that it was even difficult to walk around the bed. The mattress felt old or worn out. It felt like sleeping in a ditch.
