The hotel was clean, cute (nicely decorated), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. I appreciated that the hotel staff was able to accomodate my request to check in early so I could drop off my bags and explore the city. The room was very small, but an efficient use of space and sufficient for one person. I know that there were people hanging out during the evening outside of the hotel but I could not hear then from my room and had no problem with noise from people or the city. Breakfast was pretty light (a few pastry choices), but there was a good variety of coffee choices, which I appreciated. The hotel is very conveniently located - I was able to walk all around the city near the waterfront areas, including to the Vasa (although that is a 20 minute trek, but if you don't have mobility issues it is not a difficult walk), and just down the hill is the Kungstradgarden Ice Rink, which had skating, lights, and music in the evening. The hotel is also very close to a shopping district with a variety of pricepoints and types of stores. Overall I was very happy with this stay and would choose it again if I visit Stockholm in the future.

I have stayed here many times, and they always impress me by remembering my specific room preference! The bed is incredibly comfortable too. Breakfast is always delicious and plentiful. And the location, right in the heart of Stockholm is hard to beat. But it's the staff who truly make this hotel memorable for me! On this latest occasion, we were in Stockholm for the Taylor Swift concert, and the hotel was a surprisingly good value too--to be fair, it always is, but due to the concert, rooms were in short supply, so rates on average were up around town.

Fortunately, I liked everything about my stay, once again! Everything here is just right to me.

Wow, what should I start with? First, the friendly personnel so willing to help you with anything that you might need. Then, the ambiance, so cosy and somehow sophisticated, but nothing exaggerated, just in such a way to make you experience special and unforgettable moments. And not the last, the building itself, which is an historical one and I cannot think of the huge effort spent to bring to life such an old building and make it shine, keeping still the scent of the past centuries.

The rooms are on the small side but thoughtfully decorated and up to date, with a clever use of space to maximize square footage. Everything is tastefully appointed, and the bathrooms are brand new. The included brunch is extensive and served in a absolutely lovely location. The location allows you to walk to all the big attractions in downtown Stockholm; Old Town and all its shops and restaurants is only five minutes away.

I couldn't be happier with my choice to stay here. The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very large. The location is very convenient for a first-time tourist and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was able to check in super early, while the breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and I didn't bored after several days. Great price for all this.

The room was too small for two people. It was very difficult to move around the room. The breakfast was fabulous, very tasty with a lot of options. The hotel staff was very friendly especially Kiki. She helped us arrange our sightseeing trips and told us about some wonderful places to visit in Stockholm.

We left behind something that we bought in the bedroom and contacted the hotel from the airport. They found it immediately and offered to post it to us in the Netherlands. In particular Kiki the concierge was wonderful and made sure we received our purchase quickly. She also was very welcoming and gave us a good introduction to Stockholm when we first arrived. All of the staff were very friendly and kind. Excellent location to get anywhere! Nice little gym and good breakfast! ...as we like to eat gluten free and vegan... and rare to find Kardamom spice beside a coffee machine to add to the coffee (healthy Ayurvedic trick;) but it was there! Impressed. Also vegan yogurts and milks. Great!

Would feel better if the suitcases we left with the concierge after we checked out were put out of sight of other guests or people walking into/out of the hotel while we went out for a few hours before going to the airport, but apparently there has never been a problem.

Room was nice but a bit crowded around the bed. The view to Kungsträdgård was wonderful and the sitting area was comfy. Also the breakfast room/ restaurant was beautiful as was the building itself. Friendly staff and very clean hotel. Perfect location near the Royal Opera.

In breakfast coffee machine gave bad latte and cappucino, I tried both and the milk did not foam at all. But I loved the mushrooms with scrambled eggs. QR code to room service did not work.

I was captivated from the very beginning. The staff was always very kind and attentive. The decor is exquisite, and the vibe is very cool, with plenty of light entering the restaurant area. The room was quite cozy, beautifully designed, and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Additionally, it is located in an area with beautiful buildings, just steps away from Kungsträdgården Garden and Gamla Stan.

Hotel Kungsträdgården is located within walking distance of many item of interest and close to both the tram and subway. The staff were very helpful, and we particularly were impressed by Kiki and Mathias who ensured we saw the major attractions, including booking a canal cruise. The breakfast was of the usual high standard we have experienced in the region with plenty of variety.
