Room big enough, cleaned, comfortable and quiet, very well located. Very good breakfast.

I felt like many people were at the reception but didn’t really care about the clients, I stayed 5 night and most of the time when we were coming back at the hotel nobody were looking at us just to say hi or welcome back. The staff at the reception always seems so busy more than the nice cleaners always smiling and saying hello. Also the breakfast was very good but the queue to get a table ? I believe breakfast until 9:30 is not long enough. I wished there were a kettle in the room and tissues. It’s basic comfort stuff.

Breakfast: The breakfast buffet on the top floor was great and included many hot and cold selections to choose from. The hotel offered special foods for people with dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious. Location: Safe and convenient location within walking distance of many sites as well as public transportation Room: Storage space is pretty basic but there is space to hang a few items. We especially liked the automatic low lighting in the bathroom during the night, which helps you avoid stumbling around in the dark if you have to go to the loo.

The coffee was perhaps a bit weak.

Breakfast location on roof top is great, assortment is great too. Sadly they have no marie-bains for the hot breakfast so that most of it was always only lukewarm. The thick cold asian clay plates made sure that it was actually cold once you reaced your table. The cold clay cups and the milk from the fridge also killed the hot coffee. To my surprise they didn't even have orange juice. This is definitely no place for people who love hot full cooked English breakfast. They put a lot of effort into making everything look nice but sadly in the end lack the basics .

Location was perfectly placed from all possible attractions - Gamla Stan within 5 minutes walking distance, next to a shopping mall and the main shopping street. T-Central Station also just minutes away making it very convenient when needing to go further afield. Loved the design of the hotel, staff were very friendly and the hotel facilities were great. The gym is perhaps the best equipped gym from a weights perspective I’ve seen in a very long time. The luggage storage facility was very easy and useful when arriving early and departing late.

Staying in an inside room (no windows) was the right choice for me as the darkness helps me sleep. But the ventilation in the room was poor (I don’t think it even worked).

Things I Loved; - Continental breakfast was exceptional with beautiful view of Stockholm. Up to high standards. - Location is convenient. 5min walk away from the subway and buses. It’s near food spots. - Staff are super helpful and present 24/7. - comfortable beds - Quick check-in - Nice bar with great beer on-site

- I placed the “clean my room” tag outside the door the night before, before 23:00. The room wasn’t cleaned the day after unfortunately. - The room I was in wasn’t very sound proof, I could hear the people next door’s conversations. I could hear loud music late at night.

Excellent hotel with unique character - not another generic place - in downtown Stockholm, near all the major attractions and near subway lines as well. The room was very clean, and had all the necessary amenities we needed, including some comfy slippers. The breakfast included was buffet style of good quality and with lots of different choices of food available. The rooftop restaurant alone is worth booking here because you will be able to overlook the city of Stockholm and get some great pictures too. Overall I am very happy to have stayed here, and felt it was a good value compared to other options in the city.

Everything was fine, but if I had to nitpick on anything I'd say the rooms are a bit small.

Staff - excellent, Location - perfect, vibes - immaculate! Honestly just a fun hotel, staff with great people, and the views at breakfast add an extra layer of charm.

If you’re a light sleeper maybe this one’s not for you. From my room, with the windows closed, I could hear: the music from the rooftop bar on the other side, and the person upstairs walking around, moving their chair(s) etc. But once I’d fallen asleep the sleep was good - caveat I am a deep sleeper.

I really loved the staff! Super friendly lovely people. Also the breakfast had great vegan options. The location was also superb. Everything was clean and the view from the breakfast was amazing.

Our room's shower didn't work properly, whenever you turned it on it got into a weird position and didn't hold when you tried to turn it. Also the other headboard thingie had loose screws and kept falling. These are just minor things but could affect some people's comfort. Also the Tapas bar across the street had insanely loud bass during night time, it would be wise to tell them to keep it down a bit.

Lots of positives! The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a squeaky bed which was resolved quickly (they also offered to move us to another room if they couldn't fix the bed). Breakfast was amazing, in a light filled space with great views. There was enough variety to eat different things across 3 mornings and we enjoyed the donburi option. The hotel was in walking distance of T-Centralen so we were able to get across the city by metro and by foot. Despite being centrally located and having a buzzy bar, rooms were quiet at night (we were on the 6th floor so well away from both bars which helped).

We booked a room without windows and would consider booking a room with a window next time - the room didn't feel claustrophobic at all but we missed being able to check the weather in the morning by looking out the window. The room was looking a little tired (scuffed walls e.t.c) but this didn't affect our stay.

The hotel location is great, central station and shopping stores were located nearby. Gamla Stan is 12 minutes walking distance, Ikea is a block down and a shopping mall is located on the back. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The breakfast buffet offered coffee, tea, pancakes, miso soup, yogurt, toasted bread, cheese and many other options for all ages. They had coffee to-go and a bar open in the evening with good pizza options. I traveled in January and the heater kept me warm, the bed was soft and comfortable. Would highly recommend for couples and millennials!

On the weekends, they have a rooftop open bar with DJ and the bass can be heard through the rooms if you're a light sleeper.
