This Hotel has met my expectations. Let us consider all the pros: -Staff: they were so kind and friendly. Never experienced such kindness and welcoming vibe (especially the receptionists need to be mentioned). -Check-in/out: done in 2 min, fast and precise. -The Hotel: I have chosen this hotel because of its location which is perfect. You can walk to all main touristy attractions without the need of using public transportation. -The Room: it was nice, but not very big. You have a minibar though which was very convenient. -Breakfast: I was very impressed by the breakfast. You have a lot of choices and the quality is very good. -Luggage storage: on my last day they kindly stored my luggage so as to give me the opportunity to go and do some more sightseeing before my late-afternoon flight. Nice! -Miscellaneous: I liked the fact that they give you the choice to skip housekeeping service to go green. I do not need my room to be cleaned every day and I opted for this option. You can do something good for the environment.

I am giving a 9/10 to this hotel, but there are some smaller things that need to be mentioned: -Nightstand: really small and round which is a bit inconvenient. -Carpet: it has seen better days, i.e. some stains. -Old rooms: for sure this hotel has a very long history and this can be seen here and there. It could benefit from a renovation, unless this “historic” theme is what they were going for.

Great location within walking distance to major attractions and conveniently close to the busy shops of Norrmalm. The beds are comfortable, room very clean, the breakfast has a good variety and the staff are polite and welcoming!

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was especially comfortable. I had a nice big window with a view of the park opposite. There was a mini bar in the room and a decent wardrobe with an iron & ironing board inside. The bathroom was clean with a bathtub and toiletries. Breakfast was good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The property was in an excellent location. There is tunnel in the street next to the hotel which leads to the Urban Deli ( they have a nice rooftop bar )I would happily stay there again.

We had a beautiful stay at the Elite Hotel, rooms were lovely and staff were very friendly . We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious, very luxurious bathroom (although underfloor heating would have been good) Comfortable bed and tea /coffee facilities and stunning view of the park. The breakfast was amazing , a huge smorgasbord of goodies awaited us every morning as well as the lovely breakfast manager Troon who made our stay so much better! Thank you Troon! Staff at reception were always happy to help and order taxis for us if necessary. It was a nice touch that drinks and snacks were available at reception on your way in or out from a big day sight seeing.

I thought some of the furniture needed an update, especially the two vinyl sofas at reception. It also would have been better if the television could be viewed from the bedroom. As it gets dark so late some blockout roller blinds would also be helpful.

Everything. The stand out things were the breakfast and staff. The breakfast was probably the finest breakfast in the world (with thanks to Carlsberg). Such a variety of food and we were introduced to new things e.g. Carrot and turmeric juice, Danish rye bread with cheese and jam. A particular shout out goes to Matilda, who looked after us very well. The reception staff were top class. Nothing was too much trouble. They allowed us to stay in our room until 2pm as we had a late flight. Good location near metro, easily accessible to the centre. 20 minutes to the main harbour area where the ferries went from. Although the restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't to our taste there were others nearby.

The rooms are very clean, also the fact that there are windows that you can open is very important. The staff is super friendly and nice, especially the guys from the reception. The location is great, a nice area, it's close to all the main points of attraction, with easy access. The breakfast is good, not great, but you can find some things to eat if you are not too picky.

The rooms are pretty small, we had the single and the double one. You have to sleep with the window open at night in the summer ( we were there in July) because it gets hot, but it's pretty noisy outside so we kept waking up. The wireless signal was poor in my room so I wasn't able to use it, but it depends where your room is.

The hotel location was awesome, in the city center, and walkable to most tourist attractions. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. I was very impressed by the hotel personnel: who made my stay enjoyable. -The front desk team was extremely helpful and professional. My thanks to, Zainab, Tiffany, and the rest of the team who made my stay very comfortable. -The breakfast team provided an outstanding service and a great breakfast spread. Many thanks to Abraham and Rue for brightening the start of my day with your wonderful hospitality and smiles. I truly had a memorable stay at Elite Hotel Stockholm Plaza.

- no AC. First night was difficult to sleep. Either we had to choose a quiet hot room or an open window with street noise - the next day we requested a fan and we had two nights of perfect sleep. Ask for a fan immediately upon check in if it is warm.

The Elite is a classy hotel, beautiful building, exceptional staff, and enormous breakfast with dozens of choices. One of the top breakfasts you can find. Worth including. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Stockholm with many other architecturally magnificent hotels around it too, however it is a 20 minute walk into the old town part of Stockholm. But it is a pretty walk and you end up at the waterfront. Or you can take the tram for about 2 Kr. The room we had provided big comfy bathrobes and slippers.

Our room had a weird design, with a living room connected to a bedroom via a narrow corridor with the door to the bathroom. The bedroom is big, but not big enough for your suitcases, so you have to open your suitcases in the living room, taking up the space on the couches -- too bad.

The breakfast was fantastic. The lobby was stylish and the staff were friendly, helpful and tried their best to be flexible. Everything was clean. The location was great, you could walk everywhere and there were nice bars in the local area.

The hotel is more like a 3 star hotel in terms of rooms. We booked a room upgrade but were a little bit dissappointed. The room was small, there was no electric kettle or tea/coffee making facilities, and it wasn't as stylish as the lobby made us expect. There was also no aircon. In the pictures there were rooms with and without bathtubs, unfortunately we got a room without. It sucks that the price is the same whether you get a bathtub or not.
