The hotel is located at the end of the main shopping street, only 10min walk from the train station amd the Arlanda express. The personel was very kind. I asked a room on higher floors and they fullfilled my wish. The room was really clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, big choice of smoothies, salty meals as eggs and bacon, yoghurt, cheese but also coffee, sweets. It's really nice to have tee and coffee during the day in the lobby.

A shower is a bit small.

My quiet room on the corner of the 4th floor overlooked the internal courtyard/atrium where a delicious breakfast is served, and free tea/coffee, fresh fruit and pastries are available throughout the day. The room itself was immaculate, bright, bed comfortable, decent wifi, bathroom pristine, great shower, writing desk, everything I needed for my short 3 night stay, and the hotel's high-ceilinged central Atrium is a great place to relax and enjoy traditional Swedish Fika - and the gorgeous breakfast spread is unbelievably good! Right next door is a fantastic Argentinian bistro, and the central location on the upper part of the pedestrian Drottingattan Street is perfect for wandering around town. Special thanks to the superb breakfast crew, discrete House-keeping staff and the wonderful Sophie for drawing me a map on arrival (after having walked up and down 5 flights of stairs for another guest) and recommending a super-refreshing local cold brew!

Seriously, there was nothing I didn't like, although it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room (a glass bottle with iced water and lemon/mint would have been great), but the tap water is excellent so no issues. I would definitely recommend Hotel Bentleys for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with knowledgeable, warm and friendly staff in an elegant part of Stockholm.

In a beautiful building with a gorgeous atrium where breakfast is served. The open coffee/tea and biscuits were a nice bonus. Breakfast selection definitely beat expectations! Proper buffet with warm food too. They also packed me breakfast as my flight was early which was very nice of them. I would just warm those doing similarly to drink the juice and yogurt (?) before you go through security since I was planning to enjoy mine at the Gate but they were confiscated.

The room is on the smaller end and the prices on the higher end compared to other European countries, but I think this is inline for Stockholm.

The location is excellent—very close to downtown and Stockholm Central Station, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Additionally, both LIDL and COOP are within easy reach, which is very convenient. I booked a small room that was very good, though it was located near the dining area, so I did hear some noise in the mornings. The continental breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of selections. Overall, this place is great value for money, and I would definitely visit again!

A very good hotel in the center of Stockholm, not far from the main train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are not big, but equipped with everything needed and very comfortable. Great breakfast with a big selection of both savory and sweet options, and various smoothies/juices.

We booked a room facing the courtyard - the courtyard though is covered with a windowed roof and while there's enough light in the room, there is not enough air circulation. Opening the windows was not really letting in any fresh air because it was like opening the door to another closed room. It would be great to have some air conditioners in those rooms.

Lovely little hotel in walking distance to the old center on a main street full of shops and cafes. My little room was facing the inner courtyard/cafeteria but th e view was really nice. I want to compliment the staff on keeping the facilities super clean, everything from the rooms to cafeteria chairs was spotless. Breakfast was super nice, lots of yummy options, and a special shout out to whomever made the pecan pie!!!! Overall I am very happy with the experience and recommend staying in this hotel during your stay in Stockholm, it will add to your overall positive experience with the city.

The room was very clean and cozy. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was good enough. The bathroom was surprisingly big. Breakfast was very good and had many options. I specifically liked smoothies and chia pudding. That is a nice touch to other regular stuff one can find at a buffet. The hotel is located on the main shopping street and is close to everything. Perfect location. During the day, you can have a coffee or tea with some biscuits or fruit free of charge.

All the windows are looking into the courtyard, and since mine was on the first floor, I had to keep my curtains constantly shut. But i knew that when I was booking and it wasnt really a big deal.

The staff on reception were fabulous, really friendly and welcoming and available 24 hours. We had a room with a window facing onto the street, one of the main pedestrianised shopping streets - very little noise due to thick double glazing. The king sized bed was super comfy and the room and en suite were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was available from 6.30am, which was great for an early start, and the choice and quality was superb. It was nice to have a hot beverages section which was available at any time for us to serve ourselves.

The location was really good, on the main strip. You could walk into the shopping district or to the train station. Breakfast buffet was probably one of the better ones I've had. Great drinks selection, smoothies, health shots, coffees etc and plenty of food options.

The room was small, very small. Couldn't really fit 2 suitcases in there yet alone open them or move around the room with 2 people but not there to stay in the room 24/7, just to sleep so didn't matter.

Everything about the property is great. First of all, I requested for a bigger single room via booking.com as it was my birthday. When I arrived before check-in time, the staff told me the room is not ready yet and that there was another bigger single room available but at the first floor (the one on the higher floor is smaller). As the rooms are facing the indoor courtyard, noise can definitely be heard much more on the first floor so I said I would wait for the one on the higher floor but after 15 mins or so, Daniel, the reception staff told me a higher floor room is ready and it even comes with a balcony! I might be lucky but that itself just made my day and was such a great start to my trip. The hotel is so pretty, the old elevator adds charm and character, the room was very clean, shower is strong and working well, staff were all friendly and helpful.

There’s nothing I don’t like. My room is on the third floor but I could hear noises during breakfast time and could smell food from my room too (somehow only on the first day) BUT I don’t see this as negative. I needed to start my day very early everyday anyway to do as much things in my itinerary and the noise actually helps me wake up when my alarm doesn’t work lol so I don’t mind it at all.
