Lovely little hotel in walking distance to the old center on a main street full of shops and cafes. My little room was facing the inner courtyard/cafeteria but th e view was really nice. I want to compliment the staff on keeping the facilities super clean, everything from the rooms to cafeteria chairs was spotless. Breakfast was super nice, lots of yummy options, and a special shout out to whomever made the pecan pie!!!! Overall I am very happy with the experience and recommend staying in this hotel during your stay in Stockholm, it will add to your overall positive experience with the city.

Everything about the property is great. First of all, I requested for a bigger single room via booking.com as it was my birthday. When I arrived before check-in time, the staff told me the room is not ready yet and that there was another bigger single room available but at the first floor (the one on the higher floor is smaller). As the rooms are facing the indoor courtyard, noise can definitely be heard much more on the first floor so I said I would wait for the one on the higher floor but after 15 mins or so, Daniel, the reception staff told me a higher floor room is ready and it even comes with a balcony! I might be lucky but that itself just made my day and was such a great start to my trip. The hotel is so pretty, the old elevator adds charm and character, the room was very clean, shower is strong and working well, staff were all friendly and helpful.

There’s nothing I don’t like. My room is on the third floor but I could hear noises during breakfast time and could smell food from my room too (somehow only on the first day) BUT I don’t see this as negative. I needed to start my day very early everyday anyway to do as much things in my itinerary and the noise actually helps me wake up when my alarm doesn’t work lol so I don’t mind it at all.

The location was really good, on the main strip. You could walk into the shopping district or to the train station. Breakfast buffet was probably one of the better ones I've had. Great drinks selection, smoothies, health shots, coffees etc and plenty of food options.

The room was small, very small. Couldn't really fit 2 suitcases in there yet alone open them or move around the room with 2 people but not there to stay in the room 24/7, just to sleep so didn't matter.

This is a lovely place. It has friendly personnel. It's close by to lots of shops and restaurants so you can get anything you need at any time of the day. The beds are comfortable and clean. And it's just a 15 minute walk from the central station (which has a train that goes from and to the airport)

My only issue would maybe be the showers. Cause they spill lot of water on the bathroom ground. Which I feel could maybe be fixed with a shower cabin or something similar. But besides that, it's an excellent place to stay, and even that wasn't a big issue.

Breakfast is great, but the courtyard gets a little bit overcrowded sometimes, so you have to look for a place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Cofffee, tea, and sweets available all day free of charge.

The hotel was very good but there is one thing I absolutely do not understand. It's a recurrent feature in hotels I've seen over the past months: why is there only half the door/wall in the shower? The other half is missing. Why? Extremely incovenient with water all over the floor in the bathroom after you take a shower. Need to throw fresh towels on the floor and mop up. What's the purpose of this?

We loved the location, right in the city centre with a lot of pubs and restaurants around. Breakfast was amazing, a variety of everything - a vegetarian or meat lover will find something for sure. Almost everyone from the crew was nice and we could leave the luggage whenever we want.

We got the room basically in the basement with really small windows. The member of the staff was a little bit unprofessional, while he was checking us in we had to wait until he checks someone to receive our luggage. But it's the syle of living in his country - we all know this. In the room we had a rubbish left by someone else - so I suppose it wasn't cleaned very well.

Location is very good, on a street reserved for pedestrians. Not far away from the central railway station. (Without heavy baggage, one could walk down in 10-12 minutes). The old town and shopping area is also within walking distance. A lot of choice for dining within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was great, one of the best we came across in the "Included" category.

The rooms were good for business travellers with light luggage. For us, on a long tour of Scandinavia, with one check in bag each, the rooms were cramped. One doesn't get an idea of the size of the room, from mere photograph or square meters, while booking.

The hotel was on the best place and street... Of course, tradional elevator😇 of the hotel. Breakfast... At the heart of the Stockholm City and slow, confortable The team of the hotel was so kind and nice, young people...from the reception to cleaning everyting was wonderfull, great thanks to staff of the hotel.👏

May be in the room, it would be good to have salla refrigrator.And the banyo materials( soup etc) would be beter...

The establishment gave us a room on the fifth floor with a small balcony and a wonderful view of the surrounding houses. The room was small but comfortable. We didn't have any problems. The staff were kind and accommodating to our requests, the cleanliness was quite satisfactory, and the towel change was at individual discretion whether to do it or not. The breakfast buffet was particularly good, with several lactose-free and vegan options available, which is essential for someone like me with a dietary issue! Coffee and water were always available throughout the day. The hotel also prepared a takeaway breakfast since we needed to do an early check-out. Kudos to the establishment and the staff!

I have nothing to complain about.

Location is perfect really on the heart of Stockholm at a walking distance from the main attractions. Nice Argentina restaurant next door, complete breakfast and the staff amazingly helpful. They helped us find a place to park and the principal things to see. The pics from the booking website are real I was impressed with the architecture of the hotel

Parking is not easy and expensive. For those that drive please use the application easy park to find the tax 3 locations and pay attention to the days and times you car park without tickets
