The hotel is located at the end of the main shopping street, only 10min walk from the train station amd the Arlanda express. The personel was very kind. I asked a room on higher floors and they fullfilled my wish. The room was really clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, big choice of smoothies, salty meals as eggs and bacon, yoghurt, cheese but also coffee, sweets. It's really nice to have tee and coffee during the day in the lobby.

A shower is a bit small.

Breakfast was excellent, Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was charming. Location was also excellent, close to the centre and all historical sites are reachable within 20 min walking.

I was in a one person room. If I could improve something, I would add a small basic clothes rack in the corner because there is no way of hanging clothes in a comfortable way if you stay for longer (like I did) . There was just a wall hanger for clothes which wasn't enough really But it wasn't a big deal for me personally I just kept clothes on the chair.

Very pleasant and functional hotel room which excellently serves it's purpose of accommodating various sorts of guests in this beautiful city. Room was not big but specious enough (as expected) and very inteligently composed, well-equiped and definitely so relaxing. I was also impresed the way this quarter was so decent, quite visited but peaceful at nights. Also elegant in a very old fashioned manner. Everything in acomodation was clean and bed was super comfortable. All of neighborhood is very charming and welcoming to a guest, even though it's quite large and in a very city center. Breakfast was with enough options and plentiful. Alttough hotel is for every recommendation hotel staff is, at least that is my opinion as a frequent traveler who visited more than 40 countries wordwide, up to the task and equallly worthy resource of this hotel. Always very kind, with a sincere smile and ready to serve the guest. Definitely, all of this experience was excellent memory and good value for money.

The hotel staff were very nice - they let us check in early (like 9 am early) as we arrived after overnight flight and were desperate for the shower. They even offered us a choice between 2 available rooms. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was actually included in the price of our room. The lobby/restaurant area is a big inner courtyard with glass roof above your head, very stylish and pleasant to be in - this is where you eat that amazing breakfast they serve daily. Staff at the breakfast were extremely attentive, brought extra food even before it was gone, took dirty plates from the tables in a timely manner - couldn't possibly wish for better service. Rooms are on the smaller side, but there is everything that's necessary for a short stay (we stayed for 2 nights). Hotel is located at the very top of the pedestrian street (quieter area) that goes directly into the city center (Gamla Stan). We had 1st floor room with windows above a couple of restaurants, but the noise from the street did not bother us at any point of the day or night. I'm a light sleeper, so it would typically be a concern, but somehow it wasn't in this case.

One thing that was somewhat an issue for me is the absence of the air conditioning during July heat. I understand this is pretty standard in this part of Europe, and there was a fan in the room to cool off, so it was manageable. It probably wouldn't bother me if it wasn't almost 30 degrees Celsius outside and it's probably just a few days per year, when it gets so hot in Sweden, so I totally get it might not be reasonable for the hotels to invest into A/C.

My quiet room on the corner of the 4th floor overlooked the internal courtyard/atrium where a delicious breakfast is served, and free tea/coffee, fresh fruit and pastries are available throughout the day. The room itself was immaculate, bright, bed comfortable, decent wifi, bathroom pristine, great shower, writing desk, everything I needed for my short 3 night stay, and the hotel's high-ceilinged central Atrium is a great place to relax and enjoy traditional Swedish Fika - and the gorgeous breakfast spread is unbelievably good! Right next door is a fantastic Argentinian bistro, and the central location on the upper part of the pedestrian Drottingattan Street is perfect for wandering around town. Special thanks to the superb breakfast crew, discrete House-keeping staff and the wonderful Sophie for drawing me a map on arrival (after having walked up and down 5 flights of stairs for another guest) and recommending a super-refreshing local cold brew!

Seriously, there was nothing I didn't like, although it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room (a glass bottle with iced water and lemon/mint would have been great), but the tap water is excellent so no issues. I would definitely recommend Hotel Bentleys for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with knowledgeable, warm and friendly staff in an elegant part of Stockholm.

Great location, very interesting inner design. Generally clean and staff was nice. Room size was really small, but that's what I expected. Breakfast was ok.

It might be written that is hot due to missing AC, but there are things that could be done without AC (or a small ventilator) to air the rooms ( guess nobody wants to invest).... was realllllly sauna inside. No possibility to get a real coffee like a simple espresso/cappuccino ( and not the boiled water type of coffee). I was willing to pay for it, but they just don't have any possibility... in a 4 star hotel

This hotel was perfect for my short 1-night solo stay and surpassed my expectations! The staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating and I appreciated being able to drop off my bag to store for the morning/early afternoon before I could check in. My single room was small but very cute and cozy and had everything I needed, and was extremely clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size as well. Check-in and out was easy, and I appreciated being able to relax in the beautiful lounge and enjoy free tea/coffee/treats. The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE and I would absolutely stay here again just for this! The central location near the train station was fantastic and the price compared to other hotels, AirBnb and hostels was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again, no question.

Everything was perfect!

In a beautiful building with a gorgeous atrium where breakfast is served. The open coffee/tea and biscuits were a nice bonus. Breakfast selection definitely beat expectations! Proper buffet with warm food too. They also packed me breakfast as my flight was early which was very nice of them. I would just warm those doing similarly to drink the juice and yogurt (?) before you go through security since I was planning to enjoy mine at the Gate but they were confiscated.

The room is on the smaller end and the prices on the higher end compared to other European countries, but I think this is inline for Stockholm.

The location is excellent—very close to downtown and Stockholm Central Station, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Additionally, both LIDL and COOP are within easy reach, which is very convenient. I booked a small room that was very good, though it was located near the dining area, so I did hear some noise in the mornings. The continental breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of selections. Overall, this place is great value for money, and I would definitely visit again!

A very good hotel in the center of Stockholm, not far from the main train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are not big, but equipped with everything needed and very comfortable. Great breakfast with a big selection of both savory and sweet options, and various smoothies/juices.

We booked a room facing the courtyard - the courtyard though is covered with a windowed roof and while there's enough light in the room, there is not enough air circulation. Opening the windows was not really letting in any fresh air because it was like opening the door to another closed room. It would be great to have some air conditioners in those rooms.
