The accommodation is in a great location, close to the bus station and the pedestrian street from where the Royal Castle and the harbour can be reached. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, convenient lifts to access rooms. It was nice to have blackout curtains on the windows for the light nights. The bathroom was comfortable and practical. We liked the fact that we could have our own breakfast in the dining room and had free hot water.

Unfortunately, there was very little space in the room: no table, no cupboard, not even shelves to put our things on. We could only find hangers to hang our clothes on. Everything else had to be stored on the windowsill. Instead of big mirrors, they could at least have put shelves on the walls. Our first room was in the attic, and you couldn't open the window at all. We sleep with the window open even in winter. So we changed rooms, where we had a small window at the top that could be opened.

* Excellent location, not far from the old town, very close to the main shopping streets * In the morning, you can buy good inexpensive sandwiches, pastries, and coffee in the lobby * You can get drinking water, including sparkling water, in the lobby, and you can rent a water bottle if you don't have your own * Nice modern rooms, everything is new and clean * The hotel has a free washing machine * There are free lockers in the lobby where you can leave your belongings before check-in or after check-out.

* There are no wardrobes in the rooms, only hooks. * Some rooms do not have windows that open and no air conditioning. Our friends were placed on the 6th floor, and the temperature in the room was over 28 degrees. But the staff were accommodating and moved them to another room the next day.

Centrally located — just a 10-minute walk from the Arlanda Express station and a 7-minute walk from the train and metro station. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Very helpful staff who were quick to respond to my questions, even before my stay. There’s a small mini-market in the lounge area with simple food and coffee. The free washing machine and ironing facilities were a bonus, as I stayed in Stockholm for a week to attend an international congress. The room decor is very practical, with plenty of space to hang all your clothes. Very clean, with a good shower.

Very strange bedding for such a good hotel — the mattress wasn’t very comfortable, the pillows were too small and worn, and there were only two very small blankets. The shower could use a rack, as there’s no place to put shampoo or other items. Room cleaning is only provided for stays longer than a week, which was disappointing.

The location of this hotel is just perfect, close to the bus station, the old town and all the main attractions. The staff are friendly and very helpful, check in and check out are super easy and the major advantage - the moment your room is ready, you can check in (without waiting till the official check-in time and without extra cost) - in our case it was 10 am. But even if you need to wait for your room, there are free-of-charge lockers where you can leave your luggage and go and see the town.

The hotel is in the city center, and you can reach the central station in 8-9 minutes on foot. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Self check-in went smoothly. The room for four people had one bunk bed and one double bed. There was a spacious private bathroom and toilet in the room. A hairdryer and towels were provided, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Public transportation to the ferry terminal is very convenient, you can get there with a single bus. You can store your luggages for free before and after check-in.

The air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough; but the staff helped us with it.

The accommodation was as described. Not a spacious room, yet adequate. I would have also liked a refrigerator and tea/coffee making capability in the room, but it was easy to get some ice from the reception/cafe at the lobby. Helpful system for check in where you register all the required information before arrival and they alert you when the room is available. In my case, I moved in at about 10:00am – a real bonus and getting the key took less than a minute. It’s quite close, about 6 minutes, to the Central Railway Station and it was an easy, level walk to it and the train to the airport for my very early morning flight.

I would have also liked a refrigerator and tea/coffee making capability in the room.

The hall was very pleasant, with common areas and a foosball table. Our room was small but very cozy, with a large window with curtains, mirrors, a safe, and a TV to which we connected music via Bluetooth. The bathroom was also tiny but well-lit and well-equipped with towels, soap, and a hairdryer. The bed was very comfortable and had plugs on both sides. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly at all times. Additionally, they allowed us to access the room early and we were also able to use some large lockers for free after check-out. The location was excellent, very close to the center. The value for money was outstanding. Without a doubt, we will return when we come back to Stockholm.

To mention something 'negative': we didn’t miss the wardrobe because we only stayed for one night, but there was no closed wardrobe (only drawers and hangers). We would have loved to have a minibar in our room, although there was food and drinks available at the hall.

Excellent location, clean and warm room, cozy and comfortable bed! All procedures are automated (check in, check out, order for food/beverages), but there is always someone kind and friendly to help you out! There are many options for snacks, coffee, beverages and other essentials in the lounge. The decoration is simple but modern, reflecting the standard scandinavian aesthetics. The hotel location is ideal, as the town centre, the central railstation and the most famous sights can all be reached by foot!

We had no complaints at all! If we had to ask for anything more, that would be for a mini fridge in the room.

Good location. 10 mins from the central station. Also only about 35 mins walk from Stockholm stadium which was great as I could walk there easily. There is a food hub on site which I didn't use but it looked plentiful. Staff were also always very pleasant and attentive. It was better value than the hotel I usually stay at for the diamond league so would definitely consider staying here instead.

Small fridge would have been great in the room (there's space) but I appreciate that would undermine the food hub.

Great location and very central -- near grocery stores, shopping, and public transportation. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's also generally affordable given the really high cost of staying anywhere in central Stockholm. Also, if you have an Estonian connection, this place is diagonally across the street from the "Eesti maja / Estniska huset" Estonian community center!

The breakfast sandwiches were kind of uninspired -- cold and bland. The only thing that wasn't that great, but also not that big of a deal, since there are plenty of coffee shops and other places nearby.
