The accommodation was as described. Not a spacious room, yet adequate. I would have also liked a refrigerator and tea/coffee making capability in the room, but it was easy to get some ice from the reception/cafe at the lobby. Helpful system for check in where you register all the required information before arrival and they alert you when the room is available. In my case, I moved in at about 10:00am – a real bonus and getting the key took less than a minute. It’s quite close, about 6 minutes, to the Central Railway Station and it was an easy, level walk to it and the train to the airport for my very early morning flight.

The hall was very pleasant, with common areas and a foosball table. Our room was small but very cozy, with a large window with curtains, mirrors, a safe, and a TV to which we connected music via Bluetooth. The bathroom was also tiny but well-lit and well-equipped with towels, soap, and a hairdryer. The bed was very comfortable and had plugs on both sides. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly at all times. Additionally, they allowed us to access the room early and we were also able to use some large lockers for free after check-out. The location was excellent, very close to the center. The value for money was outstanding. Without a doubt, we will return when we come back to Stockholm.

To mention something 'negative': we didn’t miss the wardrobe because we only stayed for one night, but there was no closed wardrobe (only drawers and hangers). We would have loved to have a minibar in our room, although there was food and drinks available at the hall.

Excellent location, clean and warm room, cozy and comfortable bed! All procedures are automated (check in, check out, order for food/beverages), but there is always someone kind and friendly to help you out! There are many options for snacks, coffee, beverages and other essentials in the lounge. The decoration is simple but modern, reflecting the standard scandinavian aesthetics. The hotel location is ideal, as the town centre, the central railstation and the most famous sights can all be reached by foot!

We had no complaints at all! If we had to ask for anything more, that would be for a mini fridge in the room.

Really great value for money compared to other hotels in stockholm. Felt really safe here as a solo female traveler and the hotel staff were very friendly every time I seen them. I also had a last minute room request before check in and they were kindly able to help with it which I really appreciated.

Not really a complaint but I do wish that the laundry room had more than one machine. I hoped to do a couple of washes during my stay but unfortunately a lot of times the machine was already in use.

Interior design are designer standard; choices of furniture/ colour scheme/ materials/ practically are high standards; plugs found everywhere to use in ground floor; lockers to store luggage are large enough and convenient to use; staff are friendly; there are 2 lift to use (retro design of lifts); wide stair to use if you prefer; hotel always clean and tidy; location are excellent to Stockholm Centra station, there is bus stop 53 outside 2mins walk from hotel; and flat surface walk to main shopping street; or any visitor must-go places through Stockholm City station or Centra Station or Tram Stop; wifi speed is good; Shampoo/ Handwash quality are good;

Breakfast selection are limited to 3 sandwich flavours (same menu everyday) + a cup of coffee selection, it quite bored after a while; NO hOUSEKEEPING no matter how many stays (need extra pay for the housekeeping); Bathroom shower door design’s fault, as shower water will go through underneath the door; NO Floor Mat on bathroom, it’s slippery, use face towel as floor mat instead; Air con limited to 21’C lowest, it’s warm and no air circulation, during the night sleep have to open up window and the noise from street are disturbance; Pillows are extremely soft and low, not good for back sleeper; TV Chromecast doesn’t work at all; NO Main Switch beside bed, therefore need to wake up and walk to the entrance door to switch off the lights;

Great location and very central -- near grocery stores, shopping, and public transportation. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's also generally affordable given the really high cost of staying anywhere in central Stockholm. Also, if you have an Estonian connection, this place is diagonally across the street from the "Eesti maja / Estniska huset" Estonian community center!

The breakfast sandwiches were kind of uninspired -- cold and bland. The only thing that wasn't that great, but also not that big of a deal, since there are plenty of coffee shops and other places nearby.

Great location, 10 minutes walk by foot to Central Station. Many restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. The lobby area is comfy and aesthetic, rooms are a bit small but they've got everything you could need for a short stay. We had an issue with the online self check-in but staff was very friendly and guided us once we arrived. Lobby has a water station for your use any time of day/night.

Our room was a bit cold and heating in the building was not working. However, when raising this with the staff, they brought us an electric radiator, which made it better. Also if you want daily cleaning you need to pay an extra charge (otherwise the only thing you get is garbage taken out). Considering the cost, basic stuff like floor vacuuming could've been included.

1. I received spam emails from them all month before my arrival there - the receptionist at the hotel after I checked in explained me that there was a hacker attack on their Booking account and that we shouldn't click on the links they send - they all fake. I think they should have sent an explanatory letter to all guests or either left an announcement on their Booking account about it. They didn't answer my questions about these links when I wrote to them via Booking app before my arrival 2. I couldn't connect the TV from my room to my phone (but it could be only my problem)

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is very centrally located and our room (it had windows and a queen bed) was very good value for money. We asked for a quiet room and was given a room that doesn't face the road which was lovely, but beware - there's a construction next door right now (which starts making a lot of noise around 7.30 am - which was not a problem for us since we wake up much earlier in any case but if you think it might be a problem for you I'd advise to ask the staff beforehand about the rooms). Our room was large enough for 2 people (we had a backpack + small luggage), and it was very clean. There are a lot of hangers in the room which we found extremely practical. Overall a very nice and relaxing experience, highly recommend.

Great location and perfect for a small or longer stay. Nice amenities. Free luggage lockers were very convenient that could be used after checking out also. Very clean room and toilet and comfortable beds. Basic necessities were able to be purchased from the reception in case something is forgotten. Late check out was nice to have.

Weren’t able to use the TV as the casting feature was not working so could stream and watch anything from our personal devices and there was nothing else available to watch on the tv. However it’s not a deal breaker. Maybe for the price basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste can be provided in case someone forgot to have it with them.
