It is at an excellent location for sure, everything is closeby, easy to find shops, cafés, restaurants, everything is walking distance from there. I especially liked that I could stroll on the shore and then go for a night walk in the old city, really picturesque. I think they clean the common facilities several times a day, which is excellent.

There was a little issue with the smell of some toilets, even though they cleaned them daily. Maybe putting in antiseptic once a day could prevent this issue, but that is all.

Reception closed early and I could not get a hot drink (coffee/tea). It was very cold in Stockholm at the time, I would have appreciated a kettle with complimentary warm drinks or with automatic machine.

Great location, spacious rooms and clean beds

Bathrooms smelled really awful at times like there was some foul stuff in the drains, despite being clean.

Interesting and stylish old building with the added bonus of a lift! Music playing in the corridors was pleasant, as was the decor throughout. We were a bit dismayed that there was no kettle in our room, but this was rectified once I requested it, and the staff were friendly and helpful

Communal bathrooms took a bit of getting used to, especially the first one which had a strong smell of drains. I had originally thought that breakfast was included in the cost so that was a bit of a letdown, although the recommended café was very good and just across the road

The staff were friendly and the room very clean. The bathrooms are great because each 'stall' has a door with a shower and toilet (less 'hostel'-like). It is located right in the centre of the old town, making it super easy to get to all the major attractions. The staff also helped us book some activities. I would definitely stay again!

The hostel would benefit from more common areas (couches, etc) for guests to be able to spend time other than just in their rooms. We also had a bit of an issue with allergies (all three of us and it was raining so not likely to be pollen outside)... but the staff were very helpful and helped us find a 24h pharmacy where we got anti-histamines.

It was a really lovely place, in the old town, maybe 3 minutes walk from the royal palace, close to all transport links The accommodation was very clean, the staff was happy to provide more towels, the bathrooms were very very clean as well and nice and private with separate little bathrooms with showers and toilets. The staff were friendly and helpful

Our room was on the smaller side and downstairs is a bar that was very very noisy with music and people standing and smoking outside of our window until 3AM on the weekend which wasn’t great, nothing the Inn can do about that I guess but keep that in mind if you don’t tolerate that kind of noise well

The Inn is located just off the main street in Old Town Stockholm, so everything you need is no more than a 10 minite walk away. The building felt secure, with extra locked doors during the night. My partner and I stayed in a private room, and the room was huge! The bed was very comfortable and had a small sink for brushing our teeth in. It was a shared bathroom situation, and these facilities were clean, and I only needed to wait once. Initially, we were worried we may be cold in the night as we could not figure out how to turn the radiators on, but I think that there was central air-condition heating, as we were very warm in the night. We also had a 3:30am check out, and that was made very simple by leaving our card in the room. PS. I highly recommend Skeppsbro Bageri just nearby for breakfast! Excellent coffee and pastries!

The curtains in our room did nothing at all to stop the light coming in from outside. We were on the first level, so there were street lights directly outside our windows. It is lucky that we travel with eye masks, which we needed to use in our illuminated room. I would recommend the owners putting a second blind on these windows. I'm not sure if it's the Inn's fault, but in the lower street entry foyer, it always smelt a bit like sewerage. It's not the most welcoming smell. The reception and room did not have this smell.

+ The location is just perfect. It could not be more central! If you get bored of the city centre, you can go to any directions of the city. + The hostel was very clean and we felt really cozy here. + The double-bed room was a bit smaller but you have everything you need there. + The common showers/restrooms were also very clean and (unlike other hostels) a big advantage is the toilet+shower room, so you have enough privacy. - The price is a lot for non Swedish citizen but be sure to know, this is a great price for Sweden.

- WiFi was sometimes too slow, especially on the weekkend when more guests came in. - The soap dispenser in the shower would be nice. - The matress was too soft but this is just my problem. If you like softer beds, you will not see this as an disadvantage.

Very nice, cosy hotel in an old building in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms are large, vintage, clean, warm, with elements of vintage décor. With no breakfast, but at the reception you can get a kettle in the room and buy sandwiches, biscuits, fruit, ready-made coffee and tea. Showers and toilets on the floor: no problems with access as there are several, everyone has enough. Very clean, quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds. Beautiful interior and friendly staff. Would recommend and would be happy to come back here again.

Location was great and check in easy. We had a suite with a bedroom and large living room and nice bathroom. Only recommendation is to provide guests with hand towels and/or washcloths in addition to large towels. Americans use both. Shower and bathroom was large but you may want to put a small rise to stop the shower water from wetting the entire bathroom floor- for easier cleaning for your staff and for safety of guests not slipping in bathroom ( we are lawyers so we notice liability issues for businesses. ) Our stay was comfortable and room was quiet.
