Location was great! We absolutely loved staying in old town. The hotel was on a side street where you could turn left out the door and go to the main roads or right and get lost in the alleys of old town with great shopping and amazing restaurants (highly recommend some Italian food in this area). You're only a moments walk away from the Nobel Peace Museum, the royal palace, and much more! The facilities were nice and unique, clean, and well kept. We had a room with our own bathroom, which was great and highly recommended if you're booking here.

Our shower door was a bit broken and wouldn't close all the way. It didn't cause much issues, but I did have to stand certain ways to make sure I didn't flood the floor.

Great spot located within Old Town. Hotel is accessible via key-codes which can be convenient at any time of day if reception is closed after 7pm, common areas had coffee/tea/water/kettle/mini-fridge which was appreciated. Rooms were spotless and comfortable with Smart-TV, great water pressure with segregated shower from bathroom, and staff were friendly and quick to resolve any issues.

I received a nice room that wasn't cleaned but had remnants of old duvets and cleaning supplies; however, reception hostess quickly resolved this. The contingency wasn't as big of a room as what I would have had but everything was clean and functional. There was minimal communication otherwise online and limited hours where reception was manned.

Staff were very accommodating, bed was comfortable and shower worked well. There was some noice from plumbing, which on occasion woke me up quite early, but otherwise I slept very well. A little noice from outside on Friday/Saturday, but otherwise very quiet! Location was absolutely perfect. Would definitely recommend it if you're going to be out and about viewing the city for your visit, but it may feel a bit cramped if you're going to be staying inside a lot.

Noise from plumbing could be a little noisy, and there was some noise from outside during the weekend, but otherwise, not a problem!

Friendly, helpful staff. I really loved the location. I stayed during the winter and there was snow on the ground. Located right near the water in the old town just minutes' walk into the heart of interesting little streets with shops and restaurants. I stayed in a couple different rooms on the ground floor near the street. Very basic, small comfortable rooms. A good place to rest and sleep.

One quirky thing about this place is that it seems to have some sort of power flush toilets. If you're familiar with the very loud, startling flush of an airplane toilet, this is very similar. Not only was my toilet shockingly loud and sudden but I could also hear the toilets from adjacent rooms. Not a really big deal though.

I was overnighting before a work function that required me to catch a ferry - as it transpired the ferry was one minute walk from the hotel, which was excellent. Facilities were good - could make a cup of tea and have water. Bathroom was very clean. Comfortable stay. Thanks

I had to fight with the security door code a bit to get in and this made me wary of going out again in the evening in case I was locked out. A colleague of mine (unfortunately neither of us knew we had booked the same hotel as we were coming from different countries) later told me she could not get into the building when she arrived in the small hours and actually had to find another hotel. Pity.

I liked everything ! Such a nice team that is working there ,so kind and welcoming :) the room was lovely as well and we were situated right next to the "kitchen " where you can get free water and coffee . Everything was super clean as well and the location was great for us 🤗 thank you!

The only thing that s giving a minus here : flushing the toilet was super loud and same was the shower. Every minute while taking a shower there was a super loud noise as if we flushed the toilet . I don't actually mind about that but it was super loud so when you took a shower in the evening or used the toilet we felt kinda bad because of this noise

A really great place to stay in an excellent location. I thought it was reasonably priced given the location. I didn't have a shower in my room (I knew this when booking) but had no issues accessing the shower that was available to me. Otherwise, I did have my own bathroom. Access to hotel and room with codes, so no need to carry a key or card.

Great wifi, location. I liked how there are only codes for everything. You never get an actual key/card. The beds are really comfy. The bathroom is really esthetically pleasing.

The flushing of toilets. They flush like the onese on trains/planes. SUPER loud and overwhelming. So you can always track your neighbors discharge. The same goes for shower and sink. They start sucking/draining water super loudly.

The people working in the hostel were very friendly and helpful. Although the reception is not always occupied, you can reach them by phone 10am-7pm. There’s a possibility to leave your luggage in the luggage room for a remaining day after the check out in the morning. There’s free tea, water and instant coffee on both floors, with a cute common area downstairs.

One toilet was blocked the night we came (and another one closed), and in the morning it was leaking. We only stayed one night and there was another toilet upstairs, so it didn’t affect us much.

Located in Gamla Stan, Stockholm`s Old Town. Most of sights within walking distance of the property. Places to eat and shop nearby. Good value for money for Stockhom. Perfect for few nights stay when visiting the city.

Room was located on the ground floor so there was some noise coming from the street. Hotel is set in an old building, so the layout of the room was irregular, but this was not an issue.
