A very nice hotel with excellent staff! Our room was right over the bridge on top of the road, and our view of the city was superb! Everything was comfortable, clean and perfect for a couple. The morning buffet was really good and with great variety, and again the staff was absolutely polite and helpful. The same goes for the receptionists at the front desk, they were always friendly and ready to help us with everything. Also, the location is perfect, we could walk everywhere, everything of interest is close by. All in all, we had a great stay and we will choose the hotel again.

It's a minor thing, but there were no slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. It wasn't a big inconvenience, but for a Hilton hotel one would assume these are expected toiletries to be provided for the guests.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great! Location superb!

Ask for a free upgrade (since I booked 2 rooms with a view but was given rooms without a view). They said they only had 1 room available. But the following day I asked again they did have 2 rooms available but had to pay $50 per room per night. Really disappointed that they did not honor a free upgrade.

There was no smart TV in our room (with the view) which was pretty weird on my opinion on 5* hotel .. only local channels were able to watch .

The property was beautiful. Its location is perfect for everything and the view out of the Breakfast room was a delight. It will be absolutely gorgeous once all the roadworks and building work on the surrounding areas is complete. Cant wait to see what it looks like once it's done. Breakfast was second to none. Staff very helpful and polite. Room was spotlessly clean. The cleaners were exceptional. Loved it!! Will definitely be back here again.

Our room was on the ground level and opposite offices which meant we had to keep our curtains closed all the time otherwise people could see in from the offices and from people walking past. I will try and make sure that we are on a higher level next time or pay for an upgrade to have a room overlooking the water.

Breakfast was good. Location is good near Slussen metro station. Safe in the room was big enough for my laptop. Shower cabinet does not leak water outside.

The information in the slip given with key card and the sheet printed out for me in the reception about WiFi log in were contradictory and both of them did not correspond to situation when I tried to connect internet at third floor, room 3006. The log in page seemed to ask for my name and room number and charge me about internet use. There was no option to click special code button the slip hinted. Somehow I managed to get in without accepting the charges and at reception they confirmed that nothing was charged. I was wondering if the WiFi I was connecting was real one as it was Hilton Honors and not HiltonHonors as it was printed in the both paper guides given to me, but apparently it was the real one.

Excellent location for exploring. Easy walk to old town and islands plus Ferry and underground nearby. Clean, lovely staff, nice restaurant and fantastic breakfast with lots of choices.

Our room was top floor near a rooftop bar which was a little noisy at times. We could have asked to change rooms as the other side of the hotel wouldn’t hear it but it didn’t bother us too much.

It is a Hilton. Basic work-conference-style accommodation. Clean and quiet. Excellent staff at reception.

We were given barely comfortable rooms in the building next door with all the basics but tiny beds (140 cm). Only after 2 nights were we able to switch one of the rooms to a 160 bed. Still. not exactly King size. No twin beds avaliable. Staff in bar and restaurant fundamentally uninterested.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough and had sound-proof windows, which was great. I do not have any critics about the room. Room was surprisingly quiet. First I got a room on the second floor, but had a gym right under and the gym noises (weights hitting the floor) arrived to my room. I asked a change and it was kindly done and on the 7th floor it was quiet. Hotel has amazing views and the best location one could have in Stockholm!

Around 8 in the morning (some morning before) the stuff moved with trolley with glasses/bottles/dishes in the corridor and it made so much noise that woke me up.

The hotel was very nice, location was perfect, really close to Gamla Stan and the staff was friendly too. I thought it was very safe and the hotel had a luxurious vibe to it.

The room was a bit small and thought the food prices were a bit high but perhaps that just had to do with Sweden.

Airco in our room was not cooling well, complaint about it but no improvement made Breakfast was little confusing from the satellites with food. Maybe routing could been little smarter but small remark ( more as idea to rethink)
