I loved the window seat where you could sit and read or watch the scenery and people passing by. It was situated in a lovely part of town, accessible to the old town and right near a station. The staff and breakfast buffet were top-notch.

I had no idea a room could be so small! I booked the bunk room for myself and my daughter as I thought she’d find the bunk beds fun. We couldn’t move around the room at the same time because it was so small. I will definitely stay here again as the place was so lovely, but will pick a larger room next time. Description should be clearer that the some rooms, while meant for two, do not allow two people (in this case a normal sized adult and 10yo child) to move about the room freely.

Breakfast! The breakfast was out of this world. I am still thinking about it!😂 There were so many organis products, fresh herbs to cut with a scissors, cakes, meats, fish, organic teas...it really was a fantastic start to every day coming from two foodies! The staff were phenomenal apart from the main lady at breakfast who seemed to bully the other younger staff members. The staff all in all were so helpful and friendly and welcoming. The bar was so cosy. I really loved lounging the chatting to the staff and reading the books there after a long day walking. The location was amazing! Right beside the train station and 5 mins from the beautiful old town. I loved it! The interiors were out of the world. We are building a house at the moment and I took so many pictures. I love interior design so I was really blown away by all the little touches! Bathrooms were stunning! Everything was just perfect and so clean and cosy. I cannot wait to come back!

There was quite a climb up many winding stairs to your room. If you were an older person you would struggle to carry your luggage upstairs but I'm sure the staff would offer to help or you could get a room on a lower level. Our room was very small. My husband is quite tall and struggled with the size of it. It didn't bother me.

It was simply perfect. The family room was very spacious and looked newly renovated. Mattresses are incredibly comfortable, slept like babies! The inclusive breakfast was super diverse and with many many options - we haven’t even expected that level of food for breakfast. But the biggest star of our stay was the receptionist Sophie, who was absolutely stellar. Every hotel in the world should have their own Sophie! She made sure we are taken care of from the moment we stepped in, until our check out. Such professionalism, friendliness and care for the clients is rarely seen these days - Sophie you are A STAR!!

Nice boutique hotel in the south of Södermalm. Great neighbourhood with lots of bars, restaurants and great shopping. Walking distance to Gamla Stan’s old town. The subway is right in front of t of the hotel. There’s a nice restaurant in the hotel.

There are some gipsies in front of the hotel and some construction which makes the area a little unpleasant to walk through. On the first night we had s room facing the street and it was too noisy. We moved to another room facing the court which was perfect.

The breakfast was amazing! Very clean, stylish design in rooms. It had everything one needed. The location of the hotel was great too. Staff were helpful and present. I particularly liked the availability of a great shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the bathroom.

The sink in the bathroom was too small to wash your face in! I appreciate they did the best to make use of the small bathroom but the size of the sink is good enough to wash your hands in. I didn't like the dish cloth they provided for the hands either!

The staff at Hotel Frantz were absolutely wonderful. I am a super light sleeper and the room we had originally was above the bar so was a little noisy for me and the staff switched our room no problem which was super kind. The breakfast was fantastic and so was the location. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

The one thing to consider is if you have heavy baggage there's no lift. No issue but just for awareness.

As returning guests, we absolutely love staying at this hotel! The team go above and beyond to make your stay extra comfortable and special. The hotel is centrally located, within very close walking distance to the metro and all shops and restaurants. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the rooms have great, small details added. It is by far the best breakfast spread we've ever seen at any hotel! We look forward to returning again soon.

The rooms are on the smaller side but that is standard to hotels in Europe / Scandinavia.

The room was well laid out albeit a little small. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff was very friendly. The intention was to stay in Sodermalm but being able to access the rest of the city as well. It was extremely conveniently positioned. And surprisingly very quiet too!

The beds were a little too big for the room and initially it felt a little claustrophobic for 2 people. The chair in the room is way too heavy and large. The possibility of packing 2 suitcases at the same time would be helpful.

It is cosy hotel in an old building, rooms are small but with large comfortable beds, breakfast excellent, staff great, all in all, great stay.

There are no closets in the room, so you have to put your clothes in the windows. There is one “closet” for ironing board, which is less important, they could have used that space for some shelfs. Or possibly organized some drawers under the beds.

I stayed there for 2 nights and was very satisfied & positively surprised about this nice hotel! The Frantz Hotel is very centrally located (metro station / Slussen = right away, and just 2 stops to main station „T-Centralen“). The hotel staff is very friendly (from lobby, to waitress, bar keeper, chef cook, etc.); all of them tried to make your stay as best as possible. :) Thanks again! And the foooood, was lovely! I had breakfast included (great choice, very good quality, delicious, fresh, creative). And I enjoyed also 1 dinner at the Frantz Restaurant (recommended to reserve a table!): all of it was lovely / super delicious and worth every €/Swedish Krone. ;)

Only one little recommendation for the hotel would be to add coffee/tea ~machine and a bottle of water in your beautiful rooms.
