Close to major sites. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.

There really isn’t any human contact. If you’re driving into the city, there is no direction or help for parking. Would be very helpful if the owners you are renting from put together a helpful list. We spent three hours trying to figure out where to park and almost left and would have eaten the nonrefundable stay because we felt we had no other option. When someone finally responded to us, they said find parking by waterfront. There was none. It almost ruined our entire vacation. The language and culture is unfamiliar to us, as is the rules to parking in a city. We actually found a friendly person at the Hilton who helped us despite the fact we weren’t staying there. He saved our vacation. I wish I had spent the extra $ to have stayed there.

Location was great, really close to Slussen to take the ferries to Djurgarden and some other destinations like Fjaderholmarna island. It was really clean and the little kitchen in our apartment was definitely a plus to travel with toddlers.

The room was quite small especially considering we needed to open the sofabed, leaving near to no space for anything else. Breakfast was included and although generally good, fresh juices, pastries and proper coffee would have been a nice addition. Good selection of brean buns.

Easy to find, and the included breakfast was a great bonus. We booked an inside/no window room, and it was as expected - windowless! The room only held 2 twin beds, but had a wall-mounted TV and a small wall-mounted wardrobe for hanging jackets. There was a foldable suitcase holder, but no space to use it. The bathroom was smaller than some cruise ship bathrooms, but there was plenty of hot water for 2 showers in the morning. The breakfast offering was small, but had enough for us and was replenshed frequently. Check-in was easy, but then we never saw staff (other than at breakfast) for the rest of our stay. In all, we would recommend this hotel again given the hotel costs elsewhere in the city and the location.

Our room was clearly an old storage closet next to the "reception desk". It was a good thing there was a TV in the room, as we could hear every conversation outside through the walls/door. The deadbolt on our door would not throw (it was clearly misaligned with the door jamb) but as we couldn't find any staff, we couldn't tell them about it. The door automatically locked so we still felt safe, but if I had been travelling alone I would have requested help. The bathroom was oddly laid out, the sink was too small to wash your face in without water splashing everywhere, and the only surface to put toiletries on was the back of the toilet.

Excellent hotel in a central location. The room was very comfortable and plenty of space. Very quiet within the hotel and very little street noise. Excellent buffet breakfast which was well organised, time slot chosen the previous evening as the dining area was not large. Hotel located a short distance from a metro station and only a maximum of 15 minutes walk from the Central station. We would recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, clean, and provided everything needed. Though the room was small it was perfect for our family's stay. It was also in a great location!

The bedroom had no ventilation and so was very hot. There was a fan provided, but we had to place it in the main walkway so it could provide air to both the living room bed and the bedroom. Which was only partially helpful.

The hotel is very charming and very quiet. When we arrived, they gave us a room in a nice attic but a little uncomfortable because we had to climb some stairs. The guy at the reception changed it for another more comfortable room without any problem. The breakfast buffet is good and there is a nice room with free coffee and tea. I 100% recommend this hotel in Stockholm.

It cost a little more than we initially booked it for so that was a little frustrating

Great location, as based in Gamla Stan city centre. Room has all you need, it was warm and cosy with a nice view from the window. Great breakfast, great customer service during breakfast with the service checking on us whether we need more breakfast or not!!! Hotel has a close proximity to all central points, making it easier to plan your day without worrying too much about distances. Comfy bed and the heating was on even during bed time hours (especially on snowy days). Towels were changed every day.

Room was nice but felt too small for a couple. The bathroom was tiny, the shower area was divided by a curtain (not a tub) and the water was splashed everywhere when showering. The sink was tiny. The bed sheets were not changed from day 1 to day 3 that we left.

The location is spectacular. The breakfast was really nice too!

While this is a hotel, you are pretty much on your own. My entire conversation with the reception team was through a microphone (than an actual person). Even European hostels had better reception desks. The washroom could have been better equipped too.

A small hotel in a quiet street only one street away from all of the bars and restaurants and shops. The hotel does not have a bar and we did not have breakfast but this is not needed as everything is at your doorstep. Our room was clean, the beds were really comfortable and the decor was very much of a vintage style that was really lovely.

The location of the hotel was great. We were able to walk to all the major tourist attractions. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast. We were able to leave our bags in the luggage room before we checked in. Overall, it was a great stay.

The elevator goes up to the second floor but then we had to take our bags up the stairs. It was fine with us but it might be challenging for someone.
