The location is great

I made a reservation for three but when we get in the apartment, there were no sheets, towels, etc. for the third person. we had to make a call to ask where we can find them. we were told that there is a separate room on the upper floor of the building but we found only towels there. we called again but the contact person didn't know so had to wait for a call back. no call back followed. at the end it turned out that the sofa is foldable and we should unfold it ourselves which made us a little bit angry because we lost 1 hour in waiting for a call back (all the sheets, towels and pillows were put together inside). there were no instructions for that. The heating system was not working, only one electrical radiator but was not enough to warm up two rooms.

The beds were excellent. There was plenty of storage. The shower was good. The staff were very nice and helpful.

There was only a kettle, though the apartment was advertised as having a tea/coffee maker. There were no drying up towels. Ther was only soap in the shower, though shampoo and conditioner were advertised. When showering, the floor got very wet - there was no bathmat, only the towels to dry it. The lighting in the sitting room area was very dim. The tv was not easy to operate, and there was no guidance. This did not spoil our visit, but we thought you should know.

Five stars for the location. Steps away from Nobel prize museum, and Royal Palace. Public Square in front of Nobel Museum was full of activity and people watching restaurants all around.

The room was clean. Decor was contemporary and nice. However, customer service is lacking. No instructions given for how to check in. There is no receptionist at the hotel and they will not respond to ringing the doorbell until check-in time. Communication with staff was by email only. Again response maybe once a day. They did not provide adequate number of towels and toilet paper although we informed beforehand three people would be staying in room. They rectified after being informed, but we had to wait a day.

Amazing central location where you can hear the charming clocks of Gamlastan chime every hour, along with the hustle and bustle of tourists in the streets and bars below. Great high quality facilities in the apartment itself. The building itself is very charming and gives a sense of how it must have felt for old Stockholmers to have once resided in such a place.

There is no safety function on the windows, so they can open wide and that might be a thought for young families choosing to stay (though we have teenagers, so not an issue for us). Also, the street noise is considerable, especially at dawn with municipal lorries cleaning the streets and collecting glass, but again, we found that all part of the charm and realness of our location, so we didn't mind being woken by that.

Bang on center of Stockholm. Amazing location for an incredible price. Surroundings have great walkability and it's very near to many interesting sights and places

Everything was according to expectations. Photos on website were accurate so we knew what to expect. Only minor confusion was when inputting code to unlock the door. But that was really miniscule inconvenience.

Apartment is remodeled and it’s perfect for a short stay, it had everything we need. Location is in the heart of the old town which is near to main historical places and also the train station 😁.

If you bring big suitcases keep in mind there is no elevator available and stairs are narrow, at night can get a little bit noisy but nothing major.

It didn't effect us but people booking here should know that the stairs which are completely in keeping with the beautiful old building are quite difficult to carry heavy bags up and so this is only suitable if you can carry and manage your luggage easily.

Great location. Nicely furnished and comfortable beds!

No staff so had to communicate through a Ring camera as was originally given the wrong room. Nowhere to leave luggage if you arrive/leave before check in/out. No kettle!

The location is great, for the once who wan to see more old town.

Everything was good. The only thing is there should be one dish cleaning item, either dishwasher or a cloth to wash the dishes by hand.

Location was excellent. Room is a great value for the money. It has everything you need for our 3-day visit to Stockholm.

Kitchen cloths or paper towels would be great to have.
