Simple check in, good rooms, bathroom clean, shower was awesome. Beds nice and big.

Total lack of staff was a little odd and the entrance area feels abandoned which is a tad disconcerting

The location of the property was great, it was about 5-10 minutes of walking away from a subway station and tram and bus stations were even closer. Yet, the place was calm, there wasn't any noise and the room was nice and clean. For that price, it was even better than I expected.

The room i booked didn't have any windows and there was no receptionist or other staff member available, so I don't know who would I contact, if there was something missing in my room.

The position, the room: a lot of space and places where to put/hang stuff and clothes, nice, cosy.

It wasn't extremely clean, there were old stains on the wall and the room we were in could definitely be freshened up (the walls, the moquette, the electricity sockets), but honestly nothing that would stop me from booking again this accommodation. Something that could definitely improve the staying: a water boiler and a shoehorn in the room.

Excellent location and value for price. Clean and quiet. Close to a nice pub ( Big ben - great fish n chips) and to an outstanding breakfast restaurant ( Evas brunch -incredibly good).

I got finally an excellent room, after my first room's lock run out of battery and did not work.

The WC of my corridor broke: did not flush. My room's lock broke down (out of battery) and because of that I had to call many times to the staff at the night time, when I was already tired.

i like that it was self check in and you can get in when ever you want with our bothering anyone. i love how clean the toilets and the room was. i really recommend this place for staying in Sweden. it was close to central station . i like it.

The room was quite small but its enough for short stay though.

We were sent a code for unlocking the front door so check-in was easy. The room was nicely decorated, clean and had separate areas for sleeping and sitting. It was about 10 mins walk to the ferry terminal which was convenient for us.

All the doors are operated via codes and we had a bit of trouble locking our bedroom door, but after trying for a while it eventually worked.

Good location near Viking line terminal. A few nice bars and restaurants within 1minute walk.i

It took a while to find outlets to plug in lights.

The location was very central, easy to walk to almost everywhere including the Old Town. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge as well.

A hairdryer in the room and a kettle at the shared part (main entrance) could be nice. The shower was good, but when you shower everywhere gets wet cause the shower curtains don't really prevent it.

Great very clean comfortable room for two. Very good location. Lovely decor and just what we needed.

Tv control remote batteries were dead. Would have been nice that there was someone at the little cafeteria downstairs and we could buy something.
