The room was quite compact, but clean and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee included. I didn't use the mini bar but it was well stocked. The breakfast was amazing. There was everything: fruits, cereals, yogurts, healthy powders such as ginger, wheatgrass and maca, juices and health shots, cooked breakfast, eggs, salads, pastries, cakes, lots of cheeses and meats, plus an omelette station. Could not ask for more.

Booking.com website says the hotel has a "swimming pool" and I selected swimming pool in the search filter. The website says there is an additional charge for the spa and wellness centre but doesn't mention the pool. The pool is actually tiny. 10 metres long with half indoors and half outdoors. When I looked no one was actually swimming as everyone sitting around the edge filling it up. I don't think this should be described as a swimming pool and it shouldn't be listed separately to the chargeable facility it is within. This is misleading and I was a bit disappointed. Even as a hotel guest, the spa/pool costs SEK295 / £22. So I went to the Olympic sized pools just down the bank, practically next door, and enjoyed the outdoor 50 metre lido for SEK90, plus free huge sauna.

The view was beautiful, plenty of sun, facing the park. The bed was amazing. Minibar stocked. Clean and comfortable. I had breakfast but didn't try. The loveseat was an excellent addition. Location is great public transport and nightlife wise. Fourth floor and it was plenty quiet.

Summer prices so wayyy to expensive for what you'd normally get. They didn't clean the room on my last day even though. The room was a little warm and the ac didn't seem to work properly. You can't get room service before 5 or after 9. The bar is closed very early too. Breakfast in bed needs to be booked via website on the day of and you can't book it in advance, maybe via phone.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great location for tube/metro - very nearby. Good breakfast. Has a pool but you can only book as part of a spa rather than just take a quick dip. Room good and modern. Fairly pricey. Overall a good stay for Stockholm which we enjoyed with the hotel as a base. Lots of choices for places to go via the tube. Local shops & places to eat nearby. A restaurant called the Thai boat within walking distance which was good. There is a shopping centre at the Globen for a Swedish mall experience 2 stops on the metro away.

Mini bar in a fridge that is turned off off? Also lots of things in the room u could also buy but expensive - crisps and things. They just took up space in the room. There is a supermarket & off licence very nearby the hotel. Breakfast good but uber busy.

Breakfast is very good. The room was perfect for my needs and very good value.

It’s a pity that the air conditioning doesn’t work particularly well. It’s the main reason why I chose the hotel over my usual choice, which has better location for me. You can regulate the air conditioning by turning a dial but it didn’t seem to make any difference. I asked for it to be looked at and someone did, but it didn’t change and really wasn't much cooler than the corridor. This is particularly important to me, especially in such hot weather, and I’m afraid it will be increasingly important in the future.

The hotel is in a great location — close to everything and just a few minutes from the city center. The rooms were very clean and well-organized, including the bathroom. The reception staff were extremely kind and supportive. We had an issue with parking, and I really appreciate how they tried their best to help us resolve it. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and changed daily, which I really enjoyed. The rooms have air conditioning, and the windows are fully soundproof, keeping out any outside noise.

I recommend adding more lighting near the mirror in the bathroom. For breakfast, it would be great to have an additional staff member dedicated to making omelets or to prepare a batch of omelets in advance to reduce waiting times for guests.

A huge hotel and very professional staff. Especially, Mimmi (who meet us when when first enter to the hotel and every morning in the breakfast room) is a wonderful staff who brings joy, energy and smile! I think I have not seen any staff like Mimmi before. Definitely she will be the most unforgettable person of our holiday. Breakfast selection was very nice. Even though this is a very crowded and big hotel, there is no noise issue, probably due to good insulation. Our room was very quiet and nice.

Bed was very thin and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was extraordinarily crowded and always a rush between tables - so exhausting.

The location of the hotel was very good, transportation was very easy. The view from the room was quite nice. There was a rich breakfast menu, I should mention that it was very crowded on weekends. The staff was very attentive, I would especially like to thank Mimi from the welcome team for her care and attention.

The room was quite narrow, when you put an extra bed for the child, there is almost no space left. The equipment used in the room such as air conditioner, iron etc. were really old. The iron was not working. Although the air conditioner had a control unit, it was not functional.

Loved the clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Everything you need. Including iron, ironing board, hair dryer and TV. Breakfast great. Location great. Metro station and bus stops very near by.

The fact that on description of facilities on booking.com it was not made clear that the spa comes with a pool. And the spa (including pool) is extra cost. And that the cost is pricey. Instead it seemed to say the hotel comes with pool. I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had a pool as part of facilities for guests. Description just needs to be clearer on booking.com Might've been better not to mention the pool in description. Or to indicate clearly it's extra. And what the current price is. Also, need to ensure more than 1 staff member available to check guests in at 3pm. It was busy

Superb location, the optimal location for me as Skanstull is precisely near the home of several friends, extremely close to the tunnelbana and numerous good restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent! Unfortunately left in a hurry so missed trying Tue breakfast. Will be back tmro for 2 nights!

The only real drawback is the window in the basic room was situated in a way almost no light could be let in. And it didn’t open even just a small amount to let in some fresh air in the night. I breath so much better when I can open the window slightly at night. Overall I’m totally satisfied. Will stay again very soon

Best location. Next to the metro station so you can reach most of the attractions in few minutes. In addition, if you like walking you can admire the city on your way back to the hotel by walking.

The windows are not opening so you cannot take fresh air in the rooms. The breakfast is fantastic, however it is overcrowded and two days we had to wait in the corridor for a free table. The coffee and the stirrers in the room were not replaced.
