Very modern interior with a nice, clean bathroom. Digital key was great! Meant we didn’t have to worry about losing the key and could easily get into the building once staff had left. Great price!

Room showed signs of lack of cleaning between customers as I found a food packet and piece of gum from previous guests on top of the cabinet next to the top bunk bed - made me doubt wether the bedding on the top bunk bed had been changed or not as I noticed this rubbish straight away.

Great modern, clean room. Shower was pretty decent. Great little kitchen in the room. Lots of areas to lounge in the property outside the room. Laundry room was convenient once you figure out how to operate the machines. Breakfast was very good - bread was amazing.

A tad far from downtown, required a 17 min walk plus a 14 min metro ride to almost anywhere. You can cut the walk in half if you take the tram. It is not too bad, but if you stay closer to the center of town, you will save some transfer time. But for me, who likes to walk, it was not a deal breaker. I got a 7 day SL Card for 52 euros for unlimited Subway, tram and bus travel which was super convenient and worth every penny (If you stay 3 days or less and load the SL Card on your phone you will save even more)

Breakfast was good - mostly "continental" but availability was never an issue. Common areas were quite nice and clean. Staff were helpful. Room was an "Ikea Showplace" as we called it, but clean and there was enough space for the 3 of us. Grocery stores aren't too far away, but note that you are cooking on a hotplate and utensils etc are limited (so check first before going shopping).

Location isn't quite in the central core, so you do need to transfer transit lines a few times if you want to be in the "touristy bits", so consider the extra time that takes. The availability of cutlery, dishes etc was limited. No AC (although I figure that might be pretty standard for Stockholm/Sweden). I *think* there was only 1 pillow per person (2 would have been nice).

The location is great, a 5-minute walk from a tram stop. The breakfast was lovely, cold meat, pastries, had gluten-free and lactose-free options, which is cool. The room is really stylish and the kitchenette is really well equipped.

The bed was uncomfortable. It's like an unfolded sofa with a mattress on top, but what happened is my partner and I would roll into the middle of the bed and sink there, because that's where the underlying mattresses joined. Hard to explain, but basically, you have to consciously sleep on two edges otherwise you'll sink in. The bed might also be a bit small for larger people. There was no shampoo, or conditioner - just hand/body wash. When we asked reception about this, they said it should be ok for hair. :D personally, I expected to have shampoo and conditioner at a 4 star establishment. No toiletries at all, so make sure to bring your own :)

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was in a quiet area but still close to many shops and places to eat. The design was modern and clean, and the layout was easy to understand. The lobby was big and welcoming, and the hallways on each floor were nice and well-lit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Principe. He gave us lots of great information about places to visit in Stockholm and really took the time to explain everything in detail. The rooms were a good size and everything worked perfectly—no problems at all. The hotel also had breakfast, hot meals, and a free gym for guests. I thought that was a great bonus.

My only issue was that the closest train station to central was about a 10 minute walk and it is all uphill. So, be prepared for a nice bit of cardio!

It was so good that I regret I didn’t stay longer. It made feel completely at home. The room was clean, spacious, nice gym and a decent breakfast included (I wish there was some protein only as eggs for example). The location is not close from city center or where the activities usually happen, so if you’re there for touristing you’ll rely on taking transportation to whatever you decide doing). I was working remotely and for me it was good enough, the neighborhood feels nice, brand new buildings, a few restaurants, supermarkets and nice bars around.

The mattress could be better and the kitchen could have some basic food supplies as salt, pepper and oil.

Very modern and stylish vibes, great industrial design. We felt very safe, as there were multiple place to use your entrance card. Good breakfast in the morning, complimentary tea and coffee the entire day. They gave us extra pilots and a duvet when we asked. Room had everything you need

There is not a person at the reception all the time (you can call them though),, when we arrived at the check in nobody confirmed in the app the rooms are ready. We received a single duvet for a double bed, they have us one extra but it had no covering, not the most sanitary to be honest. The location is ok but you do need to walk quite a weird path to the metro or take 2 extra tram stops to get there.

The location was great. About a 10-minute walk to the station and close to the Avicii arena, which was the main location on this trip. The room was well equipped with kitchenware, making it easy to have breakfast in the room.

Something was wrong with the shower in our original room. The room got flooded. As it was after 11 pm, it was quite hard to get a hold of the staff. However, in the end, we were offered to switch rooms and everything was fine in the new one. TV had very small choices of channels and if you don't have an HDMI cable with you, there is not much use for it.

Beautiful interiors and easily accessible location by public transport. Also, as a female solo traveler, the area felt safe enough in the evening to be walking or cycling to and from the location. The room set up with the little kitchenette should be comfy for a slightly longer stay as well.

The check in app was not working the day of my arrival. I called the hotel earlier that day and they told me that upon arrival I should go to the reception and call the number available there and someone would be able to assist with the check in since I was arriving late in the evening. When I got there, it wasn't clear how I could get into the building and reach the reception (thankfully a group of people having drinks at the bar were kind enough to open the front door) and when I called from the reception desk, it took several attempts until someone answered. I understand that this is an one off but, considering the tech issue, there should have been someone at the reception desk to hand me the keys. It was a lot of stress upon arrival that could have been avoided.

The gym is quite well equipped and the interior of the hotel and the corridors are modern and nicely decorated. The staff were really nice as well, specifically the gentleman with the shorter hair and a bit muscular. Super helpful and always smiling. On our last night a guest staying at the hotel unfortunately had some sort of episode where he lit up some paper and broke a bunch of windows and other things in the lobby, where the entire hotel was woken up by the fire alarm at 3AM. Fire brigade and police came and everyone had to evacuate; the whole ordeal took around 4 hours and we were escorted to a nearby motel’s lobby, but the man was arrested only a half hour after the police came but they had to make sure he didn’t leave something in the hotel. He was eventually charged for arson. The above mentioned receptionist was the only one working that night (by chance as there are no receptionists at night) and he dealt with it professionally and kept us all up to speed. Hotel manager also later that morning came and when we could go back they also organised it really well. Unfortunate how this man ruined a lot of peoples’ vacation but kudos to the hotel team!

The breakfast can be more varied, at least include some boiled eggs. the pastries such as the scones and croissants were absolutely delicious though and freshly baked. One thing that we were also quite bothered by was that there was no airconditioning in the room. In the hotel amenities as well as the room info (City Studio) it clearly states that the room has airconditioning. When we went to tell the other receptionist, he wasn’t even aware of that and said none of the rooms actually have airco, just ventilation. Unfortunate as it was very warm and humid in the room and in Stockholm in the summer and we were there for a wedding, so wasn’t too comfortable getting ready while sweating the whole time.
