Lovely hotel with breakfast, fika and evening meal included. Spent a week here with my family and hotel was amazing. Really modern, spacious and very friendly staff. Rooms were big with great facilities: great WiFi, shower, tv. Well equipped gym and sauna also - perfect for two teenage boys!! Food was amazing. Different dinner menu each day: catering to all dietary requirements. The home made bread was simply the best bread I’ve ever had. Great location in Sickla - south east of Stockholm just outside the main part areas - great transport: very regular tram (#30), bus to town - 401 bus takes you to Gamla Stan (old town) in 10 mins. Lovely little beach area (Sickla Strand) 5 min walk away for swimming in the lake. Shopping centre - with a Hemkop supermarket in it - cinema, Kennys Gelato - for the best ice cream - nearby.

The location was quiet and safe. Nice little shopping mall right around the corner. The breakfast was exceptional! Such a variety of food and sensitive to food allergies and diets. Dinner was so convenient also. I would definitely come back!

There was a coffee spill near the back elevators. It was never cleaned up for the 3 days we were there.

It is a very good value for money if you book with half board. The bathroom is new and well equipped. The hotel is not central but you have a bus station 2 minutes away of walk. You can take the bus (most of the time 401) to Slussen Station and, from there, you can reach by foot Gamla Stan or take the metro to other attractions.

Maybe a wardrobe should be placed in the room. You only have 2 drawers where you can put your clothes.

I really enjoyed very much staying at this wonderful hotel;this is the best 4 Star Hotel I've stayed in Europe and I have stayed over a dozen hotels in regards to this;taking all things into consideration;all the staff were exceptional especially reception and restaurant staff;the food was very high quality and varied as well as access to high quality hot drinks in restaurant area from around 5am to 11pm every day;the room was very high grade and beds super comfy;nothing was too much bother and the staff went out of their way to ensure your stay was exceptional.The location is around 3 miles south east of the city centre however there is a regular bus service that will get you to the metro network and the journey from nearest bus stop to city centre takes approx 30 mins or so;thus very accessible and well served by the public network;the nearest bus stop from the hotel is less than a 5 min walk away.All in all;a wonderful stay at this marvellous hotel.I will be staying here for sure on future visits to Stockholm,Sweden.

Nothing not to like;everything was exceptional;I would rate this hotel as a very high standard 4 Star Hotel and considering it included Half Board with Afternoon Fika which is hot drink with pastry/sweet thus breakfast,fika and evening meal;this is exceptional value for money whereas comparatively city centre 4 to 5 Star Hotels on a breakfast only basis were around £300 to £ 500 more expensive for a 6 night stay from 25th April to 1st May.Thus I am very happy with everything.

One of the best hotels by far. Modern, vibrant, clean & great aesthetics. The lobby is beyond words. Looks more like a "michelin" restaurant/bar, rather than a hotel lobby. Breakfast was amazing & delicious. FIKA is a must. And dinner was very very good. All the staff were extremely kind/helpful and always smiling at you. The woman at the bar with the red hair, whose name I can't remember, was great and friendly all the time. Men & women at the reception made us feel like home. Staff at the restaurant area where always very friendly & polite. Rooms were great and always clean. The Swedish aesthetics is top notch. Great location as well. Would stay at the hotel 100% again and again!!@

A wardrobe/closet in the room would be useful, although the way it is decorated it works just fine

Good location with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping center. Modern concept with meals and fika included, plus coffee and water always available. The staff were very professional and friendly, and the common areas felt welcoming when not too crowded.

Dinner could be improved, as the menu was repetitive (mostly chicken), side vegetables were served cold, and the dining area was very crowded. Room cleaning is available only on request, and the room did not feel fully prepared upon arrival — the floor was not comfortable to walk on, so we had to buy slippers.

Our stay was amazing - kids and us loved breakfast buffet full of choices, delicious dinner course and fika with warm, made on site pâtisseries. Very welcoming and attentive staff, wide and spacious lobby with places to chill. Location is great. The bus that takes you to Slussen (401) is just 3min walk away, there's a nice playground for kids in the park 5min walk away. Right in front of hotel you can find a library, huge indoor cliff climbing space, cinema. 5min walk away there's ICA grocery store and a shopping center. I have to add that the building itself was beautiful and historic. Rooms were soundproof - we couldn't hear our neighbors and they didn't hear us, that's a great plus. We will definitely come back!

The only things that bothered us a bit - very dim lightning in room & the window does not open.

The location of the hotel was a bit far out of town and we knew that. However it did became a bit of a pain having to get a bus and the metro into town. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Most if our dealings were with Sno and she went way beyond to help us. She needs a very special mention for her brilliant service to help us whenever we needed it.

Being told that if we wanted fried eggs at breakfast, we woukd have to pay extra was dreadful. We do not expect and never would pay for fried eggs, they should be in the price and the hotel should include that free for everyone and change that immediately. Also the menu for dinner was a bit repetitive in the evening and more variety is most definitely needed. Finally, especially during peak season more seating is needed as there were definitely not enough dining chairs for dinner in the evening and some people had to sit on the sofa seats to eat their dinner which would be very uncomfortable and something we were not prepared to do.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Big 'social' space (hall+dining area+working place together),where many people able to sit down to talk and/or eat/ drink or work. The interior design is very good. This is a very inspiring idea for a hotel conception, it makes people together and gives freedom for their activity. The breakfast was very good, the bed was very comfortable.

The quality of dinners were changeable made from good raw materials, which shows some problem in the kitchen ( in the first two days of our stay). During other days the dinners were really excellent. In the room and bathroom not enough storage place i.e self, cupboard for personal belongings. In the last days our room became a little bit dusty even we try to cleaning it ourself....

This is what we like: The efficient running of the hotel by friendly happy staff. The ambience of the reception areas and the relaxing atmosphere of the dining areas. There is generous amounts of refreshments. The fika is amazing every day. In all the food is healthy and is beautifully presented. The fresh bread of enormous variety is very wonderful. Highly recommended. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It has good transport links to Stockholm. Also the lakes and local area are very attractive. The nearby shopping centre has food supermarkets and clothes shops and also coffee shops. There is a good sense of community in the local area. Not only is there a library but there is a college with lots going on.

We arrived just on the start of Spring so May has outside seating but not before.
