Such a nice place to stay! 1. The hotel is situated conveniently in 2 minutes from a tram station. At first we had a doubt that it would be far from the city center but it took up to 30 min of pretty picturesque way to get there. 2. The breakfast is a true Swedish buffet, lots of everything and no hurry. 3. The staff is very attentive, especially Alma who answered the email with the special request and found us the best room in the category. So grateful! 4. It’s clean and quiet and the curtains don’t let the light to disturb your sleep. 5. The room is very good with the superb panoramic view of Stockholm. Also, a very comfy area around the window for 2 people. Unforgettable experience.

The halls are a bit simplistic. And there was no fridge in our room. Also the clean up during breakfast could be better in the tables and faster in the breakfast stations.

I did not expect the hotel to be a skyscraper (ha ha ha), but wow — it was absolutely beautiful. The lobby had a cozy little bar, giving it such a nice, welcoming vibe. Our room was the perfect size for two people — big TV, comfy bed with two huge pillows, and mirrors everywhere in all kinds of sizes (which I personally loved, especially when getting ready). The bathroom was clearly designed by a woman — the lighting in front of the big mirror was spot on for makeup, and there was even a small adjustable close-up mirror that was a game-changer for doing eye makeup. Absolute perfection. The staff deserves a big shoutout — everyone was super friendly and helpful. At one point, our bracelet fell down the drain and when we asked for help at the front desk, the woman working there didn’t hesitate for a second. She grabbed all the tools, came up to our room, and thanks to her, we got our bracelet back! She was so sweet and helpful — we’re still grateful. And the breakfast... oh my goodness. We got back a few days ago and are still thinking about it. So much to choose from! The bread was soft inside and crunchy outside, the butter just melted right on it. The scrambled eggs were out of this world. There were also fresh fruits like pineapple and orange, and a healthy little ginger shot — so delicious. The hotel location was also really convenient. Grocery stores like Coop and Lidl were nearby, and it’s close to public transportation — Sickla Kaj station is just in few minutes walking distance, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, the neighborhood itself was lovely to walk around in. All in all, we really recommend this hotel. It was a great value for the price, and I truly enjoyed my stay!

As for things we missed: a mini fridge would’ve been nice, just to store a few snacks and free up some space on the table. Also, while the shower itself was good, the door didn’t hold back the water very well, so the floor got pretty wet. There wasn’t anything provided to sweep the water away, but we managed with some towels — not a big deal, just something to note.

Everything was good. Breakfast buffet was big and there was something for everybody. In like 23 minutes you are in the city via tunnelbana. The surrounding area of the hotel was quite nice and also quiet, my room was right next to the street so it could get a little loud but the hotel gives you earplugs. All in all it was a good stay and i was happy that i choosed a more "quiet" area than being in the middle of stockholm central. Would book again but maybe with another view next time. Maaaybe theres more "big" lights in other rooms but in mine there was only one at the entrance so it was a bit dark where the bed is but theres small lamps so also all good.

For two days there was a big group with noisy children and some of them ran around the 4th floor falling against the door and screaming loud - not a fault of the hotel but it was a little annoying since the parents didnt even care. Another night grown drunk people being loud all night long, sadly even the front of the hotel you could see where they had their smoke breaks during their party. Maybe the hotel could tell the guests uppon arrival to please be quiet at night times. The doors are a bit heavy and loud when someone closes their door yours will shake also - but you also get used to it.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The modern amenities such as the large flat-screen TV, fast Wi-Fi, and the beautifully appointed bathroom added to the overall comfort. The view from the room was an added bonus, making the stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was a highlight of my stay. There was an extensive variety of options to suit all tastes—ranging from fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot items like eggs, sausages, and pancakes. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. The coffee was excellent, and the staff ensured that the buffet was always well-stocked, even during busy times. The location of the hotel was perfect, being centrally located and close to major attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent rooms, delicious breakfast, and prime location. A fantastic experience!

The hotel looks quite new and the location is good- easy to reach the center. There are a grocery shops and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was very good and not too busy. The value for money very good.

We were rebooked to another room because we have a dog, the room was not the best in terms of furnishing/decoration but functional and clean. The parking garage is very limited and they did not have space for us- we ended up parking on the street at night (free) and then moved to P+R 1.5 km away and left the car there for 6 Eur/day and went to the center by the metro.

The only disappointment was breakfast - it was complete chaos the first two mornings, no tables, some dirty, food running low. It was really understaffed in the restaurant and kitchen, we felt sorry for the staff there. The next morning was as bad, the last morning much calmer but still average. Otherwise our stay was great, really comfy beds, clean rooms, our request for two rooms together was met which we were really grateful about. Staff lovely and welcoming. We would definitely stay again but skip the breakfast probably!

the bed were SO comfortable, even better than my bed at home! not to far from the Sickla Kaj tram station, which you can then take to a train station to easily get to central/gamla stan/södermalm. the breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from. the Staffel were very helpful and answered questions I had about getting an SL card and how to use it. Plenty of Restaurants in the street nearby if you dont want to go far for food. Overall agreat place to stay, in a good location. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was good, a wide selection and kept replenished. I liked that it was till 11am every day. The hotel was fairly new and the rooms large and spacious! The location beautiful and a nice neighborhood and surroundings. Bonus: there was a food fair on one evening and we took a free ferry that was walking distance from the hotel to get to the other side! A very nice hotel, good prices for rooms and calm neighborhood.

Our neighboring room decided to have party at 2 am on our last night there and the noise levels were quite something. We managed to sleep but it was not great. Check out staff were a little brusque, bordering on rude, and that was surprising compared to the staff politeness on other days. More positive than negative though!

We have used this hotel already second time, good hotel for families, if you don't mind to be a bit further from city center. Size of the rooms is very good also breakfast choice. Nice area around if you are walker / runner. Easy to find parking spot around hotel, with free parking over weekend.

We have specifically asked for interconencted rooms. Choice of 2 rooms we did a month before the stay on the Booking.com did not qualify for it. Hotel staff told us only upon arrival about it with additional comment, that they are fully booked.

Couldn't have picked a better hotel for our stay in Stockholm. On our arrival we were made to feel welcome and told not to hesitate if we needed help with anything. Our room was clean & comfortable. The hotel was busy but at breakfast there was always somewhere to sit as the staff made sure tables were cleaned quickly. The buffet breakfast was aplenty and as soon something was missing got filled up more or less straight away. Location very good as a five minute walk away took you to a lovely walkway next to the water with a ferry port and a few bars and restaurants.

The only thing was the hot breakfast on the buffet. Only luke warm on some days.
