Such a nice place to stay! 1. The hotel is situated conveniently in 2 minutes from a tram station. At first we had a doubt that it would be far from the city center but it took up to 30 min of pretty picturesque way to get there. 2. The breakfast is a true Swedish buffet, lots of everything and no hurry. 3. The staff is very attentive, especially Alma who answered the email with the special request and found us the best room in the category. So grateful! 4. It’s clean and quiet and the curtains don’t let the light to disturb your sleep. 5. The room is very good with the superb panoramic view of Stockholm. Also, a very comfy area around the window for 2 people. Unforgettable experience.

The halls are a bit simplistic. And there was no fridge in our room. Also the clean up during breakfast could be better in the tables and faster in the breakfast stations.

The hotel is in a nice location very close to a beautiful waterfront and with several very good restaurants nearby, but it's also far enough from the center to feel quiet and relaxed. The breakfast buffet at this hotel was incredibly good with high quality products and a huge amount of choice. The staff were also very helpful whenever we needed them. It was easy to get into the center of Stockholm using the tram stop nearby.

This the first hotel I've stayed in where you don't have a separate AC/heating system for the room so you can have the room at the temperature you like. I think we arrived at the end of a heatwave (by Swedish standards) and the room was over 24 degrees and quite stuffy. However the hotel staff did kindly provide us with a fan which helped. You also can't open the windows at all (although this was expected for a high rise hotel).

Whilst it is a little bit outside of the center of Stockholm, the local transportation was great & easy to use. The hotel itself is very nice, clean & spacious. The room was great with a decent size bathroom. We were very glad to see that it included a safe. We were overlooking what looked like quite a busy main road, but did not hear a thing. The breakfast buffet was varied & well stocked with both hot food & a continental style section. The majority of the staff were very helpful.

The only thing we had a problem with was when we decided to eat dinner in the hotel. Despite there only being us in the dining room, it took staff 20 minutes to make 2 cocktails & 45 minutes for the food to come out. Whilst it was very nice when we did get it, it was frustrating to have to wait that long. We could see why there no-one else there.

Although the hotel seems a bit far from the center, there is the Sickla Kaj tram stop only 2 minutes away, and you can reach T-Centralen or Gamla Stan in 10 minutes. So you won't have any problems. The staff are very friendly, polite and gentle people. The beds are very comfortable. You can easily fall asleep. The breakfast is quite filling, and the fact that it is between 7-11 in the morning allows you to have breakfast comfortably.

The only downside is that there are no slippers in the room, and they provide them when you ask at the reception. It is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

Very clean and big room. My son especially liked those wide window sills, he made little play room there. If you stay with children, around the coner from hotel is little playground what we used every day. Easy public transport to town centre. Tasty and good selection of breakfast. Food shops near and nice walking route next to canal. When we come next time to Stockholm I want to stay here again.

When you shower, water runs and making all bathroom floor wet. It's dried off soon, but with a child I needed use bathroom fast and didn't want to wait until floor gets dry again. We used big towel to block water to run.

Exceptional views over the city and water from higher floors. (We were on 12th floor). Beautiful and residential neighborhood. Seating area (wide bench with cushion) below the window, and the window is a bay window so you can actually sit there too. Lovely to soak in the gorgeous views. Loved the cold water with orange slices in lobby area... very helpful for warm days. Very easy connections to city center. Tram stop 2-3 mins walk away, frequency every 10 mins. Spacious room size, minimally furnished but 100% functional - you will not miss anything. Very clean room and hotel. Breakfast was nice, not exceptional for a vegetarian but filling enough and convenient to grab enough before heading out to explore the city. Extremely high value for money considering price-room size-location for Stockholm. We will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Stockholm.

Nothing to dislike. We loved the hotel. We would be delighted if some more variety of warm breakfast for vegetarians (no-egg, no mock meat) can be made available.

I did not expect the hotel to be a skyscraper (ha ha ha), but wow — it was absolutely beautiful. The lobby had a cozy little bar, giving it such a nice, welcoming vibe. Our room was the perfect size for two people — big TV, comfy bed with two huge pillows, and mirrors everywhere in all kinds of sizes (which I personally loved, especially when getting ready). The bathroom was clearly designed by a woman — the lighting in front of the big mirror was spot on for makeup, and there was even a small adjustable close-up mirror that was a game-changer for doing eye makeup. Absolute perfection. The staff deserves a big shoutout — everyone was super friendly and helpful. At one point, our bracelet fell down the drain and when we asked for help at the front desk, the woman working there didn’t hesitate for a second. She grabbed all the tools, came up to our room, and thanks to her, we got our bracelet back! She was so sweet and helpful — we’re still grateful. And the breakfast... oh my goodness. We got back a few days ago and are still thinking about it. So much to choose from! The bread was soft inside and crunchy outside, the butter just melted right on it. The scrambled eggs were out of this world. There were also fresh fruits like pineapple and orange, and a healthy little ginger shot — so delicious. The hotel location was also really convenient. Grocery stores like Coop and Lidl were nearby, and it’s close to public transportation — Sickla Kaj station is just in few minutes walking distance, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, the neighborhood itself was lovely to walk around in. All in all, we really recommend this hotel. It was a great value for the price, and I truly enjoyed my stay!

As for things we missed: a mini fridge would’ve been nice, just to store a few snacks and free up some space on the table. Also, while the shower itself was good, the door didn’t hold back the water very well, so the floor got pretty wet. There wasn’t anything provided to sweep the water away, but we managed with some towels — not a big deal, just something to note.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is very complete and inclusive, with vegan and gluten free options, a huge variety of sweet and savory options with local products. The hotel is located very close to the train/bus that allows to quickly get to the subway and the city center.

The location is not in center Södermalm, but a bit far out. The cleaning during our stay was not immaculate, they didn’t change the towels nor the used coffee cups.

Everything was good. Breakfast buffet was big and there was something for everybody. In like 23 minutes you are in the city via tunnelbana. The surrounding area of the hotel was quite nice and also quiet, my room was right next to the street so it could get a little loud but the hotel gives you earplugs. All in all it was a good stay and i was happy that i choosed a more "quiet" area than being in the middle of stockholm central. Would book again but maybe with another view next time. Maaaybe theres more "big" lights in other rooms but in mine there was only one at the entrance so it was a bit dark where the bed is but theres small lamps so also all good.

For two days there was a big group with noisy children and some of them ran around the 4th floor falling against the door and screaming loud - not a fault of the hotel but it was a little annoying since the parents didnt even care. Another night grown drunk people being loud all night long, sadly even the front of the hotel you could see where they had their smoke breaks during their party. Maybe the hotel could tell the guests uppon arrival to please be quiet at night times. The doors are a bit heavy and loud when someone closes their door yours will shake also - but you also get used to it.

We especially loved the room - big, bright and had everything that we could possibly need (incl. iron and mini ironing board). The bathroom was spacious too. Breakfast was superb - great selection of healthy food. Location was good, it needs a bit of travel from city center, but if you take a ferry (appx 20min walk) it becomes another nice adventure. Tram is few minutes walk from the hotel so also a reliable option. Solid recommendation for a short or long stay if you want to enjoy a peaceful stay.
