The hotel was lovely, and the breakfast was very nice and satisfying. It was also very close to the tram station, which made getting around easy. The pizza and wine were surprisingly good as well!

The rooms were quite small. Although we had clearly booked a room with separate beds and indicated that we were traveling with our 6-year-old daughter, we were told at check-in that all three of us would have to share a small double bed. On top of that, we were charged an additional fee, which was unacceptable. The hotel is also located far from the city center, and since the tram did not operate on some nights, we had no choice but to take a taxi back.

Great vegan spread for breakfast. Helpful staff. Clean facilities. Convenient location close to tvärbana and express busses to Centralen. I was pleasantly surprised with a pair of dumbbells.

The first few days the warm dishes weren't set up correctly and were cold. Then on weekend different staff set the temperatures correctly and it was better. Construction outdoors at the moment, but no noise, just a bit dusty. I forgot to bring an adapter plug from US to EU, and unfortunately the hotel was all out of them, it would be great to have more to avoid having to purchase one for just a few days.

Initially, we thought the hotel was far from the city center, but it turned out to be just a 40-50 minute trip, which was a big relief. The staff was very helpful in understanding everything around, the room was very clean with all the facilities required for a short or even long stay. Beds were very comfortable and soft; those who like harder beds might not like it, but maybe you can ask the staff to change it, I'm not sure. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, vegan, gluten-free, hot/cold options, chicken sausages and meatballs were delicious, and not even talking about desserts, which also had a few options to choose from. All in all, we enjoyed every bite.

There were construction works happening beside the hotel; it seems like they're building an office there, so the noise after breakfast is pretty big. You can take a nap with the windows closed, but if you open them and plan to nap, you'll have problems. The other thing that we didn't like was the ventilation noise. It's not the AC that makes that noise, but the ventilation, which you can't turn off, so you'll have some noise during the night. However, we didn't have too many problems falling asleep.

Breakfast was amazing, much better than dinner. There were plenty of gluten-free options available. The room was very comfortable and warm—we didn’t feel cold at all, even with the -10°C weather, which is impressive for us Turks! The room was cleaned daily, and the hairdryer and water were complimentary. There was also a kettle, and the coffee was replenished every day. Getting to the city center was easy, although taking two different vehicles was a bit of a hassle, it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, the hotel had a great vibe, and if we visit Stockholm again, I would love to stay here.

The dinner could be improved; perhaps having more options would be helpful. :)

The location is great, circa 10 minutes with the bus to city centre (Slussen). Free coffee and tea is available all day long on the reception. You get two bottles of water for free on your room daily. Gym is open 24/7. One shopping centre with grocery shop is only 5 walking minutes from the hotel.

The cupboard in the room is not sufficient when you come for a week; only couple of racks, nothing more. The beds were too soft for us. The brewed coffee for breakfast was not tasty, we would prefer coffee machine with bean coffee.

The hotel is one of the best we ever stayed. Nice room, high confort, all the facilities we needed. Well equiped with furniture, tv, internet, electric kettle and tea, coffee, chocolate supplies in every day. We received every morning 2 bottles of sparkling water from the host.The bathroom was generous with a huge shower. Everything was properly working and extremely clean. We were very impressed of the everyday cleaning service. We appreciated also the kind and professional hotel 's personal. Very good breakfast . Good location with a bus stop nearby. Thank you for making our vacation very pleasant!

The room was per expectations - size was fine, air and sound insulation was good, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was excellent. Front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel's gym was compact, but well curated & sufficient for a basic workout. Breakfast was a big draw, and it was quite good & consistent (just don't expect a great cappucino). We had a couple of dinners here - and both times they were fantastic. Did not expect that! The location has a bit of greenery behind it, and it is a short 4 min walk to the tram station, and a 7 min walk to the bus station (you've to cross the tram tracks And a main road to get to it) but from there the old town is quite accessible - 15 min or so.

Love the room design. Everything well-appointed. Things just worked!! 1 queen bed; 2 full blankets - that would just save every couple’s issues with blanket hogging. That was great audience insight. There was a map of the city on the wall. There were dumbbells!!! They gave ear plugs. Breakfast was awesome!!! Made it absolutely worth it. Staff were helpful and efficient!

Just a tad difficult to get back to because Google doesn’t quite yet understand how to go around some city construction. Front desk was helpful to tell us how.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the parking wasn’t free. It would’ve been nice to have complimentary parking included, but overall it didn’t take away from the great experience.

This was a really good accommodation. Really nice hotel. Easy to get to by train, bus or Uber. Rooms are great, comfortable, and with a nice vibe. We could set up Netflix and YouTube easily. And breakfast, omg. It was fantastic. The only thing missing was Nutella being served with pancakes. Which were, btw, delicious. But guys, not everyone wants to eat healthy, give us Nutella 😀. Oh yeah, and the complete staff was great. Receptionist, waiters, cleaners. All really polite and helpful.
