The location is great! The tram stop is right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get to the center. The area is also perfect, with coffee shops, a pharmacy, and a large supermarket in the same building. Only a block away, there’s a canal with a lock for boats connecting two large lakes. We enjoyed walking there in the evenings and watching the boats pass by. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. The shower was great. The kids enjoyed a TV channel with cartoons and exploration programs in the mornings when we were getting ready. The free coffee and tea in the lobby are a wonderful touch. Moreover, the hotel offered a free breakfast to all guests one morning when the electricity in the district went out. The staff are excellent — friendly and professional.

Please note that there are no opening windows in the rooms. The air conditioner worked fine, but it can feel a bit claustrophobic and stuffy if you’re used to having fresh air. It wasn’t really an issue for us, since we left in the morning and came back late from tours just to sleep, but it’s something to keep in mind. Also, the bed is very soft. I had read this in other reviews but didn’t realize it would be that sinking soft. I thought my back might hurt by the end of the week, but it was actually fine, and we slept well.

Good hotel and friendly staff. Tram and bus right outside which was great as we could travel direct to visiting family. The breakfast buffet quality is very good. Somebody is always on duty and housekeeping staff friendly and checked if needed anything when passed in the corridor. When returning to the airport we used the tram and then caught the airport bus - flygbussarna from Liljeholmen which was convenient.

Beds were very soft. Stayed for a week and noticed an impact on our backs and sleep by the end of the week. The hotel would be good for shorter stays but found the 7 days/nights living out of suitcases difficult as no storage other than couple shelves, two hangers and round hooks on wall. This reduced the size of the room available bar the bed to move round. The breakfast buffet was very good but lacked variety for our long stay. Other hotels have varied their breakfast buffet over a week. Overall positive about our hotel stay.

I was really positively surprised by this motel. The price compared to the quality is excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and it was really clean, and a big plus is that the towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned every day. There’s also a very nice, spacious lobby where you can comfortably sit and relax. There’s always free water, coffee, and tea available at the reception, which is a great touch. Everything felt very professional and well organized. The gym is quite basic, but if you want to get a light workout in, it definitely does the job — and it’s of course free for guests. The location is good — it’s a bit outside the very center of Stockholm, but you can easily reach downtown in about 20 minutes by public transport or even by electric scooter. Additionally, in the same building that the motel is located you can also find and "Espresso House" which is a nice café + the local supermarket. Overall, considering the price, the quality and amenities really exceed expectations. I would definitely recommend this place!

Staff were lovely and kind, always available at the desk. Check in was simple. The location was easy to find. It's okay for food and shopping but it is a little distance from the main city area. Facilities were very comfortable and clean.

I went in February and the room was cold. There is a dial on the wall to adjust temperature but it is very controlled so you can't bring the warmth to a reasonable temperature. I understand the need to cap the energy consumption from each room but it was winter time, I shouldn't have had a cold room.

Actually it was pretty good. Check-in was fast, room was nice. Air conditioning works well. There was no noise from the street or neighbours. Despite that the hotel locates next to the factory so it was totally quiet. Clean bedsheets, towels etc. Really close to ICA and boat and bus stations. Ever several cafe shop in 5 min distance.

Room service was everyday but they did not change towels or sheets, mostly only make up our bed and take the trash. It's okay, but I believe it would be great to have our sheets changed at least once. Other than that the metro station seems to be really close but you need to go through labyrinth of pavement to reach it. But anyway it was really great experience.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and explained everything we needed to know. They also asked us additional questions to make sure we had all of the information needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was quiet, and the bathroom was clean, and the heated floor was a great touch. We left a day early, but that was due to us getting our dates wrong - not because of anything to do with the hotel!

It would have been nice to have a little more warm food available for the breakfast, given the price.

I enjoyed my stay .. the location was perfect station just in front ,.. groceries market on the left side plus a coffee shop .. they offer free water coffee and tea at the reception .. I was not able to check in early it was a busy weekend but I could leave my bag there before check-in and even after check-out .. everyone was super nice and helpful at the reception.

My issue was that you cannot open the window and air out the room .. and the bed was not that comfortable too soft for me.

Very clean and spacious. The location is really good as it’s situated right outside a tram and we purchased the 72hr travel card which we were able to use throughout the whole of Stockholm. Therefore we saved monies by not staying in central. Free water and tea in the lobby. We didn’t get the breakfast option as they only offer cold breakfast but we went to the espresso house next door which offered great options and a few cafe down the road and the sky bar offers brunch. Supermarket few doors down too which offers a great variety. Free toiletries was offered but not replenished when finished so we had to ask for more. Free gym too.

the pillows were too soft and we asked for extra. We couldn’t check in before 3pm but we were able to leave our luggage in their storage facility. It’s also a Motel so bear in mind they don’t have a safe, mini fridge or telephone in the room.

The location was good for us, even though a bit further from the central Stockholm (still quite central and great public transportation). Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes close by and e.g. Eriksdalsbadet within walking distance. The breakfast was great! Room was clean and the bed supercomfy. Gym was neat. I’m surprised this is called ”a motel”, it’s a nice, good value-for-money hotel to me.

Nothing to dislike, really. We’ll be back for sure!

Confortable common area to seat with little tables, coffee/tea/tap water available as courtesy, very quiet all day (low noise)

When we were back to the motel on the first day, one of our belongings that we had left in the room wasn’t there anymore. Not valuable so we didn’t make a formal complaint but asked in three different occasions if it had been taken by mistake and consequently later found for us. It never appeared. Not stressful but a bit frustrating and really weird.
