Excellent location with tram stop outside. Trams into town centre every 5 minutes. Large supermarket in basement.so all needs covered. Quiet location. 15 minutes to centre of old town.

Finding the way in could have been a lot easier. The first thing you see alighting from tram is a door marked Apartments by ligula. Inside is a notice in english saying "check in". the real entrance is in fact at the other end of the block in the motel reception.

Poor maintenance. One of our rooms had broken air conditioning which seemingly the staff were already aware of , yet nothing had been done. Uncomfortable stay in that room.

Pros: + Really a big room + Clean + Kitchen in the room (even with oven) + Friendly staff + Laundry room (better to book it in advance, it is possible to use it twice per week for free) + Supermarket with a big choice of food in the same building + I didn't use it, but there is free access to the gym Cons: - it is quite easy to get lost in the corridors. It was the first time I've ever gotten lost in the hotel :D The easiest way to get to the room is not available after 10 pm, and I was not informed of this in advance

The studio was great - really spacious, clean, great facilities. The apartments are right next to a supermarket which was so convenient! Location is really good - the trams come regularly and take you to the metro station (only one stop) and from there you can take a metro directly to the centre. You can also get ferries from not far away. Staff were friendly, and there was free tea and coffee in the main hotel lobby.

At breakfast it was incredibly busy - nowhere near enough tables so people had to sit in the lobby - not ideal for a meal. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the whole time we were there. They compensated us with one free breakfast which seemed fine but after using up nearly all my roaming data with a week left of my travels, I’m starting to realise what an annoyance it is…

15 - 20 minute tram ride or walk to connect to metro, shops, tourist areas. About 30 minutes to get to Gamla Stan. Supermarket, chemist nextdoor with nice different restaurants/bars nearby

No clear details were sent beforehand re check-in that Motel L is also the reception for the Apartments. Only had one armchair in the room and when we asked reception, we were told it was a studio apartment with only one chair, but there were two in the photos on the booking site. It says there is one bed, but they are actually two small single beds put next to each other. No info pack in apartment re how to use aircon, what facilities/amenities are nearby, or where to put rubbish (told by reception we had to take it out to the basement garage ourselves). Receptionist did not know/have any contact details for a local doctor/medical centre - luckily the Chemist did.

The apartment is spacious and cozy, my cat really enjoyed spending his time on the armchair :) The staff is helpful and friendly, they even allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the regular check-in time (3 p.m.), which was a huge relief after a few hours' waiting upon our arrival in Stockholm at 06:30 a.m. The area where the hotel is located is superb: a green, quiet and beautiful neighborhood, convenient transportation to downtown, a grocery store next door.

One disadvantage is the lack of detailed instructions regarding the working hours of the garbage disposal place in the basement: we found it closed both in the evening and early in the morning, before checking out, so we ended up taking our trash back to Finland, which was a disappointing experience.

We chose this location because we attended a 3 day event that was taking place in the same block of buildings which made this location particular convenient for us. The room was very large and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

The only downside was that you could not open a window and ventilation was not the best.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed for a concert at Avicii Arena and for this purpose, the location was perfect! The tram stops right in front of the hotel and is just a couple minutes’ ride to the arena. We also liked that there was a nice grocery store right next door. We asked for a late checkout and they were able to accommodate and it was great for us, as we had a late-afternoon flight.

Everything was good!

The room was very spacious. Heated bathroom floor was lovely to walk on. Kitchenette had everything needed although a coffee pod machine would have been nice. Located opposite the tram and bus stop. Large supermarket located metres away. Floor to ceiling windows let in lots of natural light. Great value for money.

The room was missing a curtain. With it being summer and light nearly all night it was difficult to sleep. I reported it to reception the next day and they kindly arranged to have the missing curtain put up.

The studio/apartment is modern and located in a recent building (like the entire area). The staff, check-in process, and private made our stay smooth.

I believe the interior designer used half his brain on the furniture for the studio. Despite its modern look and pleasant surface, there is no sense in having a small kitchen with no table or chair for eating. A fancy one-seat sofa seems to be available in most rooms, so it is better to be alone in a room.
