We had a pleasant 4 nights' stay at this small hotel. Everything was good for our needs. Although the bathrooms and toilets are shared, it was always kept clean and the towels and bathmats were changed regularly so we did not have a problem with this. The buffet breakfast was very good with a big variety of food for everybody's taste. A big plus was the fact that we could use the microwave in the kitchen to heat up our precooked dinners which we bought at COOP supermarket, located only 300m from the hotel. Coffee, tea and cookies was 24/7 and we really felt at home. This hotel is only 300m from the Södra train station which helped a lot to get easily and quickly to and from Stockholm City. Definately recommended for fellow budget travellers.

This was a great stay!! I always stay in this area , sometimes at the Hilton, sometimes in mid tier class hotels. But honestly I loved this little hotel. Our room was perfect for what we needed, comfy bed, big TV with Netflix, quiet street, all my fave bars and restaurants all around. Lovely staff! Got early check In after a very long trip. Shared showers was definetly not a problem and pretty big and good pressure. Typical Swedish breakfast included. For being stockholm, and for this price I was pleasently surprised.

A small and comfortable hotel in the basement floor. The room was decorated with colorful, striking wallpapers and textiles. The breakfast room reminded me of a cozy basement restaurant. The breakfast was tasty and versatile, the location of the hotel was very good. Easy check in and out.

The hotel is not accessible. There are long, narrow stairs leading down from the front door and there are also steps in the corridors, so I do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility or those who need strollers. Due to the basement location, the windows are higher than average at street level.

Second time in Tre Små Rum. Good value for money, great location (metro very nearby), tasty breakfast and cozy place. We called if we could arrive a bit earlier and leave our bags, eventually we were able to get the room too. Good customer service :)

There were no electrical plugs in the toilets, so not possible to shave or blow dry hair there. Hotel is not accessible because of the stairs.

The main lady we saw again and again was very kind and kept the breakfast open a little later than usual when we got a late start. The breakfast itself was wonderful if simple. The self check in was easy.

Being a basement in a very old building doesn’t led itself well to good smells or views, but it was a part of the quaint charm. Probably the most noticeable thing was the lack of aesthetic maintenance, like the broken bed frame and the torn photos on the wall, but that doesn’t impact your sleep.

Breakfast was really good! The room was cozy and the location pretty great, walking distance from locations we wanted to visit, and close to the stations. The staff was nice and everything was neat.

No fridge in the room, but there was a fridge in the kitchen that everyone could use. Also shared bathrooms, but they were clean so I did not mind them at all.

The staff at this property were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately one of our bags did not make it on the flight and we were waiting for it to be delivered. The staff assisted by calling the property call centre to understand the Swedish language recording. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE ... sooooo much choice. Bus and trains very convenient. Enjoyed our stay.

Not necessarily dislike - but the room was small. For the price of accomodation it is still usable and fine for a few days.

The staff was absolutely amazing, we had the chance to check in earlier and store our luggage at the facilities the day we were checking out. Breakfast was great too! The location is super great considering we took the train / metro. The walk to the city wouldn’t be too long either. Grocery stores nearby! Big thanks to the staff!

Charming, small and simple hotel. Unobtrusive staff who quietly manage. Plentiful breakfast in a charming and beautifully decorated communal breakfast room, where you can also eat in with food bought in the neighborhood (but not cook). Nice touches, like cookies and tea and coffee available whenever you wanted. This was a pleasant change from all of the soulless black and white, “smart” hotels I’d stayed at in Scandinavia. I adored my room with the leopard wallpaper! A shared bath was right across the hall and always free. The place is kept spotless. The neighborhood can’t be beat and has local charm, lots of good restaurants and cafes, even street food.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was only for one night. We had planned on staying for 2 but neede a place closer to the train station as we had to leave early in the morning. -The room was cosy, warm (in winter), and with a comfortable bed. -The breakfast was excellent with flexible hours. -Check in was easy and check out at a very reasonable hour. -Staff were friendly. All in all a very nice stay and I would like to stay here again when I return to Stockholm.

An en-suite bathroom would have been perfect, maybe they have them but they were fully booked when we reserved oline.
