Really nice spacious apartment, great value for money, nice location within walking distance of some beautiful lakes and with great transport links. Worked well for our disabled child as everything was accessible enough for us (note this wouldn't work for all disabled guests, there are raised door thresholds, no handrails etc, but was just what we needed).

The reception lobby smelt horribly acrid for some reason. However once you left the lobby the rest of the building smelt fine. Staff had forgotten to empty the rubbish bin in our room before we arrived but offered to change our room if it wasn't up to standard. There is a hob in the kitchen area for cooking but we couldn't figure out how to operate it as the controls were so baffling and there were no instructions available, leaving us with just kettle and microwave. Only 2 sets of cutlery/crockery available even if booked for 3 people.

This is long stay hotel so cleaning is on 7 days. Kitchen is good equipped and new. Beds are very comfort, room is clean with carpet and we walked in socks. Room is with heating and good ventilation. It is good soundproof (we are sensitive on noisy) but no defense against chatty neighbors. Good connectivity with Stockholm center (bus 607+train 41=30 min to center) LIDL is 500m away. Good price, 300 euro for 7 nights. Our room was on the edge of hotel so beds was strange but did not mind, see pcs.

No reception or other staff. Woman from reception came once when we came and we didn't see anyone again. There is nobody to complain (we didn't have reason but..). Doors on room and passageway are heavy.

Great location: close to bus stop & walkable (without luggage) distance to two train stations & shopping centres. Self-contained room with great ensuite, kitchenette & dining table. Laundry included, BYO detergent (sign-up sheet to book a time) Great wifi. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels.

There was an intermittent high pitched noise from outside the room, perhaps water pipes? The staff couldn’t find the source. Other than that, marvellously quiet. TV didn’t work but I didn’t need it.

The room was clean and tidy. Cheap compared to prices in Stockholm center. But be prepared for travelling time by bus AND local train to and from the apartment. SAs usual, bring some amount of oil and salt with you to be able to use the stove for food cooking. The apartment house seems to be used mainly long term by people from abroad who are in the area for work. Nice people though.

Telling them when you will arrive is essential. 'But they do not communicate this. On a Saturday afternoon I had to wait two hours before reaching someone via mail and on the phone before I could get the key via the code the woman told me. ome of the electrical equipment in the kitchen is tricky and needs to be explained better.

the design of the rooms is modern, very good looking. the soundproofing is cool. the hotel isn’t loud at all times, so you can have a good sleep. mattress is soft, bed is comfortable. bathroom is good as well, clean and not smelly. there was soap in the bathroom, and dishwashing soap as well, there’s room with iron and washing machines you can use. the ventilation system is good, the air in our room was fresh. the staff was helpful and friendly, they were quick to answer the questions we had. this hotel is really nice for a short trip. it was our first solo trip, and we were so lucky we found this opportunity to stay here.

Modern room, great to have a kitchen. Close to public transport and walk distance to the lake and park. Good value for money.

Bathroom shower should have a bigger glass, straight and wider instead of the curved one. It does not prevent the water from going all over the bathroom and destroying the wooden door. Plus it is in the way reducing shower space which is already small. Could have shower gel / shampoo / conditioner.

Location is better than I thought. You have all the kitchenware you need. You don't meet the staff but they always answer quickly from Booking.com. Even though the radiators didn't work, room didn't get that cold and they gave me a portable heater which worked just fine.

Cleanness was really on the edge. I only used my room to sleep so I didn't have much time to think about it. But if I stayed in the room a little more it would definetlly bothered me. I could tell lots of travellers in that room smoked because of the smell.

very cheap studio, free laundry room

I would have appreciated more basic amenities - cleaning stuff (e.g., for the shower) and basic cooking products like salt, oil, etc.

Everything was amazing i stayed there one week, the staff were so good and helpful. It was clean and all equipments are available. If i go back again to Sweden I'll of course stay there again.

I liked everything

the property was self sufficient, with kitchen and room. The price was quite reasonable.

Nothing specific, however few suggestions like to have some sort of common space, at each floor. The entrance to Hotel apartemnt is quite dry and might be beautified bit. This doesnt take anything from property but with very small investment, it can become much better.
