The hotel is in a good location for tourists. It is a block or so away from the main train station, so it makes it very convenient to access and a fairly short walk to Old Town which is the main tourist area. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of options. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations which makes the check-in area and restaurant a bit crowded. The front desk staff was great especially Leah who was very friendly and helpful when we were checking in. I would recommend this hotel for tourist due to its amenities and convenient location for tourists.

Nothing really not to like about this hotel other than it was a bit pricey.

The location was amazing, perfect for what we needed. The room was newly renovated, the bed was super comfortable, the hotel was clean, and most of the staff was very nice. The room was spacious, with plenty of space to sit, get ready for the day, or work. Also, there was plenty of space for luggage. Wi-fi was good, breakfast was not included in our booking so we did not try it.

They did not have the room I booked available for us, so we got a slight downgrade but it worked out. There were two instances of miscommunications from staff; we had "do not disturb" on the door and were still woken up very early 6:20am with breakfast we did not order, then the housekeeping staff did not know we had a late check-out, and they were not very happy about it. We were not fans of how the mirrors were covered in a pattern, it looks nice but not very practical for a mirror, but other than that, we have no complaints about the room or the facilities.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. It was under renovation in some floors but this was not obvius at all. The staff is really helpfull and nice and that is the most important point.

I mailed them prior our arrival to order some flowers for my wife as we celebrated her birthday there. They delivered the flowers and everything was fine. However, the hotel didn't even send a birthday card to the room for her. I work in hospitality and as we scan all guests passports we know their birthdays, so we send a complimentary cake to the room when one of our guest celebrates their birthday during their stay. I thought Sheraton would do something, they didn't even send a card.

The hotel is a very short distance from the central railway particularly if you take the correct exit. (make sure to ask the hotel before check in). The nice large rooms were very good with a great views of the Gamla Stan and a very comfy king sized bed. We got an extended late checkout which was much appreciated. This being our 2nd visit to Stockholm we found everything worked better and probably book Sheraton for our next visit as well.

This hotel is focused on practical needs of the guests. One of the goid examples is having 5 elevators that suits the number of floors and rooms at this hotel. Also the breakfast was nice with many food choices needed. In addition to that you will feel the hotel is really committed to making a positive impact by integrating sustainability and social impact practices in its operation.

One small thing .. having a sliding door for the toilet insider the room is a very practical and nice thing to manage space. However it was hard to open if it is fully closed so it needs maintinance.

i like that there were a lot of filipino staff in the hotel. The non filipino ones are just as friendly and accomodating too. i like the food in Brasserie and we enjoyed the daily breakfast too. i like that it is quite close to the central train station.

there was no hair dryer in the room; neither was there enough slippers and robes and toiletries. There was only one of each while there were 3 of us in the room even if I booked and paid for 3 persons. There was also no bellmen who helped us with our luggage when we checked in. we rolled the trolley with our 6 luggage and 3 carry on luggage by ourselves. when we were not also told that we must tap our room key card for the elevator to bring us to our floor. I thought i was stucked in the elevator and almost panicked coz i went up alone and i am claustrophobic.

I cannot say enough about the staff. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Our flight arrived well before our room was to be ready, but the staff held our luggage in a secure room for us, which allowed for my friend and I to set off exploring the city worry-free. They also allowed us to borrow what was needed for our temporary charging needs, as our converters were buried in our suitcases. It was wonderful to have a fully charged battery for all the pictures that we took that day! The beds were amazing!! So comfortable!! And, there was so much to choose from at breakfast with a friendly, attentive staff there too! A final positive I can give the Sheraton Stockholm is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! If you want to see as many of the districts in Stockholm as you can easily, stay at this hotel!!

The only thing I wish is that our room would have been cooler. That's it.

A very business oriented hotel that didn’t necessarily lack in anything in particular. Friendly staff, large rooms, clean design, well kept. Can’t really fault it. Did not have breakfast or any other meal at the hotel.

Not sure if it was to their own fault, as I couldn’t tel if the renovations were ongoing at the property or not, but it wasn’t at all pleasant being woken up early while on vacation to the sound of hammering and drilling. One day they started at 7.30 am!!! It went quietly shortly after, so I reckon someone got a phone call. That being said, it would be appreciated being informed beforehand that the hotel or a building nearby is undergoing renovations. A discounted rate, meal vouchers or something of the like would be a welcomed apology for having our rest period disturbed.

The hotel is terrific! It is <10 minutes' walk from Stockholm Central Station. It is also less than 10 minutes' walk to all tourism places, including the Old Town, the City Hall, malls and restaurants. The breakfast is sooooo good! Wow, I cannot express enough how much I like the breakfast. It also serves long hours, from 7:30 to 11 am, if I remembered correctly. I had a very relaxed morning enjoying the breakfast. The staffs are very friendly. I broke the lid of a complementary bottled water, and they gave me two. The room is a bit smaller than I expected but is quite clean and comfortable. All facilities are available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by both the staff and the location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The hotel's location couldn't be better, offering easy access to local attractions, shopping, and public transportation. This made exploring the surroundings a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a prime location.

The hotel itself feels quite old and is in dire need of renovation or at least a refresh to bring it up to standard. My room, in particular, had an awful smell emanating from the bathroom, which significantly impacted my overall experience. While the potential of the hotel could be seen in its architecture and charm, the current state of the facilities detracts from what could otherwise be an enjoyable stay.
