Pool could’ve been heated up a bit. AC in the rooms would be great especially in summer nights.

The hotel's position is in close proximity of the rail station, which was very helpful to travel to Stockholm. The size of the room was good and the room was clean enough. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

I didn't like the dump smell of the duvet and pillows that were in use on my bed... They should probably be changed or well washed at least. Also a window handle was not working properly so the window could not be closed entirely.

Excellent hotel, first night my room was very clean but there was no safety deposit box so I talked to lena at reception and they moved me to a suit looking to the outside which was even better. the breakfast was very good catering for everyones taste. the location was very good with the train station and the shopping mall right next to the hotel. I would recommend Scandic star hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast area is amazing and the breakfast is so good, so many options. We decided to reserve two family rooms and it worked out perfectly! One family room could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children but we wanted to be comfortable and enjoyed the extra space. The hotel has a medium size swimming pool. We were lucky that the hotel was not busy so we could use it without reservation. The train/ tram station is 2 mins walk, so convenient to reach the city center. Parking is next to the hotel but you have to pay for it. Also the hotel has some parking spaces that you can reserve but I believe it is more expensive than the city parking.

The hotel does not provide daily room service/cleaning unless you request it. We are used to get our rooms cleaned daily when we stay in hotels, so we had to ask for towels and bad sheets few times. Nothing bad, just a head up. I will suggest the hotel to provide a floor mat for the shower and maybe tissues.

It was an absolutely amazing hotel, the breakfast was great. We went there for two nights for the Taylor Swift concert, and they very much leaned into it by playing her music in the lobby and having themed cocktails. Which I suppose isn't something you'll probably experience when you go there, but I appreciate it. The staff was also very nice and the place looked beautiful overall.

The pull out bed they had in the roof was not comfortable. I couldn't really sleep at night, so I was glad we didn't have too long of a stay. The double bed was very comfortable, however. Another issue was the little clock they had under the TV, near both beds it was shining very bright once you turned off all the lights and it also made it hard to sleep.

The staff. That the hotel was located right beside the big Sollentuna centrum galleria. Close to the train and busses to Stockholm city. The pool table in the lobby was a nice surprise and the free "drinks" for the kids were also appreciated.

The smell in the bathroom. Smelled old fart, guess from old pluming. Was almost gone by the second day, 3 ppl using the bathroom. The pull out sofa was way too hard for my back, more suited for kids.

The front door is literally meters from the trains and an extensive shopping mall. The buffet breakfast is additional cost but is very generous with so many options.

The elevators are a bit slow and stop frequently for more riders when there's no room in the car for more - this slows down guests even more.

I found the staff at reception really helpful. I needed help when my flight was abruptly cancelled and they were excellent. I spoke to Nelson and two other very helpful people whose names I do not know. I had previously stayed in a place with no staff present, booked by my work, for the days I was working in Gothenberg and learnt how valuable the onsite help is when you do not speak the language. Location was excellent because being back in Stockholm for the weekend before returning home I wanted good access to Arlanda. The station is practically adjacent to the hotel and the line takes you quickly to Marsta and a fast bus from that station goes to Arlanda airport. Quiet well sound proofed hotel and a nearby shopping centre was very convenient.

Hotel located just at Sollentuna train station what give great connection to Stockholm. Shoping center 20m from Hotel door is perfect sollution for shoping of food after arrival at hotel (salad bar in ICA opened)

During our stay pool was not avaliable.

I always like the breakfast and I enjoyed the pool. It was a good slot with one hour. Beautiful facilities apart from my room which was a disappointment and I was so tired to change.

I am a loyal Scandic customer but the room provided was not worth the money I paid. Not fresh and I found myself sneezing all night so it must have been dusty. A refurbishment for room 434 would be good.
