The apartment we booked was clean and cozy. Had enough room for all of our family members. The little kitchen was enough to prepare some meals. All required utensils are also available. There is a laundry facility in the ground floor which you need to reserve before using it.

The breakfast is not up to the standard. Very few choices and the quantities available is very low. Only one person serving during the breakfast buffet for more than 50-60 people. So had to wait until that person replenish the empty food plates. My suggestion is the breakfast is not worth at all.

Size, design and facilities

I didn't receive the entrance code, so I had to get cold outside on the rainy day until I was able to get in contact via phone with the remote support. There is no stuff in the hotel. That's annoying. Entrance with a code is not obvious because there are two keypads misleading.

The stuff at the desk were very friendly. The room is enough big for us and big table for 5 people. Very clean. Breakfast was ok, not big choice but fresh juice, bread ,vegetable and fruits and coffee machine. The Kitchen in the room is fine with tools just need to bring cooking oil etc by yourself. Landry room is very easy to use! Very pleasant stay and love to stay again.

Nothing bad points actually. On the weekend there is no bus service from the bus stop near the hotel so that you have to walk to the metro station. but not so far away 15 minutes on foot.

Kista Forenom contents everything you need. Room was clean and ready when we came. Bathroom was modern and we had fresh towels prepared. In our room we had - 2 table, 3 chairs, TV, kitchen unit with cook, extractor hood, ironing board, pots and next basic things for cooking. Hotel have laundry room - it is for free - just need to book your time. Laundry detergent is after previous clients. Check-in/out is really fast and stuff is kind to help. Breakfast was inclused. Heleneslund train station is around 7 minutes and then 13 min. to Stockholm-city station. From Heleneslund is direct train to Arlanda airport too.

There was no shelf/place in the shower to put your own soup/shower gel. You need to put it on the floor. Taking food on breakfast with forks is difficult. Please, change it for serving tongs!!!

The hotel is located between the airport and the city, but transportation is convenient. We arrived from the airport by bus and traveled to and from the city by metro. The schedules are convenient both in the morning and late at night. Everything is simple and clear. The room itself is tidy, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Everything is really convenient and good.

It's a bit strange to ask to take out the trash... And maybe some coffee or tea could be left in the kitchen for a few days. But these are small details. The apartment itself is not in the center, so you need to leave time for public transport and walking to get there, but it's convenient and safe.

I felt compelled to share my experience, especially after reading some negative reviews that I believe do not reflect the reality of this beautiful property. First and foremost, the hotel is stunning and impeccably maintained. The grounds are well-kept, and the ambiance is welcoming. Any comments about cleanliness seem to overlook the fact that guests should also take responsibility for their own messes. During my stay, I found everything to be in excellent order. I can't speak highly enough about the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially during a family emergency involving my wife. The team went above and beyond, showing genuine concern and assisting us with translation at the hospital. Their kindness and support made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. I never encountered any attitude; instead, I found a staff dedicated to providing exceptional service. Forenom is definitely worth the money. I’m looking forward to returning in a month for a longer visit. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to a grocery store, the Galleria mall, and a wonderful food court. The neighborhood is clean, friendly, and convenient, with easy access to both train and bus services right outside. As for the room, it looked just like the pictures—if not better! Review for Forenom Hotel, Stockholm, Sweden Our stay at Forenom Hotel in Stockholm was disappointing due to the lack of parking facilities. The hotel does not have its own car park, and the only available option is a paid parking lot across the street, which operates with a strict and unfriendly digital system. We attempted to pay using the EasyPark app, but it repeatedly showed an error message during registration. As a result, there was a delay of just 9 minutes, and within that short time, a patrol car appeared out of nowhere and issued fines to all of us—more than five families staying at the hotel. Despite showing the officer our error messages as proof of our attempt to pay, we were still fined. Adding to the frustration, the parking company’s communication was not in English, and even the fine notice was entirely in a foreign language, making it difficult to understand or appeal. Overall, our experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating due to the parking situation. If you’re traveling by car, be prepared for a stressful and unfair parking system with little to no support. I would not recommend this hotel for those who need reliable parking.

We love our accommodation very much. Short distance from shopping mall and public transport to the city. Place is clean and good size too. We had one bedroom flat. Shower was fabulous. We have stayed on the 4th floor on the top and great views.Two lifts there. Breakfast was superb. We also used gym, sauna, table tennis and kids play/reading area. Staff at the reception were very professional and friendly. You may leave your languages in the language room next to reception. Deco is nice. Entering this accommodation by code, which is going to be delivered to your phone and email around 16:00 than you can enter the building. Highly recommend for families, students and adults too. Housekeeping and breakfast staff friendly and kind too.

Everything in the room is as mentioned. It is nice, clean, and comfy to sleep. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen also has everything that you need for a stay, so you don't have to bring anything with you aside from cooking oil.

The bathroom design, specifically the two doors of the shower room that can be closed or opened simultaneously. This is a bit of nitpicking now, as I studied space design before, so it's kind of annoying my itch.

Good value for what it offers. Good breakfast, only cold food, charcuterie, cheese, vegetables, cereals, 4 kind of bread, boiled eggs, and some spreadable things. Clean and friendly staff.

Not a deal breaker but at the bathroom you only have hand soap. The bed is kinda small for 2 overweight people even in a Double Studio. Size of the room doesn't match with listed size.
