Amazing breakfast with a variety to choose from. Very clean and very friendly staff always there to help with anything we wanted. As a British family that enjoys our cups of teas, hot water , milk, English breakfast tea bags were always available any time of the day for the quick cuppa. The bar doesn’t close till late so we were able to get that glass of wine or that beer to wind down the evening after a busy walk about in the city. The hotel is within close proximity to the local town centre Kista which made it easy to pop out for a dinner meal at the local restaurants. It was only a few stops on the metro to Stockholm city centre which was so great. Our room was fabulous, comfortable beds, very spacious and with a great shower. I so highly recommend the hotel to anyone or family looking to having a fantastic holiday in Sweden.

Very minimalist nordic style, gets the job done without fuss. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, including eggs and bacon, and staff was diligent about keeping supplies topped up when the saturday morning crowd was laying a strong siege. Parking under the hotel, with lift to rooms, was very welcome. We used Easypark for the daily 92 SEK fee - it's the "50401 / Farogatan 3" park, entrance at the rear of the hotel.

The "room makeover every four days" was unexpected. Parking is tight and only a couple dozen spaces, although we always got a spot (once it was the last available).

Breakfast was pretty good, good selection of food and good hours. Location is very close to shopping and to a wide variety of restaurants, and easy access to the highway. Room was alright - not memorable but functional and convenient to stay in. Overall, a good place to stay.

The parking under the hotel is done via a separate app, wish I could have had it all included with the room to minimize the fuss (how many hours do I pay for? Am I going to be leaving? Do I need to extend the time?)

24 hours gym, good atmosphere in the lobby/common area, and just overall vibes. In the gym were signs to suggest workouts if you needed inspiration from beginner, moderate and advanced levels and a rowing machine, bike, and treadmill. Also, you could connect your music via Bluetooth to the speakers in the gym and a workout timer with intervals, tabata, etc Lastly this nice sustainability idea of donating unwanted clothes. Cool idea. I utilized it and overall felt good that someone in need will be able to use a shirt but also that it wouldn't take up space in my bag. If you are a shopper, the Krista Galleria mall is a 5 min walk that is open everyday and much later then most EU malls.

Minor - The hallways to the rooms can feel like a prison or maze with the dark grey walls and block lettering.The room was small, I think due to being on a corner in the maze, which was ok. However, the lighting in the room could have been better i.e. near the mirror and in the entry way.,

Extremely good value for money. The hotel is clean and well-kept. It serves fantastic breakfasts. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you need. Another advantage of this hotel is the underground parking lot, accessible from the hotel elevator. Its location was also important to us. It is located 230 m from the metro station, which takes you straight to the center of Stockholm. There is also a very well-equipped Kista shopping mall at this station. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of office buildings, very quiet and friendly on weekends (probably also on weekdays). It was also important to us that the hotel has pet-friendly rooms. I will definitely choose this place next time I am in Stockholm.

Location is good, we knew it is not in the center, but metro is close and also used the buses that stop right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great, especially over the weekend with pancakes! Wide selection to choose from! The sofa bed for our kids was not very comfortable and our bed was too soft for our liking, but it was not too bad. Room is quite small, but we did not spend much time in the room. Bathroom is great size. Common area is big and has separate and comfortable spaces. Staff was amazing and very friendly! Definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

It was a really good location for getting into Stockholm, with quick and easy to access rail links nearby. The breakfast has a good selection, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert at the Strawberry Arena, and the commuter train to get there and back was a relatively easy walk (about 15 mins - mostly flat). It was also easy to use this for the airport too. The metro line is really close, and has lots of regular trains into the city. The location is very quiet, as it seems to be more of a business district than a tourist spot, which means there's not much noise at night or early in the morning.

Although it was advertised on the listing and on posters around the hotel, the kitchen wasn't open in the evening, which was a bit disappointing when we arrived tired and hungry. We were able to get food locally in the shopping centre, or in Stockholm while out and about during our stay, but it would have been nice to have the option to eat at the hotel for convenience. There are also no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which we knew about but it would be nice to have these when you fancy a drink late at night or before breakfast and don't want to have to go down to reception.

Let's start with the best reason why to choose this hotel - breakfast. The best breakfast offer I've ever encountered in any hotel. Huge variety, lot's of space and so tasty. The room was super clean and beds were comfortable. Location is perfect, bus stop right next to the hotel and metro 5 minutes walking, takes 20 minutes to the city center. The stuff was friendly as well. There is a possibility to leave a baggage here after check-out. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing Swedish table breakfast. There were almost everything you could ever want. The hotel is easily reachable by metro so you can go to the city center in just 20 minutes. Also, there is a shopping mall right next to it with plenty of clothes shops, food hall and even a movie theater. Very good price and quality value!

It was a little disappointing that the room didn’t have a kettle to boil water for tea. The only way to get it was to buy it manually at the barception for 3€ each. But that’s fine because you could still drink it for free during breakfast :)

I couldn't find simple things in the room, like a bottle of water, coffee and tea,when I asked the receptionist to buy still, they didn't have, he said you can drink from the tap water it's drinkable, also there was no refrigerator or telephone in the room, I travel very frequently, these things I think it is a must in 4 stars hotel.
