I used to live in Sweden and with only a few relatives left there it's nice to come for a visit and still feel at home in a hotel. Our room was really nice and comfortable. The staff were lovely as usual as it was our second stay and would highly recommend the hotel to people. Everything is easily accessibly perhaps because I know the country and the area very well. Thank you as usual from providing such a lovely stay. Tackar för allt!!

Apart from one of the beds having a large noticeable coffee stain on the under layer sheets and the chair needing to be repaired or replaced it was still very clean.

Everything was perfect except the two incidents described in the 'negative' section.

1. On the second day of my stay my key-card became inactive and the receptionist could not find my reservation in the computer system. They thought I had not shown up the previous day. 2. After a visit of the cleaning service in my room (I was absent then) my pyjamas disappeared from the bed, I had left them under the cover. I informed three different receptionists about that incident day by day but the pyjamas never returned to me. The loss is of little value but it is unacceptable that whatsoever disappears from the room when I am out.

Booked Classic medium room, functional room,location was pratical, bus 509 stops in front of the hotel and when you change at Bergshamra ( 5 minutes) you can take the metro red line 14 to T Central/Gambla Stan etc. also in 5-10 minutes. Another way is to have a 10 minutes walk to Ulriksdal station where you can take the train to T Centrale also.Price hotel is cheaper compared to Stockholm City hotels and when you download the SL app you have all public transport including the Ferry boats line 80-82. Empoyees of the hotel gives a very good service including Hicham from the reception.

The breakfast! So many things to eat and drinks, also gluten free food and a separate fridge with milk for people with allergies. You can find both salty food and sweet, from different type of eggs (scrambled, hard-boiled, medium-boiled), bacon, swedish meatballs, vegetables, cheese, different type of bread, yoghurt and as many toppings you want (muesli, dried fruit, cereal, honey…). Also croissant, cookies, marmalade, monoportion to prepare waffle and all the drinks you can imagine (shout out to ginger shots!)

The basic room doesn’t have a window so that can be a little bit alienating, but as long as you don’t spend in the hotel the entire day, it’s not an issue.

This was my third stay, and I appreciated the improvements. The staff were very friendly, hospitable, and helpful this time. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city (10 minutes by commuter), close proximity to the airport buses (5 minutes’ walk), and nearby attractions like the Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. The breakfast was outstanding, and the hotel has a pleasant, well-designed facility. Upon arrival, our room was not cleaned or prepared. However, the issue was quickly resolved by the receptionist, who upgraded us to a bigger and better room.

The parking situation was unclear, and I couldn’t figure out how to get the long-term parking fare. As a result, I ended up paying higher fees for daily parking outside the hotel.

The location and price were good. The lady at the front from Cote D'Ivoire was soo friendly and sweet and got me a space heater right away when I complained about being cold. She even helped me in the morning getting a cab because ubers were awful. Great service and wonderful staff. I just wish the rooms were warmer.

The rooms were cold. I should've asked about the heat earlier but waited until my last night. I got a room with no windows which wasn't the best either. I may have missed that in the details.

Well designed hotel with panoramic lift, very tasty breakfast with big variety of food, good quality juices, nice bar. Bed sheets, towels were very clean and white, high quality mattresses. Free tea and coffee with kettle was good option, same as 24/7 reception as we arrived after midnight. Two bedrooms family room was perfect solution for us: couple with 12 years and 1 years old boys. We extended one more night because of this. Room was on the top floor, far from lift as requested, it means that management is really taking care about guests’ requests. Special regards to Sonia on the reception, she was very nice, helpful and professional.

We didn’t have daily cleaning in the room unfortunately, were leaving rubbish in the corridor and someone was picking up. We found mold in the bathroom ventilation, shower cabinet should be bigger for family room and more modern, shower door was hard to open/close. Also, some English TV channels will be good option.

I chose the cheapest variant this time as it was late evening visit and had to go in the morning,: with no window and bathroom. Room even with that had everything for functioning, all facilities like kettle tv, breakfast (which was great) The only thing is always how good cleaned it was: generally clean, but if to move the bedside table to approach outlet, there was dirty. But i would not noticed it if i had no need for charger, because no visible outlets for that, even to plug in the kettle on. Otherwise i am satisfied.

The hotel is nice and quiet, offering good value for the room rate. I previously stayed here in the summer of 2019, although it was under a different name or management at that time. It’s conveniently located near the central city and just one commuter station away from the Mall of Scandinavia. Car parking is available, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean and spacious enough for small families.

The receptionist were uninformed and nearly rude, giving the impression that she disliked her job. This was evident when we first arrived at the hotel. Later, I asked my friend to leave his car key at the reception for me before he went on a long vacation. When I inquired if there were any messages or envelopes for my room, the same receptionist responded dismissively without even looking, saying there was nothing. I insisted that she check or ask her colleagues who had been working the previous day. Eventually, she found the envelope after consulting with her colleague from the day before. This indicates a training issue, and such incidents might influence my decision to book at this hotel in the future.

The hotel has a lot of extra amenities, although I wasn't able to use them all during my short stay. Breakfast is good. With a variety of options, anyone can find something for themselves. Overall, it's a really nice place.

My only downside is the distance to the centre of Stockholm. This was my first time booking a hotel far from the city centre. For those who want to spend time actively exploring, travelling 30 min to the city and then back can be a long ride after tiring day.
