I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and cozy, offering plenty of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality that made for a perfect start to each day. The location is also a big plus—very close to the train station and with easy access to Stockholm city center, which made getting around super convenient. Despite being well-connected, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, which added to the restful experience. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed the breakfast; it had various options and was very tasty. The location was very convenient, with a very accommodating lounge area. The staff were professional and supported us when we needed help.

We were disappointed that the room was dusty when we first arrived, but I’m sure the staff would have cleaned it for us if we had mentioned it. On the second day, we scheduled room cleaning, which was addressed. Additionally, we were not pleased with the limited view since the room had no windows. Furthermore, the mirror placement in the room was inconvenient and difficult to use.

The hotel is located in a high-rise building, and the views from the upper-floor rooms are absolutely breathtaking! Breakfast is varied and delicious, and the 22nd-floor wellness area is a real highlight — featuring a sauna, a gym with panoramic windows. There is even a ping-pong table on the ground floor.

On the downside, there’s no kettle in the room, and tea or coffee at the reception is available only for an extra charge. The breakfast area can get very crowded, with long lines even though guests are assigned specific time slots.

Hotel is very high tower little outside of stockholm centrum. The view is pretty good from higher floors. Rooms were spacious, but pretty simple. Beds were fine. Best part of the hotel was breakfast which was better than average hotel breakfast. Also, the restaurant was good. Overall experience was good so i can recommend this place.

The windows in the rooms are weird shape, so it's kind of hard to see outside just standing normally. The rooftop bar was closed. Hotel is pretty far away from central stockholm and there was not many restaurants open on weekend. Hotel has no parking, but there is public parking lot close by. The price for parking was 230kr/day.

Everything is fresh and in good condition. I very much enjoyed the possibility to connect my phone to the TV to watch Netflix and listen to music (in many hotels it doesn’t work properly). The view from the top floors is amazing, especially on the sunset side. The staff is beyond helpful. The bed is comfortable. The room is very spacious. The location is also great: just 5 minutes walk to Helenelund train station which takes you to the city center in just 15 minutes. Walking distance to the university campus.

If you want your room cleaned, you need to book it the night before. For me it wasn’t an issue though, because for short stays I generally prefer to have no cleaning. Be aware that the breakfast finishes quite early - at 09.30 on the week days.

Scandic Victoria Tower, Kista offered us a comfortable stay and had all luxury amenities. The restaurant and the lounge glow in vibrant color schemes with cozy seating spaces. The breakfast spread was appropriate even though few Asian menus could be included. Play area for children makes the stay more enjoyable. Note: The tall building architecture makes the hotel very attractive. Easy Accessibility to train connectivity is excellent feature of the hotel.

Hotel charged us for early check-in; Though considering the snowstorm that day and inclement weather preventing us to go outside, they could have waived it off.

Good value for money, nice building, close to train station, room for family of 5, good breakfast buffet.

Our room (floor, curtains) was bit run down. However for what we paid it was okay but there were small things which could be fixed quite easily.

Our room was nothing less than perfect. Spacious, clean, nice Scandinavian interior & everything was functioning. Would be nice to have a small fridge/ mini bar inside but perhaps it can be requested, but room rate might have gone up as well. All in all, excellent 👌

Nothing! We liked everything. The lobby, the dining area, breakfast Buffet was very good too & delicious w/ plenty to choose from.

Good location, 5 minutes walk from railway station that takes you straight to central Stockholm. Also 10 min walk to big shopping center with restaurants and grocerys. The hotel was very nice. Good breakfast and nice sky bar to enjoy a drink in the evening. There’s also jym and sauna but we didn’t visit that.

WiFi in the room was ok, but had some minor issues with VPN tunnels. WiFi in lobby was totally unusable. If you want to go for salat at the evening in restaurant downstairs - I do not recommend Ceasar salad witch chicken and beacon in particular. You need good stomach to deal with that beacon. Do not expect downtown restaurant food quality. Still nothing too bad not to give good rating. :)
