We just stayed one night for a concert at the arena. We were there early, just to say we are here, but we will be checking in late. Reception gave us instructions to get to the arena. Instructions on what to do when we got back to the motel. Asked the next morning how the consert was! We had breakfast the next morning and the staff was wonderful too. Answering questions and helping with whatever we asked for. Breakfast was nice, not just scrambled eggs, bacon, and bread. Nice selection of nice food. The orange juice tasted like fresh squeezed. I do not think it was, but I could have skipped breakfast and just drank a liter of that! Yum! We will stay as often we can.

The only thing I noticed was flies coming into the dining area because the door to the patio was left open for guests to eat out there. I have a huge problem with flies, though.

Breakfast is delicious as well hamburgers in the Bistro. Very friendly staff, special thanks to the receptionist Malin to arrange birthday greetings to our hotel room - appreciate it!!! Good atmosphere in the hotel. Good, compact gym. Close by the hotel there is a nice area to go for a short walk. Location of the hotel is good, close by E18. We valuate car parking.

Our hotel room is at the end of the very long corridor; we do not like such room location. Close to the hotel, there is no other restaurant.

Close to the train station that brings you to the city. Also close to stores, if you want some late night snacks other than hotel snacks. Comfortable beds.

We had a trashcan in our bathroom that had not been emptied since the previous guests had stayed. However, we didn't notice this until the second day since we had an open trash can that we had used instead. The guy who checked us in barely acknowledged us and didn't even say hi when we walked in.

Very clean - no hairs discovered. Super quick check in and checkout. Helpful and friendly staff. Good food selection for breakfast. There are also table tennis, shuffle board, and a karaoke room, but we didn’t use them.

The room was very dark and there was almost zero light in the entrance corridor within the room. We had to keep the bathroom door open (which was the only bright place) to see anything.

Very welcoming indeed. The room was great. Comfortable beds and pillows. The tv had Chromecast with easy to follow instructions. The bathroom was clean, and everything worked in order. The breakfast was really nice with lots of options. The train station is a 5 minute walk away, and you can be in the city center in 15 minutes by train. They actually have 24 hour reception.

The people are working there, very friendly, specifically miss FEZICIA i lost my phone in Uber and she trying so so hard to get my phone back and I never see such a person like you’re helpful. I really really respect her and I really recommend her

I really love the stuff service, was amazed they still Remember me 🤗 They are like big and amazing Family💚🤩 Food ,service , Staff are Stars 🤩💥 Spa as always great 👍💚 Im there like home Air was dry at room with fun , and was far away walking until my room was taken 405! And prefer just little space of front of each other if we are taking food at room or just conversation with coffee ! But that only me ... that price of money What i want to pay so see free to ignore my don't like!

Very well served breakfast with several food options, restaurant for dinner with great food, very quiet room, very good location of the hotel

Clean and cosy. The receptionists were very nice and helped us with info and whatever we needed

The basic double room might be very small for two people

Spa and the buffet breakfast ware really good

Rooms closer to the spa is noisy during the day.. particularly from the music they playing
