Staff were amazing, checking in and out at unusual hours went by smoothly, tea and coffee always available, breakfast was as amazing as the reviews say it is, room was clean and cozy. No stuffiness or smell in the room, room service everyday - coming back to a freshly made bed after a whole day out was awesome. We used a heater provided in the room for a more enjoyable room temperature. A live jazz evening and private sauna were the cherry on top. Location is amazing, walked everywhere all around Stockholm. Totally recommend!

Our stay was just amazing! Great location (we almost didn't have to use public transport at all since our accommodation was 20-40 mins (by foot) away from all the famous sights), super friendly staff that was always ready to help and answer our questions. They prepared for us an early, to go breakfast as we had to leave for the airport at 2:30 in the morning. Umbrellas were available in the lobby which was so helpful during those rainy days that we had to face during our stay in Stockholm! Rooms are indeed tiny which might cause some discomfort BUT they're extra cozy as well, beds (mattresses, more precisely) were extremely comfy, they felt like soft, little clouds! The only disadvantage is that there were no power sockets / outlets near the beds, only those available next to the TV (though in the room description it says next-to-bed sockets are available), but it wasn't a big deal either, the room is small enough so by stretching a little, we could reach the sockets easily. Our room was cleaned up every single day, we never lacked anything of personal hygiene items. It was always warm inside (and even if you feel cold, you'll be provided with a radiator by the staff!). Breakfasts are another thing to mention! They were SO good, saturated, suitable for anyone (vegans, people with lactose / gluten intolerance), 10 out of 10, really. All in all, Rex hotel is a fantastic option with a reasonable price to stay when in Stockholm!

It was easy to find this hotel, it’s max 5 min walk from the underground station. It was the easiest hotel to find to me in this year. The people were very friendly and helpfull. I had a room without window, I was curious, I never had a room like that before. It was at basement level, and despite of the underground nearby, I heard nothing. It was quiet and peacefull. The room was clean and quiet. The bad was very very comfortable, maybe too big for that tiny room. The room was just enough for one person. The air and the temperature in the room were good, despite of no window for the room. The breakfast was a bufet. It was rich and you can choose whatever you want. Sweet and salty, cold and cooked, everything. There were „free from” options too, and I found a text, if you have food allergy, and need special diet, they are happy to help you, just let them know. As a vegetarian I had no problem to find soooo many things to eat. The food were labeled in both English and Swedish. There were non-vegetarian food too, I just ignored them, I can’t tell how it was. Anyway I am happy to return to this hotel next time. I hope I can. If I am alone again I will be happy for the same room.

The room was big enough, for 1 or maybe 2 person, but ¾ (or more) part of the room was occupied by the bed. It was super comfortable, but it would be enough for a couple, and on the top 2 children could sleep. Despite of this, the room would be too small for a family, or more then 2 people. A smaller bed would be comfortable too, and it would give more space to the rest of the room. There is no need to a big doubled bunk bad in a small room like this.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Room was very nice. Beds pretty comfortable. BREAKFAST WAS PHENOMENAL! Shower was great- lots of hot water. There was no AC for the rooms but they will provide you with a fan which was a lifesaver!

The main bathroom for the hostel is incredibly tiny. A large person would have difficulty even sitting down. The stairs down are spiral and kinda sketch- if the door between the two flights was not quite so heavy it would be much easier to navigate but its difficult....and more difficult if you have large luggage.

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Great location - close to metro, buses and yet quiet. There is coop, Lidl close. Room was clean and shower was comfortable, seemed newly renewed. Also they let you leave your luggage and keep it behind doors, and mark it - it felt really safe. Free coffee/tea all day long at reception. strong wifi.

The room I stayed in was tiny and dark - we just used this hotel to spend nights and take showers. I didn’t like that I had to make my own (top) bed - felt dangerous and difficult to move.

The room is small and has no window, but this is what you pay for. I loved my stay. The beds were sooo comfortable, we both slept so well. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was awesome for the price. Great location, 15 minutes on foot from the center. Customary coffee and tea on reception. Staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. TV with Chromecast in the room

It was a bit strange for me a room without window, but it was ok anyway, it had all amenities, towel, toilet paper, soap in the bathroom and shampoo on the shower...maybe providing slippers would be a possible improvement, but all in all it was a great experience

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. The room was quite small, but given the price, it was a good value. Although the room had no windows, the ventilation system provided good air quality. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel had strong Wi-Fi, and I appreciated being able to store my luggage the next day without any issues. Overall, excellent value for money.

We stayed in the Economy Twin Room, and it was amazing value for money. The room was basic and you can see in the photo it’s not too big, but more than enough space if you plan to be out exploring the city. Lots of helpful hooks, space for suitcases under the bed, a comfy bed, and a very nice en-suite bathroom - all very clean. PS The breakfast was included it was really good! Plus free tea or coffee all day. And the staff are all really nice and helpful.

The top bunk didn’t have a plug by it - this is really the only thing that could have been better it was great overall!

Amazing breakfast in an overall comfortable setting. Being able to use the Hellesten was a great perk as it is also a lovely hotel. Staff were incredible helpful and nice throughout the visit.

The room is very small, and would be tight for two adults sharing. Cleaning staff walked into my room at 8am one morning while I was sleeping, which wasn’t ideal. Another cleaning staff member took up 30 mins of my booking in the sauna one day and walked into the sauna where I was changing on a separate occasion.
