I always appreciate their attention to detail and consideration, especially when it comes to my preference for the bottom bunk bed. Once again, they ensured I got the bottom bunk, and this time they even went the extra mile by setting up the bed with a neatly arranged bed sheet and duvet cover. It’s these thoughtful touches that make all the difference—thank you!

The staff does a great job, and I appreciate their efforts, but unfortunately, some guests don’t respect the quiet hours. During my stay, a group of older guests were talking loudly past the 23:00 silent hours. While it’s not the staff’s fault, I had to step in and ask them to keep it down. Perhaps more reminders about the quiet policy could help in the future.

In general, it was what I needed. The neighborhood was OK, the place was silent, there were sockets next to the bed etc. The breakfast was delicious and substantial.

The room was clean but one of the lockers was very dirty, fortunately the room was not full and nobody had to use that. I had no padlock of my own, and I had to buy one – I think it is not a fair strategy to make the guest pay some more. I had to walk down two levels to take a shower as there are no showers on every floor. The breakfast begins at eight o'clock: it is very late in general. Additionally, I had to leave very early on the last day, and no food was offered instead of the missed breakfast.

I really don't understand the low rating of this hotel. I had a wonderful stay here. I stayed in a private room, it was decent size, with a window (in Stockholm it can't be taken for granted) and lots of electric outlets. Bed was very comfy. Even though toilets and showers are shared, there are several throughout the building so I never had to wait. Everything is super clean. And breakfast was excellent too - I didn't expect much from a simple hotel, but they had salads, fresh fruit, breads and crisps, coffee and tea, boiled eggs, rice, sausage. The whole building is also lovely. And the dining area in the basement with exposed brick work and connection to the stone foundation. Lovely place! Also perfect location, in a quiet area but only minutes from the tourist center. 10 minutes to Astrid Lindgren's home. As an added bonus, they let me park my motorcycle in the yard for free (which is a huge bonus in this city). Overall very pleased with this place and will keep it in mind for the future.

The staff were accommodating, friendly, and attentive to my request for a lower bed in the bunk. Their willingness to listen and fulfill my wish made my stay even more comfortable.

I may have missed this detail in the email, but I had to pay extra for sheets and bed linens. The shower rooms, washing machine, and kitchen are located in the basement. While these facilities are fairly clean and equipped with everything you need, the staircase leading to them could be challenging for those with weak knees.

I stayed at Lilla Brunn for 4 nights and I will certainly book again when visiting Stockholm in the future. I needed a place to rest and ground myself before continuing my travels and this place exceeded my expectations!! I checked in late but all went smooth and I received very clear instructions prior to arrival. I am also very grateful for the beautiful room I was allocated to with so much space, beautiful cozy atmosphere, and comfy bed. The house itself is very unique and so much warmth radiates out of each space. The dining room is so dreamy looking and it’s a pleasure to eat your meals there. There is also a fully equipped, modern kitchen with all you need to cook. The breakfast selection was huge and food tasted delicious. There were even crepes made two mornings in a raw. The location was brilliant!! This place is a little gem of Stockholm! I highly recommend :) oh and for those of you that read the reviews before booking; trust me there are no bed bugs here!!

Lovely, comfortable and quaint accommodation in a central area of Stockholm. The staff were warm and helpful. The room was charmingly decorated and more than enough room for two. The shared facilities (shower and kitchen) were clean and always free when needed. The highlight was the breakfast room and the smell of cinnamon coming from it every morning.

If you have issues with stairs, this may not be appropriate (the stairs to rooms and downstairs to showers/ kitchen are quite steep)

I was traveling for a training camp and Stark Jiujitsu gym is just around the corner. It's just a short walk to a grocery store and you could cook your own meals in the kitchen. I did a lot of training so I had to do laundry every day and the staff took care of that like professionals. I loved the old building that had been turned into a hostel with it's unique atmosphere. The staff there was super friendly and helpful and they welcomed me to stay at Lilla Brunn again whenever I come back to Stockholm.

I don't have anything bad to say. Definitely one of the best hostels I have been to.

Everyone so kind and helpful, super clan and tidy, the breakfast included was totally fresh tasty and big, i world come band to eat the part that haven’t tried because it was loaded honestly, and because it’s located in the basement, it looks like and old cave of grinder stone , so Swedish style. It’s a place to go every time you are in Stockholm, super close to every bus stop and metro station. They even offered me to leave my luggage after leaving my room. Thank you so much!

What a cute little place in top location heart of Vasastan close to lovely cafes, restaurants and shops! Nice, basic and clean rooms / facilities with homey and safe atmosphere - cozy touch and the staff was very helpful and friendly to help with self-checking outside of opening hours. Will definitely stay again =)

Earplugs are useful when people come in and out of rooms and doors slam, also the doors beep if they are not locked behind, which is good for safety reasons but loud if you forget to close the door properly.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations! I also liked how conveniently placed the accommodation was - very close to Odenplan station, grocery stores, restaurants and bars. It is also located just around the corner from a Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop - very handy!

My room was close to the entrance so it was a little loud ( creaky floorboards, voices easily heard) - but I had earplugs and luckily it was not too busy in the hostel during my stay.
