The location is excellent - 3 min to the subway station, 1 min to the bus stop; a lot of cosy cafes and restaurants around. Staff is friendly and helpful; their tips really helped us a lot. Breakfasts are tasty; we enjoyed fruits, vegetables and freshly brewed coffee.

The room was a bit dusty. Not like it was crucial and spoiled our general impression, but still. It was our first time in Sweden, and we are not completely acquainted with everything, so we were surprised that the window in the room couldn't be opened. The AC worked fine, but sometimes we had a wish to breathe in fresh air. During the weekend, the breakfast area may be crowded, so be ready to look for a seat and wait for some dishes to be renewed.

The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station on Line 14, which provides quick access to the city center. You can also walk to the city center, and it’s an interesting and pleasant walk. The neighborhood is calm, seems safe, and has plenty of charming restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering many useful tips during check-in. The breakfast was exceptional—one of the most varied and complete I’ve ever had, with good quality and attention to detail. The rooms were well-insulated, warm, and equipped with a large TV and a safe. The bed was comfortable, offering excellent sleep quality, and the duvet retained heat perfectly. Additionally, the hotel was impressively quiet, with no noise from outside or within the property.

It wasn’t possible to open the windows, so we had to rely entirely on the ventilation system, which was a bit disappointing. The housekeeping was generally good, but the hand soap wasn’t refilled for two out of three days, which was a letdown. Fortunately, a small bar of soap was available, but it’s something the housekeeping team should have noticed.

The hotel is located slightly outside of Stockholm - unfortunately I had really sore feet so could only do one visit per day to Stockholm, so for meals we went to a gorgeous Greek restaurant just over the road from the hotel. The room was pretty basic but the bed was super comfortable. We were only there for 3 nights so didn't need anything spectacular. The hotel is in a quiet location and very near to the train station. The staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately the first breakfast didn't get off to a very good start. The oat milk was clearly out of date and I had downed 2 mouthfuls of cereal before I realised. Felt a bit sick after that but the staff apologised and replaced it with a new carton. Bath was a bit small and difficult to stand in for a shower.

Extraordinary good staff including everybody - hospitality at its best from service to informations given. Very well connected to the public transport system of Stockholm and a nice area to find restaurants, coffee-shops etc.

The breakfast was really good regarding almost everything beside the scrambled eggs (convenient food) and the lack of variety concerning coffee. Filterkaffee can be nice but it is not naturally to expect everybody likes it. No Espresso, no cappuccino and a not sustainable Nespresso machine for 25SKR is not the level Elite Hotels is able to offer. Plus the garden is not that nice as shown on the picture but maybe the gardener was sick...

The location and staff are awesome!

The overall state of the hotel and room are questionable. I did not have chance to attend the gym and spa. But there were many minor flaws which created bad image: - A peace of the baseboard completely fell off - A battery control handle were detached and hanging on some wires - An electronic thermostat was exceptionally bright at the night - A windows handle were missing preventing opening the window - A floor in the bathroom missed some tiles - A TV remote worked poorly - An elevator door button didn't work on the forth floor - The bed is bed is not great. I had neck pain. Remember there is an "elite" word in the hotel name 😅

Great location, near to a metro station which makes the commuting to old town (and other places) very easy. There are few supermarkets around and also restaurants. The breakfast was amazing!!! We had plenty of options to choose from. Gym is small but it has the necessary items for a basic/intermediate training. I even had support from front desk in regards an item that I left behind. They can help you to have it back, sent to you via post within the country or overseas (of course yoi have to pay for it, but it's kind own responsibility 😁. The fact that item was retreive means the cleaning staff is very honest (10/10)

Windows are not so soundproof, sadly on our last day (Monday) we had a lot of noise, at 6am, from street repairs in front of us. Of course the hotel is not to blame on this but a better soundproof system would be better. Overall, it was great, no great complains!

The hotel is well located close to a metro and bus stops. There's a main street nearby lined with bars and restaurants, and supermarkets. The hotel has a nice, but somewhat dated in places interior Staff at front desk was excellent, allowed for an early check in and gave really good detailed information on how to get around. The room was very spacious, with great lighting, with good facilities Breakfast had a very nice spread, and lots of comfortable seating

My biggest drawback was the toilet roll, in a 4 star I wouldn't expect cheap paper. Something used and experienced by everyone should have better quality. Not an area to scrimp on. Aside from that a couple of minor issues. Room was very warm one night and air con didn't seem capable of being turned down. Two pairs of slippers provided in room, both pairs were sized "Small", disappointing.

Nice room, comfortable bed and there’s even a little table you can work at, good facilities. There is a mini fridge and rather roomy safe for your valuables. It was also super close to everywhere I needed to go. Breakfast was also g good.

It was slightly cold in the room, and I could not raise the thermostat, it stayed at the same temperature, probably because it is controlled centrally. Luckily there were two blankets that I could use at night and I also filled up a bottle with warm water a couple of nights. But it was also very cold, ca -16 degrees Celsius, outside.

My recent stay at Arcadia Hotel in Stockholm exceeded all expectations. The stylish yet cozy rooms, the city views, and the impeccable service left me truly impressed. The staff's friendliness and the The breakfast at Arcadia was a delightful surprise. The spread was not only delicious but also diverse, offering a wide range of fresh and local options. From mouthwatering pastries to a variety of fruits, the morning meal was a perfect start to each day of our stay. The attention to quality and detail mirrored the overall excellence of the hotel experience.

A very decent place to stay to explore the city, you can easily reach the city by foot yet its location is in a calm neighbourhood and has a “local” feel to it. An interesting building, a cute old lift which doesn’t tolerate impromptu dancing or emotional gestures:) The breakfast was brilliant - tasty, fresh, beautifully served and kept tidy by friendly staff. Unbeatable value for money especially in Stockholm. Thanks for the friendly receptionist who checked us in and indulged our whim to get a room with view to city despite it was his first day at work.
