The breakfast was excellent — healthy and thoughtfully prepared. I really appreciated the variety: cranberries, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax, and several gluten-free yogurt options. They even had sweetener for coffee and tea, which was a rare and welcome touch. In the room, the provided kettle, tea, coffee, and even milk made a big difference — small details like this really added to the comfort of the stay. Although the room had no windows, that wasn’t a problem for us as we were aware of it in advance. Realistically, windows are only useful in the morning to check the weather, and we managed fine without. Noise isolation from other rooms was very good — we didn’t hear any plumbing or hairdryers. However, some sound did carry from the hallway. We were woken up once by a vacuum cleaner being used in the corridor, which seemed a bit odd timing-wise.

The room was quite small, but we got used to it quickly. The main issue was the lack of horizontal surfaces to place our things, which made the space feel more cramped than it needed to. The door to the bathroom was also awkwardly positioned — it opened in such a way that it blocked access to the clothing hangers. This was especially frustrating when getting ready in the mornings. A sliding door would have been a much more efficient choice and could have made the space far more functional.

Loved our stay at this Best Western! Although our room didn’t have a window, it wasn’t a huge problem for us as it was still well lit. The room itself was a great size and the bed was very comfy. Has all the amenities you would need (towels, cups, kettle) but note that there is only soap and no other toiletries provided. The location was also great, very close to a metro station and within walking distance of a lot of attractions, stores and places to eat. The best part of the stay was the great breakfast - everything was fresh, tasty and there was lots of variety. We looked forward to it every morning!

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning to leave our luggage before heading out for that day's itinerary. Anton ( front desk) was very kind to have us check in early. We really appreciate the kind gestures especially that my friend and I were exausted from our trip, so we got to freshen up and ready for the day. As a tourist appreciate that he seems approachable and professional, he even suggested to check out the city's old town. And it did not disappont us!

The place was very clean and the stuff was always happy to help ( if needed). Except one guy, the rest of the stuff was always saying ''hej'' with a true, genuine smile on their faces. The food was really good too, fresh and with a lot of options so everyone could find something for breakfast (whether sweet or salty ). The structure is located like 200 meters from the metro station ( 2 stops from central station), so it does not require a lot of time to go to the city center

Strange thing was that in the description it was written that all the rooms are available through elevator, however it turned out that on the 2nd floor ater the elevator, to get to some rooms, you still need to take like 5 stairs. It is not what was written in the description and it may confuse some people ( like me, as I happen to be a person with disability and yeah it was a kind of an issue for me. Fortunately it wasn't a big deal to change the room). And actually it was pretty weird that no room had any kind of window

The hotel is located in the northern part of Stockholm conveniently near to the Radmansgatan subway station (t-bana). The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast buffet offered several options and the quality was decent. There is also a good hamburger restaurant in the first floor.

The room, though clean, was very small indeed and there was not enough room to place things. At the same time, the room temperature never felt warm enough despite setting the heater to maximum. The wifi quality in the room was also not great.

Everything was perfect except breakfast. Good price for this location, very nice and clean room, super comfortable beds. I highly recommend this place for everybody who wants to stay close to city centre for a reasonable price.

The breakfast was definitely on a lower range within Stockholm hotels. Not so many choices (e.g. hard boiled eggs were missing which is a total breakfast standard). I couldn't find high child seat in breakfast area. Breakfast serving starts quite late and it is hard to find such information prior the booking. No barrier-free entrance so you need to ask for a help with pram.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint once again, the location is amazing - with great access to the subway and buses, but also many supermarkets close by, stores and great places to eat (restaurants and cafés, brunch, etc)! The room was also really comfortable, including the bed.

I wish the rooms with a window had more affordable prices, it's a little disorienting to be in a windowless room, but we couldn't afford to pay more at this time. Another small thing was that the shower had very little pressure, which was disappointing.

The hotel was perfect - very nice staff, great location, quiet rooms. I asked for the breakfast to go, where I could choose from couple of options, and there was no problem to prepare me the breakfast pack even before 6:30 a.m. Moreover, at that time, the coffee machines were already available, so I could have a quick hot drink, even so early. The heating / cooling system worked very well, which was absolutely necessary at the room, where no window was available. It was a very nice stay, I may recommend!

I just faced an issue when receiving the invoice, the company VAT number wasn't at the document, but this is easily solve-able by e-mail after the stay.

This place was just perfect. The location cannot be better because it is on the green line of T-bana. The entrance is like 100 meters. Also several grocery stores are close including lidl. Right accross the street is McDonalds. When taking Flyggbuss from the airport, the stop is also quite close (15 minutes walking downhill). The breakfast offered everything one can wish for. There is really nothing to add. The price was totally worth it. If I visit Stockholm again, this would be definitelly my choice again.

Excellent location just a couple of minutes away from multiple stations, a lot of grocery shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Room as pictured, no window but that was not a problem, large tv, new shower with waterfall feature, just a little small for me. Breakfast international plus hot food, very good variety, the coffee machine was kept on the whole day/night so you could help yourself and take it to your room or when leaving the hotel. The hotel has an in site burger and pub, that’s very handy and you couldn’t hear any noise to your room.
