The only thing that bothered me was the low temperature in the room. I couldn't regulate it. The heaters weren't working. But the energy of the city and the beauty of Stockhom compensated me everything. I will be back for sure !

Location, relax/dinning area. Very good buffet breakfast.

Rooms were cold. Heating system did not work well. They had placed a small plug in heater, but was not quite enough.

The hotel is great in general. We booked a room with no window and got one with lots of windows (great upgrade!). They have self check in and check out what is great if you are skilled with the pads. There is not daily cleaning, but you can ask for new towels in reception anytime. Breakfast is included and its such an amazing buffet! Looking at the prices of cafe/brunch in the city, completly worth it as is included in the room price. They let you take away a drink and provide you a portable cup, its a great detail from their side. Its a bit far away of the city centre but you can take a scooter for great price and there is a two wheels path. Also you can take the metro, as the station is super close.

What i didnt like at all is that they charge if you want to do early check in and they tell you in your face: your room is ready but you need to pay to go inside. In our case, we arrived 1h earlier, but still. Also, i was missing some toiletries, they just provide generic shower gel.

Second time in this hotel. First time was 2022 and back then hotel have different name/brand. Reason to come back to this hotel is good experience and amazing offers. Hotel was as good as last time but they have added small arcade game machine in front of reception desk. I love arcade games and that bring a lots of nostalgia memories to me. I will come to this hotel again just to get opportunity to play these old argade games again. Breakfast was outstanding, again. Variety was little smaller than 2022 but I was more than happy, because food quality was high and tasty.

Nothing. Everything was good. Maybe check-in progress in hotel was little annoying, because it was self check-in. Luckily it was quite and no traffic when we arrived to hotel, so hotel staff help us with check-in. I want to thanks them for great work and outstanding customer service.

Spent my honey moon with my wife here.. Room is a bit small but worth the amount. Very safe for families. Staffs are really cool especially one of the staff was very helpful. My charger was broken but he helped me multiple times to charge it in the reception without even a single hesitation. Bed was so clean. Towels were clean. Washroom was well maintained. We had a very good breakfast. Breakfast was really healthy and tasty. There are many games available at the property. İ had a good time with my family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There is nothing to complain. just a recommendation, it would be really cool if the property had a Playstation with some video games.

Great staff, made an effort to make it easy for late arrival solo traveller with a lot of luggage. Really comfortable bed and unusually good sheets, pillow and cover. I never leave reviews but wanted to say thanks and that if you are like me and can’t stand communal breakfasts because PEOPLE, this is one of the few places I’ve been where it’s so roomy and cosy I actually stayed and enjoyed it. Booked by chance as I decided to stay in Stockholm after work and will definitely book again. Bring earplugs if you have a room towards courtyard: just for a little in the morning it can be a bit much with sounds. But earplugs is a must in most hotels anyway. This hotel is actually good for real. Thank you!

Everything from staff to atmosphere in the hotel to breakfast to helpful and friendly staff one more time. And quiet room. Hotel breakfast was very full around 9-10, but that didn't ruin anything. When I came around 7-8 the other day it was quite empty, so come early to breakfast.

The light situation would have been better, brighter on the table light, and maybe differently shaped? It was direct in the eye, when I was lying on the bed. Otherwise no complains. I liked the dimming in the room and bathroom. Very nice

The hotel was located relatively close to a bus station and a subway station that I didn't use. The staff was friendly and tried to accomodate any extra wishes, though not always sucessfully. Breakfast was pretty good, considering it was included in the price. If you are travelling alone and don't expect to stay for many hours in the room it is a pretty good deal

The room had a weird column directly in the middle right next to the bed, which made it a bit difficult to get up. As the room had no window it could get a bit depressing if you stayed inside for many hours

I was really happy of finding the option - a more than attractive price for such a creative and cool place. I would definitely spot this place for my future Stockholm stays. The area itself is very nice, full of different facilities like supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, shopping malls. It's about 2 km from the center - not that close, not that far. Good balance. And very close to the subway station. A separate gratitude to the staff - they were very much helpful in solving 'the food issue' - i was leaving at night and they prepared sandwiches and apple for me, i was also offered a hot drink for takeaway. The room was spatious and clean, with comfy bed.

Just a minor thing - the air conditioning in the bathroom was a bit too noisy and it seems that you can feel someone is smoking sometimes, the smell goes inside the room. Maybe it's due to the certain part of the hotel or a certain room with its location

I booked the "no window" room, it was more spacious than expected, and had most of the things you would need. The breakfast was delicious, it offered a great selection of foods, so anyone regardless of their preferences would find something suitable. The hotel is located in a good area, with a mall and shops nearby. The closest metro station is Fridhemsplan, and from there you can go anywhere in the city. It's 15-20 minutes on foot, from the city center.

It was my first time sleeping in a room with no windows, so I didn't expect for it to be this difficult. The room didn't have great ventilation so the room felt stuffy, sleeping in full darkness was challenging. Due to the bathroom's small size, the design is made to utilize its all amenities but it leaves it difficult to use. Also adding a kettle in the room would be helpful.
