Room was really clean and modern. Staff was kind. Breakfast was good. Nice soap and shower gel. Convenient location, many shops around, transport connections and close to city center. The rooms facing the backyard are really quiet. Perfect for a short city break.

The street of the hotel is really busy. Room is really small, not much storing place, but if you come with just backpack it is fine.

-it’s literally near to EVERYTHING: T metro station - big supermarkets - Irish pub (the ship) - Mall - McDonald’s - Max burgers.. and many more just 1-5 mins away - very nice and safe neighborhood -so friendly and helpful staff. They helped with every request we had with a smile -no noise (room was looking to backside of the hotel) -very fast internet (200-300mb) -hot water always (low pressure water though) Extra tip for travelers: buy the limitless tickets for your days, the public transportation is amazing. Also Stockholm pass was value for money

-No AC as advertised which is smth to look out for. The heating (radiator) wasn’t really helpful. It was cold for us (Mediterranean) -the breakfast was boring, literally same everyday. BUT they have maany things to eat and drink so not really complaining - the main doors have small gaps when you close which felt bit weird

The location is perfect next to two metro lines, the hotel check-in if you check in online takes only a minute. Room is clean but can be improved further. The rest room was clean and spacious. great access to retail stores and restaurants within 2 min walk.

The room is very small with no windows, The breakfast is good but can be improved with addition of items like soup or fried eggs. The amentiies in the room is limited The price is not matching with the hotel and room amentities.

Very close to the metro station and also not that long walk to other very nice parts of the city. It was easy to find, bed was comfortable and breakfast simpler but tasty and everything looked clean. Very quick check-in and check-out process. Ketlle and tea/cofee/milk option in the room was a nice to have too!

We didn't hear any noise from the street, but the ventilation in the bathrom was making not that loud but very annoying noise all the time (you can't turn it off) which wasn't ideal at night. Fully open bathroom concept also isn't my favorite, after you shower, there is water everywhere and even tho there is tool to swipe it a bit, it doesn't help it that much.

Hotel Fridham was next door to the train station, so it was so easy to get to from Arlanda airport. We did not pay the express bus or train as it is expensive. We caught a local bus and then a local train and it was quick and easy and cheaper. The hotel has a phone unlock system, it sounded complicated but it was quite easy and unlocks only when you are at the front door. The room was spacious, modern and well organised. The bed was comfy and tv was on a moveable arm near the bed. The curtains blocked out all light. The room was very quiet. We loved the breakfast buffet, with lots of food we liked, inckuding superb bread rolls, hot chocolate, juice, cookies, cereal, and eggs. We walked into the centre of Stockholm, about 20 min walk through lovely streets and a park. Food options and a supermarket all next door to hotel. We would definitely stay again.

The shower had no curtain or divider so water sprays all over the bathroom and floor. It took a while to drain away. So don't place clothes or towel on the floor.

The hotel and rooms looks exactly like in the pictures. The location is great if you are visiting Stockholm and want to have a decent stay. Close to metro and buses, 2 stops from T-Centralen and 1 from City Hall. Supermarkets and bars, restaurants open all days. The room was spacious, clean and good bathroom. Also the matress very good. Very good sound proof and quiet halls. Very secure with opening the doors with the key card. Breakfast had the basics and a couple of hot ones, fruit, coffee, sweets. We were able to use the luggage storage when we left and the receptionist was very friendly.

All good, as expected

First thing, the staff, both the reception and cleaning employees are fantastic and kind. They were soooo kind to us and I hope they all get a raise. They deserve it. The hotel itself is in perfect location. It is very clean and comfortable and the beds are big and comfortable (we are big people, sometimes queen beds aren't comfortable but here, everything was great). We were very very happy. Thank you

The breakfast hours during weekdays are short. Especially now that it is summer and we were on vacation. Maybe keeping it open until 10:30 if it's possible?

The hotel is located in a nice area (close to metro station, stores, restaurants, around 20' walking distance from the main station), the check-in/out process is easy and fast, we were able to leave our luggage in the storage room in the first/last days of our stay, good breakfast, the room is clean and nice.

We had some issues with the building's intercom at the main door (two times it didn't work, we called and nothing happened, but we called the Reception by phone and they opened the door), the room doesn't have a mini-fridge.

The room was very comfortable, clean and modern. Huge TV with cast. Fast and reliable internet. Outlets everywhere and comfortable beds.

There was a lot of noise coming from the street. Maybe the rooms on the other side of the corridor are more quiet. If we were to book again, we would request a room away from the street. The breakfast buffet could have been better. For example, milk and yogurt that aren't just faktosfri, but regular ones also.

Well organized communication, good location, next to the metro station, a lot of grocery shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. A nice walk to the city center. Perfect breakfast, which adds even more value to the place. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel after the check out. It is possible to do so before check in also

The room is a bit tight, with not enough space for luggage. I would appreciate a full sized double bed
