It was all very fresh and well-organised. Rooms and showers comfy and clean. The access to laundry facilities was a great idea - we thought the hotel was like an upmarket youth hostel, with all the best bits. We liked being able to sit anywhere at night in the lounge area and play games and have a drink. It was really nice to be able to leave our luggage in the lockers all day on the day of departure. The staff were friendly and helpful. And it was really good value for money!

I found it hard to block out the noise of the air conditioning in the room downstairs, being sensitive to this, and we found it very drying. I’m not sure how this could be avoided as the room had no window so I guess you couldn’t have turned it off. I don’t know whether you can in rooms with windows.

- We paid extra for the room with windows but ended in the ground floor, which meant the windows could not be opened to get the fresh air. Since there is already the separate price category for no windows room, I would expect the separate one also for the ground floor (non-opening windows) to not mix it with "fully fledged" windows rooms. - The rooms were really simple, at least one small closet/cupboard for clothes would be helpful.

Hotel and room: Hotel is clean, safe, gives option of buying food if you are leaving early, easy check-in, nice staff, laundry room. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Cleaning staff checked if needed cleaning. The location: Location in our opinion was good since we like to be outside. It's a 30min walk to the center, but you can use bus or tunnelbanan. Close to shops as Åhléns, ICA, Coop. Close to brunch places as Vetekatten etc.

There is no much of bad points, but will point out some things. Room was quiet small and if it's more people, there is no much storage space, there is just enough to place some things. Bathroom shower needs to be taken care of while you shower so that don't flood the entire bathroom as there is no door or anything stopping the water. No windows, but good ventilation. The stay was quiet expensive due to concerts, but thats normal. What I would not recommend is using EUR currency for payment since you will be charged more then if you choose SEK. There is not kits such as a toothpaste or such, so make sure to bring your own.

actually I like the stuff there. also I think its a great budget hotel and I will visit them again in Stockholm. (Un)furtunatelly we found some ants in the room, and there changed the room from 108 to 101 and offered free breakfast. room 101 was big, comfortable and more... modern I would say. Breakfast (okey, I got it for free but I still wanted to buy it) was really good and worth the money. I will stay there again if I ever visit Stokholm again. Just the ants-situation doesn not allow me to rate it more than 8.

ants, the size of room no. 1 was more like a prison, not like a hotel

I stayed 6 nights in the single room with no window. Contrary to many other reviewers, I actually enjoyed the room without the window. I slept great each night because the room was so dark, it was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable and long (I am 6’2”). The room had good lighting, the bathroom was good size considering the room is very small. The shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. I like the drawer that pulled out from under the bed where you can store your clothes. And the room safe was an excellent feature, knowing you can secure your important documents when you go out to explore the beautiful city of Stockholm. And the location was superb, just a 5 minute walk to the metro down the same street as the hotel.

It would have been nice to have complimentary tea or coffee.

Good place to stay if you are out all day. Good location surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Comfortable bed, good wifi, useful large free lockers which I did use. Helpful staff. Safe to drink tap water from your room, so fill up using empty water bottle and don't buy or pay for water at reception.

First place I ever stayed at that had no bath matt, so i had to use a hand towel. Low quality shower gel that drys your skin. My room had very limited space not suitable for suitcase travellers.

Friendly, helpful staff created a relaxed atomosphere in the well equipped lobby. Lot's of details well cosidered, like free lockers for luggage, space to work and relax. Very well designed. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hanging space and storage. Very confortable beds. USB-C sockets by each bed (along with USB-A and power). The location is good for getting into town, right next to a metro station, and has a 7-eleven right opposite and a good gym just up the road.

My daughter didn't like the bathroom door being frosted glass, rather than a fully opaque material.

Absolutely recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Laundry facilities are free of use and were greatly appreciated during our stay. We didn’t choose to have the breakfast included with our stay but it looked fabulous! At the end of our stay we had a night train to catch around 2300, and the hotel was more than happy for us to utilise the free lockers while we went about our day, which we were very pleased about. Overall, exceeded expectations and we would stay again!

Our only suggestion would be a mini/bar fridge to keep any food/drink :)

We felt very welcome, as the staff is very friendly. Our room wasn't ready, but the receptionist showed us how to use the lockers, which were also very useful on the day of departure after we checked out. We stayed in a queen room on the 4th floor and enjoyed the window with view of the quiet court yard, the sufficient space and the good shower. The hotel seems very new, is in a practical location with metro, supermarkets, bars and fast food places nearby. We liked the self service options combined with the personal service.

Check in time is quite late, even though we got a text about the possibility to get in at 3 pm.

It’s incredible how people in their reviews point out the agreement clauses that they don’t like as “negative experience”. Well, I realize that one could book a bed in a hostel room for 16 persons and put absence of iced Champagne as a “negative experience”, but, seriously guys? You book a room which says “no window” and you put this “no window” in negative experience? Very consistent… I paid 120 Eur for 2 nights in the very center of Stockholm. I studied closely the room description and the pictures, the list of facilities etc. As I see it, the most important is that the property doesn’t lie to you promising things that are not there. I received exactly what I booked. Yes, there were no chairs, only one foldable stool. Yes, there were no kettles, windows and other things that would have been nice to have, but which I never expected. Yes, probably, a room in Hyatt would have been more spacious with tables, chairs, kettles and windows, but all those would come at a price. We returned to the room in order to sleep, take a shower and use the bathroom – we never aimed higher and we were totally fine. Living in such a room is not really possible: it’s too small for that. Now, the room was quiet, we never heard the neighbors. Ventilation works fine: we were provided 2 towels each and they got dry in 6-7 hrs easily by themselves on the hooks. Shampoo and liquid soap were there. A free hot long shower was really nice: I came from Southern Europe where we don’t have such luxury. A bed was ok, separate blankets also ok. I counted 3 220V sockets in the room, 2 in the bathroom and 2 usb ports which I didn’t try. All the free space on the walls was in hooks and different hangers which was enough for us. Wi-fi was 50 mbps both ways. Oh, loved the area. It's the center and it's rather quiet at the same time, just as I like it. A Flygbussarna bus stop to/from Arlanda is 2 minutes walk.

Bottom line: for those travelling light and those who don’t plan to stay inside during the daytime, it should be comfortable enough. If you came for a week or longer, with lots of clothes and other stuff and were planning to live there – well, probably, you will be disappointed.
