Nice large room and bathroom with aircondition, fridge and large smarttv. Love the location across Rålambshovs park. Close to bus stop and short walk from tube station. Lots of choise for breakfast. The staff was friendly.

I would expect better coffee in a 4 star hotel in Stockholm, most have self service cappuccino machines but nit here. If you want cappuccino for breakfast, you have to pay extra. I don't understand why the hotel doesn't gave an exit on street level. There are a lit of stairs outside to reach street level for public transportation or walk the incline around the block, both are had work if you are elderly. Last point, it seems a shame you cant open the window in the room for nice Swedish fresh air.

The hotel is located outside of the city centre with just 5 minutes walk to a metro station. Although main roads are nearby there is no noise in the rooms as they are soundproof. The bathroom is spacious and has a bath tub. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers lots of options and there is enough staff to clean tables for the next guests. It is served in the restaurant which also has a good menu for lunch and dinner. If you want to relax in nature Rålambshovsparken is located next to the hotel.

The breakfast was definitely inclusive, nothing of all tastes was lacking. The beds were more-than-average spacious. The location is the only optional "minus" of the accomodation, but it applies only to certain kinds of guests. We were of the mainly touristic ones, so we found it a bit "opposite" to our daily rhythm (there's no apt restaurants if you want to go for a change of menus). Extremely well-connected though, as anywhere in Stockholm. The staff was very professional, attentive and keen to render the stay pleasant.

Probably just the mattress was a little "prone" to giving in, and a little too soft. I didn't expect to find a bath tub with impromptu glass divider for the shower, but being there a relatively cold climate, it makes sense. We only had a minor problem with the temperature, given that the maximum allowed temperature for the air ventilation is 25° (which resulted cool on the touch), fortunately the staff quickly proposed an alternative solution.

I really did like the staff who were so loving and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing even though for Marriott I expected more vegan options in pastries and proteins. I nibbled a few things here and there. Overall the breakfast was amazing and given that it was busy the staff were very helpful and engaging. I forgot to bring my bathroom sandals and I requested a pair from reception and in a minute they delivered it to my room.

The hotel location is great but the entrance is in a tricky corner had to make rounds and rounds following my google maps but that's okay. Now the hotel room was very clean because I have stayed in so many Marriotts but the bathtub is not a good idea because it can get slippery and one can fall so bad and get hurt and also for sanitisation reasons. But overall I had a good time.

The bed was extremely comfortable — the kind you never want to leave. Spacious room with a large window and a nice city view. The breakfast was fantastic — a huge selection, great quality, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were absolutely outstanding — friendly, helpful, and truly professional. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center, but that was not a problem at all — the area around the hotel is safe, quiet, and pleasant for walking.

There seemed to be some renovation work in the building — during the day we could occasionally hear noises like pipework. It didn’t disturb us much, but worth mentioning.

The experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. Our flight landed early in the morning, and we arrived at the hotel around 9 am. However, they told us that our room was ready. They had a great gesture of courtesy, and we didn’t have to pay anything extra. The facilities are spotless, and the location is ideal because it is away from the city center but very accessible by public transportation and even within walking distance. The breakfast is also very good, but above all, I want to highlight the staff, both those serving breakfast and the reception staff, all very friendly, especially those working at noon. The bearded guy al front desk, whose name I can’t remember, was very attentive with us. I would definitely recommend it and would visit the hotel again.

Breakfast was a outstanding but maybe more thought could be given for vegetarians

The evening meal was OK - lovely piece of lamb but it was drenched in some 'bottle-sauce' to serve that spoiled the flavour of the lamb - a shame. Limited choices without bread, buns or potatoes but I was offered a small salad instead, which was delicious. This is important as I am pre-diabetic like many people of my age. The wifi did not work for receiving outlook email. No idea why, neither did hotel staff.

Location was convenient - just a 7 min walk to nearest subway/metro station. Breakfast is a very good spread and lots of things to choose from. The restaurant inside the hotel (Soth's Kitchen) serves very good food at very reasonable prices - we had dinner there twice during our stay and in both cases the food and service were stellar.

Front desk staff were helpful. However they were not "over the top" helpful as to what I'm used to in Asia be it in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Japan. Perhaps the level of helpfulness I encountered is the norm in Stockholm / other Nordic areas?

The service was superb. Front of house were more than happy to answer any questions we had or provide recommendations. We were given a complimentary map and given a few places of recommendations. They remembered us and greeted us every time we walked through the reception which was a nice personal touch. The room was also fantastic - a comfortable size, very clean, comfy, several pillows and warm / strong showers. We were offered a chance at reception to share any adjustments we wanted, such as a bathtub. Usually rooms are too hot or too cold, but this room was just right in terms of temperature. The amenities are also good with a large gym and sauna. They also extended our checkout by 1 hour free of charge which was really helpful! The hotel restaurant is surprisingly very tasty, would recommend the swedish meatballs if you have a chance. Breakfast has a wide selection. The hotel location is very close to a Thorildsplans station (3 minute walk) which has the 8bit metro art. The station has direct links to Central station which means it's convenient to travel around Stockholm.

The location was relatively central but you still needed to tube to travel anywhere. The walk from Thorildsplans station to the hotel is on a huge roundabout. There also didn't seem to be a large supermarket or other local restaurants immediately outside the hotel, but this isn't a massive deal breaker as the hotel has these amenities and the tube is very close.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good. Actually park nearby was nice on Saturday evening.

Overall could be little bit cleaner, no water drinking water in rooms (How expensive is a bottle of water? It costs nothing compared to the accommodation, but the customer has to go somewhere to find a store and carry water to the room. I would say this is not a place to save money.) There were no slippers in the room.
