Location was quiet and easily accessible via subway. Easy access to and from Arlanda Airport via flygbussarna - the station is 15 minutes tops away. Our studio was incredibly clean. Space was maximized for its size. Someone from the property was kind enough to show us how to turn off the noisy fan from our room that cannot be controlled through the a/c and also showed us how the room ventilation system works. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had a dishwasher which we used quite a few times with the pods they offered. The bathroom was big and had a towel warmer. Shower was well built and no water seeped through the doors. We didn’t bother with the vander app much as we got physical key cards from the machine at the entrance which were provided free of charge.

We stayed for 7 nights and I have to say - one and a half toilet paper rolls is kind of little. Also 4 towels for two people and 7 nights is definitely not enough. A room turn down is necessary after 3 nights but I understand this is where the lower room rate comes from. But at least offer a change of towels free of charge every couple of days. The pillows were incredibly soft and unsupportive - perhaps offer another pair that’s firmer to satisfy both preferences.

The room itself exceeded our expectation, being furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. The app based entry system worked ok, but like most of these (all different) systems, is something of a pain to set up for a short visit. The only thing we REALLY didn't like though was that the only way into the property we could find (and we did ask the sky receptionist) was via the underground garage down the vehicle ramp... which is unbelievable. The apartment block itself is in a pleasant and quiet area a couple of stops from the metro central hub, and the inclusive secure parking is a real bonus. There are a couple of paid for level 2 chargers in the garage too (you need to book) which we didn't need to use. One seemed to be permanently and unnecessary ICE'd by a Skoda though. Nice!

The entrance method: Although we discovered for ourselves that there is a door through from the main lift landing to the apartment area on the second floor, it cannot be opened by the app based key used elsewhere. Sky reception didn't even know that door existed! That meant to get in to our apartment we had to walk to the end of the block, open the vehicle entrance garage door, go down the ramp into the underground car park and then work our way through the security doors and lift to get into the apartment block and our room. This isn't fun when you have mobility issues.

The location is a short walk to the metro and market.

I had major issues with the Vander app. Ended up requesting a card key from the staff. This would have been dreadful if my arrival to Stockholm was after 6pm. The process of dealing with the trash was not fun. You have to leave the building, go around back and punch in a key code (a dark location), separate and dispense waste in 4 or 5 categories. It would have been great if they had stations in a room on each floor where there are apartments.

Quiet area, currently going through a renovation and we were in a new room - fully decked out IKEA room so Will be interesting to see what it like after 12 months.

This is a new emerging type of fully check Yourself in, an App required which is used to open locked doors in property - don’t let your phone go flat!!! We came across people checking in with no staff on site and they could not get the app to work? For us it loaded both rooms I booked 4 times!! Also I could open the door of our traveling friend!! How would older folks go who did not have a mobile phone or smart phone. This seems really weird that hotel which has hundreds of rooms have no staff on between 9pm and 7am Monday to Friday or 7pm to 7am Sat to Sun. This model is just asking for problems!!

The self checkin and checkout were convenient and easy to do. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine, iron, and a fully functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable. There is also parking available, but it requires an extra fee and prior reservation. Only the living room was spacious and comfortable.

It felt more like staying in an Airbnb apartment rather than a 3-star hotel apartment. There was no daily cleaning service, and trash bags had to be taken outside the building by ourselves. The bedrooms were very small it fits beds only. One of the main downsides was that cleaning service is only provided if you book for 10 nights or more, and even then, it is only done once after a week. And When they cleaned, they did not wash the dishes and the cleaning was not that good the floor was dirty. Upon checkout, we were asked to clean the apartment, wash the dishes, and take out all the trash ourselves. This did not match the expectations for a 3-star hotel apartment.

Good location , close to a metro station which links to main city, lots of nice restaurants nearby too! Room was cosy and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

the key system was good but on our last day the key didn’t work on one of the doors and we as well as a few other guests couldn’t get into our floor.

Food in the restaurant and shop was very good. Staff were really helpful, cheerful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The third door balcony was really well set up and a very nice place to sit. Location was really good - near to the metro and open green spaces.

Technology is all very well - if it always works! It took a lot of effort to get the machine to issue key cards. I had to input information about 20 times before it finally issued the cards for our apartments. The entrance door also failed to work one morning but luckily the restaurant staff let me in.

Easy digital check-in and room keys on app. The apartments were very clean and had all we needed. They looked new-it appears they were recently renovated. Kitchen was well equipped with basics and coffee (plus a couple of fruit teabags and sugars and some individual milk sachets in fridge) supplied with a very neat percolator. There was a kettle and toaster, full oven plus two ring hob, a small dishwasher,(plus a few dishwasher tabs) good sized fridge with small freezer compartment and all other necessary kitchen equipment plus tea towel, cloth and soap. The shower worked well, spacious shower room with storage space. The sofabed was pretty comfortable (they are never as good as proper beds!) And my daughter had the bedroom, which she found very comfortable. Table, chairs, side table, cupboard space, hair dryer, dressing table with mirror plus second mirror in main living area (as well as in shower room); it sounds silly, but lack of mirrors outside the bathroom, and near convenient plug sockets can be a real annoyance. Lots of varied, dimmable lighting and one master switch by door to turn all electrics off when you go out! All very well thought out, functional, elegant and ideal for a Stockholm stay. Price was much more reasonable than we had expected to pay in Stockholm, two train stops within a 10 minute walk and just a few minutes by train into town (also walkable) . Restaurant/cafe downstairs in apartment building looked good though we didn't use it. Quiet area, but convenient, and huge Maxi supermarket 10 mins walk down the road. Our family had a studio and a one-bed apartment and it was no problem to arrange to have them adjacent; the staff were very reactive to messaging. At the end of our stay, we caught the night train up to the Arctic Circle so needed to store our luggage so we could enjoy the final day in Stockholm before catching the train. There is a left luggage store at the apartments which was free of charge-a huge help.

Only thing I could suggest-an ice tray in the freezer, please!

Very comfortable, well equipped, and spacious. Enjoyed the fact that the window could open once a handle was assigned. It is conveniently located, close to supermarket and shops, and waterfront park.

The app for booking the washing machine was extremely challenging. Took myself and a staff member 20 minutes to work out how to activate my washing. Spending long periods in the laundry room wrestling with app is not ideal when on holiday. I would also appreciate more information about, for instance, the locking of doors (the fact that they do not lock for 1 minute after closing), the accessibility of window handles, the way of booking the laundry.

I booked 6 rooms for a group for 6 nights. We really enjoyed the easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies, etc and the ability to cook our own food. Beds were very comfortable, nice sheets etc. Short walk to the metro (T-Bana) to reach most sights, and big park nearby (although you have to walk along some busy roads to get there).

Check-in can be confusing as it is all on the machine or via the app; there are employees on the 3rd floor, but you might not know that when you first arrive. Communication regarding how to find staff, what services are and are not provided during the stay could be improved (for example, housekeeping only happens once per week, it seems like they could at least change the towels once every 3rd day).
