Absolutely fantastic view. Great pool. Fantastic breakfast. Soups and all kinds of dishes from around the world. Spa, fitness and within walking distance to many bars and massages.

We had booked breakfast. 3 days for 74 euros. On the last day there was supposed to be a breakfast package. This consisted of a salad and small sweet things. Unfortunately not suitable for lactose intolerant people. A shame.

The location is great and the hotel has a great vibe. The view from the room was divine. The breakfast in executive lounge will disappoint you, so please have breakfast in level 2 which will amaze you.

The executive suite was okay. The amenities in the room were too old. The tv was primitive and didn't play anything. The lights were not enough. Some of the staffs (check in) and restaurant staffs were great while the concierge and the customer service staff at level 27 weren't very helpful. To every request, they asked us to call room service even when we asked them personally. Anyway, it was overall a good stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. After checking out in the morning to explore Bangkok before our late-night flight, we were grateful to be able to return to the hotel in the afternoon to rest. The hotel staff, especially Kus and Kwang, went above and beyond by surprising us with a complimentary upgrade to a lovely suite. This allowed us to freshen up and relax comfortably before our 2 am departure. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful gestures.

not enough electricity sockets and some of them didn't work.

I would not stay again. There are just way too many rude Chinese package tourists to enjoy a pleasant experience.

Great location for our needs, close to train station, excellent breakfast and Scarlet bar very good. Kindly let us leave our excess luggage for a few days while we left Bangkok.

Took a very long time to check in sent us to pool bar while it was sorted said they would bring key to us but never came so after hour waiting we had to go all the way back to reception with no apology or explanation.

very spacious room with beautiful views of the city. Rooftop bar is a must visit. Staff are super kind and helpful and very well located. Appreciated that the rooms were stocked with refillable shampoo/bodywash/bodycream and that the gym was open 24/7 - helped with my jetlag! BTS station is around 10 minute walk away - very easy!

I think more effort could be done to ensure food remains hot at breakfast buffet. Other than that - my stay was perfect! Thank you to the wonderful team!

All white washed style in the room. Showing it's age but still very clean. The pillows were huge rectangles that seemed to be stuffed with lots of soft cotton ball like material needed to be folded in half. One housekeeper was doing the whole 20th floor by himself and looked overworked and underpaid I slipped him some Thai bhat.

Both the desk light and the light in between the two twin beds were blinking and needed to be replaced I probably could have told housekeeping.
