Clean, great location, good pool and a plus to have a massage parlour at the rooftop. Staff were accommodating and location was excellent. Only 5 mins from the metro and cafés for breakfast.

Improvements on the pool deck and gym would be a plus. Pool deck is quit slippery with some loose wood panels.

To consider to have a ramp besides the staircase in front of the hotel

Check in was easy and our two bedroom apartment didn’t disappoint. The beds were firm but still comfortable (8.2 for the beds). The second bedroom was fairly small but adequate and the master bedroom had plenty of space. The living room was well appointed with a sofa, dining table and kitchenette which included a microwave, a hob and a kettle. There was also a washing machine which was very useful. People staying in other rooms could use the washer and dryer on the 9th floor. The 9th floor swimming pool was long enough to swim lengths and the massage was good and not expensive by Bangkok standards. Room Maid service is on alternate days but they will supply water, toilet rolls and empty the bins on the non-cleaning days if you ask.

The only negatives were the annoying 500B deposit they insist on so that you have to wait for them to check your room at check-out and the shower head which had such high pressure that it was almost painful to use. Apart from that, all good.

We stayed as a family of 4 in December 2024. The apartment was a perfect size for us, with two good sized bedrooms and living area. Most importantly it was very clean and the staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond to help, and were always so friendly. The location was great. There is two 7 elevens either side of road outside, as well as a variety of street food outside the apartments. The sky train is a short walk away, and simple to use. I had the best iced coffee in hotel coffee shop adjoining the apartments. The roof top pool was a hit with the kids, and offered a stunning view over the city.

The only downside was that we didn’t have a balcony, but the positives out way that We would definitely stay again.

The staff are SUPER friendly and accommodating, I checked in effortlessly. I stayed in a room with 3 beds there were three of us. one adult and 2 teens. The room was adequate and had the air con ditioning worked well. The single beds are enough. The room is appropriate for 2-3 nights. I would take a larger room for more than 3 nights. There are new washer and dryer on the 9th floor where the pool is situated. This is important when travelling with hand luggage. There is a message spa on the 9th floor also but I did not use. There is street food, restaurants and 7 11 within 30 meters. BTS is 200 meters and you can walk to Silom road easily. Many taxis available just outside the hotel as there i]are many street food stall on the opposite side of the hotel. My daughters ate there twice. There is a Japanese restaurant and a coffee shop on the premises. There was a microwave and a reasonably sized refrigerator. There were not dishes or cutlery, but I just asked the reception and there were provided immediately. I cannot comment on other rooms.

Luggage and Storage place was limited for 3 persons and for this reason I would choose a larger room if I was going to stay longer than 3 nights.

A great apartment to stay in Bangkok! The layout of a three beds room worked well for us; and the room was really clean! Even staying on the ground flood, we didn't encountered any pest. The location is also good: the city centre is accessible via BTS, Si Lom Road is at walking distance and the rest can be reach for cheap by taxi or moto-taxi. Bonus point for the cafe inside of the hotel that serves a decent espresso!

Even though the place of interest of the city are accessible from the hotel, getting there in the first place is not the most convenient, and you will probably want to come by taxi if you have a lot of luggage. The bathroom layout is totally usable but kind of strange.

Little tired

I loved the family room - big enough for a family of 4 with adult kids to be comfortable, and the kitchenette was very convenient so we could still enjoy Bangkok's street food in the comfort of our rooms. The whole family also loved all the street food located just outside, and easy access to BTS and taxis so it was easy to get around. More about the room - it smelled fresh and clean. Beds and pillows were comfy and everything was in good working order. Staff - the ladies at the front desk were welcoming and very helpful. The room was ready when we arrived so we could check in early and a minor plumbing hiccup was handled very promptly and effectively by housekeeping. Greatly appreciated! Also a bonus was a lovely, reasonably-priced in-house spa, picturesque rooftop pool and laundry facilities. Overall, really happy with our stay and would definitely book another stay for our next visit.

I really can't think of anything I didn't like!

I booked an apartment for 5 people. We arrived 7 (2 additional family members joined us). The receptionist changed our booking on the spot. She was courteous and helpful. Apartment had 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and everything you need. The rooms were spotless clean. Amazing. Pool on the roof was also great. Location is good, a short walk from King Power Mahanakhon and a sky train station. Nothing bad to say

This was a super close location to Silom without all the noise. Very quiet neighbourhood and walkable to Silom but also easy access to BTS via a laneway. The apartment was well equipped and when I wanted a toaster, they happily supplied one. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was hot with good pressure; just wish that there was no shower curtain. The one-bedroom apartment is a perfect size for 1-2 people. I loved that there was a smart TV and I was able to watch my own Netflix. Overall the apartment felt like I'd moved to Bangkok and therefore more of a home than a pure hotel - loved it.

There was some confusion over cleaning as I was told on check-in that cleaning is every other day (which is fine); however, they said the day after check-in is day 1 and wanted to clean it, which seems odd as one hasn't even been in the room for more than a day. Other than that, the cleaning was good. While I said the apartment is super quiet, there's one aspect to be aware of. In the living room, because of the really thin apartment doors and the lack of a door seal, you can hear a lot of babies crying in other apartments. Thankfully when one closes the bedroom door, the noise disappeared and I always sleep well.
