Very good location

WiFi almost nonexistent in the room, complained but nothing was done to improve it. We booked this hotel because it had a gym and sauna, gym was ok, but the mens sauna was broken, when I asked at reception if it was going to be repaired, I was given the number of the HQ in Singapore and I was told to call them, if I wanted it to be repaired!!

Everything was good. They closed the pool for maintenance but we were leaving shortly anyways so it did not affect us too much.

The rooms were a bit dated. In need of a renovation. However the price was appropriate.

The Location of the accommodation is conveniently off the busy road but just a few steps away from the BTS, the Room is spacious, comfortable, room facilities are excellent, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, always willing to support and share a friendly word. The room is quiet, wifi is fast and reliable, all amenities are in great order and the room is kept clean, Parking available, and facilities are great.

I can't call out anything that i didn't like, i feel that the Hotel has exceeded my expectations in terms of kindness, support, the room location, affordability.

A small, cozy hotel hidden in the Silom area, but in a great location—just a short walk to both Chong Nonsi and Sala Daeng BTS stations. The room was more spacious than I expected. It was quiet and peaceful, and I slept very well. The staff were kind and had a true service mind. I chose this place mainly because it was close to where I needed to go, but it turned out to be even better than I thought. I had a lovely time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay in Bangkok.

The hotel is a bit old and some of the facilities show their age, but everything still works well.

The room was spacious and the location was great. Also, great beakfeast starting at 6.30 a.m., handy when you leave for tours at 7 a.m!

The hotel needs a renovation (pool tiles breaking, worn out furniture, areas in need of repairment...) and an improvement in cleaning. Also a lot of background noise from air conditioner ...

Room service was great. Breakfast was fine.

Bed was uncomfortable and the room had a slight mold smell. We booked the room since it had a kitchen in the photos but then when we came there was no kitchenware. We asked about it and they said it was only for month long stays.

I like the location of the Hotel as it is within walking distance to the BTS (Sky Train) and also close to a lot of local and international restaurants. The Hotel staff are always helpful and supportive, the room is spacious, and all facilities are in excellent condition. The view from the room is great and the balcony is convenient. There is also parking for vehicles and motorcycles.

I liked everything because i think that the value for money is really good, the staff are helpful and checking in and out is fast. I also didn't have any issues with any of the facilities.

Excellent, spacious, well-lit, clean # 608 (Deluxe Double) room. The hotel itself is very nice. Housekeeping done daily with replenishment. Kitchenette area was super-helpful. Card needed to access the Pool / Your room's floor, which is safe. Pool is well-maintained, clean, and enjoyable. Didn't avail breakfast.

Hotel is a gem literally hidden behind Holiday Inn Express. It's a slightly long walk (250-300m) from BTS Chong Nonsi, which can be a bit tiring after daylong shopping / roaming around in Bangkok. However, this is not a complaint.

Great location for a great price, large rooms

Staff were quiet hands off. Ringing reception didnt work and the online ai help system spins you in circles. Had to go down stairs to ask for more toilet paper as we were only given one roll and were told to go to a self serve station, same with laundry.

Location was good--a short walk to Chong Nansi BTS. There are no sidewalks on the walk there, and it can be quite dark walking back at night. Room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Pool looked nice but I did not swim. Wifi was great.

I saw hairs (not mine) in the bathroom and felt like it could be cleaned a little better. Not too bad though.
