Very good location

WiFi almost nonexistent in the room, complained but nothing was done to improve it. We booked this hotel because it had a gym and sauna, gym was ok, but the mens sauna was broken, when I asked at reception if it was going to be repaired, I was given the number of the HQ in Singapore and I was told to call them, if I wanted it to be repaired!!

The room was spacious and the location was great. Also, great beakfeast starting at 6.30 a.m., handy when you leave for tours at 7 a.m!

The hotel needs a renovation (pool tiles breaking, worn out furniture, areas in need of repairment...) and an improvement in cleaning. Also a lot of background noise from air conditioner ...

Room service was great. Breakfast was fine.

Bed was uncomfortable and the room had a slight mold smell. We booked the room since it had a kitchen in the photos but then when we came there was no kitchenware. We asked about it and they said it was only for month long stays.

I like the location of the Hotel as it is within walking distance to the BTS (Sky Train) and also close to a lot of local and international restaurants. The Hotel staff are always helpful and supportive, the room is spacious, and all facilities are in excellent condition. The view from the room is great and the balcony is convenient. There is also parking for vehicles and motorcycles.

I liked everything because i think that the value for money is really good, the staff are helpful and checking in and out is fast. I also didn't have any issues with any of the facilities.

Excellent, spacious, well-lit, clean # 608 (Deluxe Double) room. The hotel itself is very nice. Housekeeping done daily with replenishment. Kitchenette area was super-helpful. Card needed to access the Pool / Your room's floor, which is safe. Pool is well-maintained, clean, and enjoyable. Didn't avail breakfast.

Hotel is a gem literally hidden behind Holiday Inn Express. It's a slightly long walk (250-300m) from BTS Chong Nonsi, which can be a bit tiring after daylong shopping / roaming around in Bangkok. However, this is not a complaint.

Location was great, near villa market and lots of restaurants, SkyTrain 2 minute walk away, close to a market and a number of 711's. Staff were helpful and the rooms had a mini kitchen.

Half the machines in the gym didn't work, there were some bugs who kept trying to make nests on the ceiling of my room, I left a note for cleaners to remove them but they came back a number of times. The hotel is great if you just need a base to stay that's near everything, I ended up extending for a month due to location and ease of transport. The bed was ok comfort level. I'd probably stay here again due to price and good location, I could walk around in the evening time and feel safe.

The hotel is just about 5 minutes walk to BTS Chong Nonsi. The rooms are big and clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the ones manning the door. There is a 7-Eleven nearby and plenty of eateries as well. There is also a massage shop and a hair salon near the property. Since we travel long term, laundry is essential for us, and this hotel has a coin laundry in the Second Floor. We keep coming back to this hotel during our recent stay in Thailand. It served as our "base" hotel everytime we return to BKK from trips in other parts of the country. You can also leave your luggage for storage for a few days when you go on out-of-town trips. It is excellent value for money.

In one of our returns to the hotel, the card reader didn't work, and thus, I was forced to pay in cash which nearly wiped out all the THB I had with me. Also, if you get a room without a separate standing shower, the water from the tub while you are showering go to the bathroom floor and create a mess.

Good choice at breakfast. Nice pool area. Availability of reasonably priced taxi service in reception area. Spacious room with city view and balcony, not claustrophobic.(Think we were "upgraded") Iron and ironing board in room. Staff are always polite (but this is fairly typical in Thailand)

Bathroom was clean but big problems with water from shower ending up on floor, despite efforts to avoid; this increases risk of slipping. Mixer system for water temperature was useless , often shower water was either too hot or too cold. it is difficult to adjust air conditioner; we had to settle for too cold or turn it off (then the temperature gradually gets too hot) There is a kitchen area and even hotplates but hotplates don't work (I don't expect this). But no plates etc and only teaspoons; could have a microwave(?) and at least some cutlery. Only one chair (if two want to use computers at same time this can be a problem) but did have a sofa.

Location was good--a short walk to Chong Nansi BTS. There are no sidewalks on the walk there, and it can be quite dark walking back at night. Room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Pool looked nice but I did not swim. Wifi was great.

I saw hairs (not mine) in the bathroom and felt like it could be cleaned a little better. Not too bad though.

Very welcome by reception. Stunning luggage guy, parking service staff, 715, great room (no doubt, the hotel isn't the youngest gen anymore), however, all amenities, (AC does a hart job), 😀 Breakfast in that class absolutely nothing to complain. Service staff always care of refill and clean up tables & buffet. Short: Recommended, return visible
