I love staying in Silom Lofts . this is my 3rd time and i will be back . everything you need will be here and they clean the room daily . They also have a washing machine so you may do laundry at your convenience. Walking distance to Silom and for the value of money . you hit the jackpot with this Hotel. I highly recommend this .

The location was amazing. Especially for members of the LGBTQ community but amazingly central for any traveller. The pool on the roof was lovely. Although a few more deck chairs could be added. The suana and gym was basic but a nice touch. Inside the apartment was comfortable. I would certainly stay here again. The guards outside would always stand up to open the door for you. A big huge comfortable bed. Always had hot water in shower and bath. I had a very comfortable stay.

The staff used the same washing machines as the guests, to do all the laundry for the bedding/towels etc. so it was sometimes difficult to find a machine that was empty for use. Also, they were doing work on the pool area so sometimes locked the pool area during peak day time. I had to ask them to open it a few times for me. If you’re looking for city views from your balcony, this is probably not the apartment for you. There was no view. But it didn’t bother me. The location was so good, that it didn’t matter.

The property was even better than we thought it would be. The air conditioning worked really well, the bed was super comfy and it was great to have a sitting room and balcony. Very spacious accommodation. We had a daily cleaning service - towels and bedding changed daily. The facilities were excellent - swimming pool, gym and very inexpensive laundry room (service wash was super cheap!). All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the security guards. The Lofts are in a fantastic area, very close to the Skytrain making travelling round the city very easy. Loads of shops, bars, restaurants on our doorstep.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property!

Loved the location. Situated between Sala Daeng and Chong Nonsi BTS stations, it's very accessible to tourist spots like Sukhumvit and Siam areas. Food is all around you, and even though it's in busy Silom area, the place is quiet and peaceful. Very safe to walk around after dark, even for ladies. Housekeeping staff were very friendly, and made sure your room is cleaned daily.

Would rate it a lot better if there was a safe in the room, but that's a minor issue. Also, they might want to change some of the power outlets to universal outlets with USB ports, since the outlets in the room are all for Thai appliances. Had to buy adaptors just to charge my phone.

Good size family apartments in the Silom area, close to transport, shops and plenty of food options. Decor getting a bit worn but good value.

Probably needs a renovation, pool needs a clean, overall good value

Stayed in the "loft". It had every thing needed, (no pots or pans but prob reception had some) lagre fridge, oven, microwave, utensils. Room was lovely, view to the front sat on the balconly of mahanakorn tower and local buildings. Location on a small soi but quiet at night, everything within walking distance 3-4 mins to supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, BTS easy 5 mins walk, loved the area. bed really comfy, staff extremely polite, pool, sauna, gym, all basic but very relaxing and for a 3star residence OK. Really enjoyed my stay.

Gym a bit basic but just OK for a top up. It's not a hotel more of a residence but that suited me, loved it.

i like that when i message them on some request they honor it and they made me so happy for my daughter. the location was perfect, we was closed to pretty much everything massage, restaurant, small food market , the tower. the host was nice and very respectful. i was able to park my car at anytime we arrived which was amazing due to the parking is so hard to find. a plus we had washer and dryer as well you have to pay not free. the rooms all was comfortable and working A/C.

we are family of 5 wish we had more toilet paper🤭 it was very late and we ran out of it had to find a close by 7/11 market near since the service hotel is not 24 hours. we like taking hot or warm showers it seem it was set for cool water on both shower rooms if that’s something you like we didn’t we wanted hot shower if we could have had it.

As always everything is great with this hotel I come here every year and it's always good Staff , security, clean , cosy , good area, good equipment....

I think there is two things that it needs improving - On the gym , equipment getting old some stuff doesn't work anymore - The pool can be more cleaner , it seems that the pool pump don't work

Fun room and great location. Close to train but back a block so quieter.

Staying for a few days, I like a serviced apartment. Came with full kitchen and laundry, but they provided nothing. No laundry powder, dishwash soap or even a cloth to wipe. I asked at front desk for a scoop of laundry powder to do a load, but they said they did not provide. So went to shop close by and bought a whole bag. Would be nice if they provided just a small scoop and other stuff to clean.

Location was good for transport - BTS - and also for Pat Pong Night Markets. Staff were really helpful even arranged private taxi / driver to airport with not much notice and not expensive. Yes catching the skytrain then the airport train would have been cheaper but in Bangkok's humidity pulling a suitcase with a 9 hour flight ahead wouldn't have been great. Two bedroom apartment was spacious and clean with a full kitchen and fridge, but a little tired. Bonus is the laundry on the top floor - washing machines and dryers - the ladies at reception will give you change for the machines.

I didn't mind the beds but my wife said they were too firm, but didn't interrupt her sleep!
