Concierges Mr. GUITAR and Mr. YOT open the entrance and elevator doors for you and provide any information you might need. The rooms are very spacious, extremely comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. The Air Conditioning is excellent. It has wonderful bathrooms, and everything works perfect. The room and bathroom were absolutely clean thanks to Ms RAT and Mr. TUI, and on top of that they try to make up the room when I was out so I could find the room done for my return. I used the pleasant, crystal-clear pool in the beautiful garden and the small but well-equipped gym. The Hotel location is unbeatable. Quiet despite being located in the heart of Bangkok's financial centre, close to shopping malls, BTS and all kinds of shops and establishments. The Hotel has two of the best restaurants in the area, the ARNO’S and the ORMTHONG which also provide an efficient delicious Room Service. I stayed in room 801 A. These "A" rooms are one or two bedroom suites and I especially recommend them for long stays or for family stays. Finally, to make my experience even more enjoyable, the hotel has a huge, brand-new London-style cab to transport you to the airport for a very reasonable price. In my case, Mr. GUITAR drove the car, an excellent and extremely friendly driver. Many thanks to all the members of the Silom Serene Boutique Hotel who have made my stay so pleasant. Extraordinary efficiency and friendliness of the employees. Highlighting Mrs. ICE, head of reception, incredibly kind and professional, like the other members of her team. The Manager Khun A, always smiling ready to help; the concierges YOT and GUITAR, the lady who tidied up and left my room absolutely clean, PUI. In addition, the rooms are very large and comfortable, perfect air conditioning, satellite television, excellent Wi-Fi. Spacious bathrooms where everything works well. The hotel's two restaurants are very good, among the best in the area, and with reasonable prices, they also provide self-service to the rooms without a supplement. Very nice pool in the garden, Gym; etc. etc. Absolutely recommended

Nothing. I liked everything. I was very positively impressed by the operation, professional and kind by its excellent facilities and in an optimal location.

We stayed at this property from June 4-8 and again from June 11-13. We are from America and when we realized we wanted more time in Bangkok we figured we should go back while we’re on this side of the world! So of course we came back to the same hotel because it was comfortable, convenient, the staff is incredibly friendly and available 24/7, and the restaurant on the main floor is great!

Fantastic location, breakfast was good .. swimming pool and sauna was lovely to relax in . Hotel rooms clean and beds were a great size and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a great time and would recommend the hotel to anyone, only a few mins walk to sky train .

The property was clean, comfortable, stylish, and most importantly for us it was cool! The Thailand heat can be hard to beat so it’s important to us to come back to a room that is cool and comfortable. The AC worked extremely well and kept us comfortable. The staff was always pleasant and helpful as well. If we come back to Bangkok we are for sure staying here again. I also loves the location as there was convenient access by walking to MRT, BTS, and not being a Main Street it was easy for cars to pick us up.

The only change I would suggest is making it more handicap accessible, this does not personally affect me, but could be a nice touch.

Location: in a side street just off Si Lom Road, so a quiet location (for Bangkok!), but close to restaurants, shops, malls, nightlife and everything else, and a few minutes walk from Sala Daeng MTS Skytrain station. Friendly and helpful staff. I had the lowest of the four room categories, but it was still comfortable and well equipped with everything I need/want. Good pool (but not much sun if you want it). Had one evening meal in their restaurant which was a high standard and enjoyable. Good value (for a city centre).

Breakfast was quite good, a wide variety of mostly Asian, and limited non-Asian, but the hot dishes were not really hot; first morning fried egg was cold, second morning it was fine, third morning other dishes were lukewarm.

Great facilities and location

Value for money. Room is clean & spacious. Perfect location for songkran fun - right next to silom road where they close the street for water fights. Restaurants and street food stalls within walking vicinity. Near to silom mrt and sala daeng bts. Chong nonsi station is within walking distance too.

May get wet from songkran water fights even if you don't intend to. U may have freshened up and all dressed up for a good dinner. Once u step out of the hotel, u are at risk of getting wet. (But it's all for good fun)
